This dress was awesome. Definitely heavier as the other reviews said and definitely long. As a tall girl I loved how long it was. It also runs huge. I wore a size 2! I haven’t worn a 2 since college. I also cinched it with a purple belt which helped with the weight too. I got many compliments and it was very comfortable.

This looks like the emoji!  💃🏻 I wore this fabulous dress on vacation at a nice resort and got TONS of compliments. It’s a heavy dress with lots of fabric for the small spaghetti straps, and it actually runs a bit big- so I used a belt to help cinch the waist and hold it up. Even with 4” heels, I was lifting the bottom so I wouldn’t step on it. Probably better for taller people, maybe 5’6” and up.

Wore in Mexico, so bright, flirty and fun! Two things, insanely long on me (I’m 5’6) I had 4 inch heels and it still was touching the ground, and it’s heavy, prob weighs 15 lbs, helped because I didn’t have to stream at all after travel. 

Pretty colors, I got lots of compliments. Heavy, but not to the point of being uncomfortable. Very long, even with heels and the straps tightened all the way. Lots of extra room in the dress, so size down and it will still be loose and flowy. 

Absolutely stunning dress. Colors are vibrant and fun. Dress is great quality but VERY heavy. It is also quite long and runs large. It's beautiful enough that's i'd still rent again but better suited for an indoor wedding because the weight of the dress makes it hot

They only had an XL available, I would have been fine with a L but the XL made it nice and flowy. With the adjustable straps it worked well. 

I wore this on vacation.  The dress is made well and made me feel good wearing it.  Maybe a tad long but not too bad.

This is SO comfortable and I got tons of compliments. Wore it on vacation in Costa Rica. I wish I could buy this dress! 

I rented the XLR based on reviews but could have gone with the large. I was hoping for more curve accentuation but it was more baggy. 

Very heavy, very large and long dress that I had to do tricks to make it work. 

Loved all the fun colors, super comfortable, quality material and went well with the ochre waist bag.  Wore it for the an end of the summer soiree.  Perfect! It is long so if you are shorter than 5 7' you may not want to rent it. 

The colors and fabric are just as vibrant and high quality as you'd expect but unless you're 5'9 or taller, be ready to wear 5" or taller heels. I agree that the weight of the dress is very heavy. Would probably look better on those with larger than B cup. Could use a belt to accentuate the waist! I wanted to wear it to a nice dinner in Positano but with all the stairs and cobblestone I just wore it to my hotels rooftop so I wouldn't have to wear tall heels and/or hold up it while walking a long distance.

True to size.  A small would have fit better but it was fine. Very long and very heavy.  I am 5'8" and wore 3 inch heels...still tripped on the bottom. Perfect for a chilly day. 

This dress is EVERYTHING! It's heavy and runs large, but order down and add a belt and it's perfect. 

This dress is soooo fun! I wanted it so bad that I rented a large because they didn't have my size. I definitely could have used the medium, but I made it work with a safety pin! 

I'm a size zero and this dress was large. I pinned it and it still fit in an oversized fashion. Thar being said, it is gorgeous.  I wish it was smaller, because if it was, I would have bought this.

I love this dress. It's super heavy as other reviews said so I wore it on travel day to not weigh down my swimsuits. I had so many people at the airport stop and ask me if I was famous and where my dress was from. It's a true show stopper. I felt amazing in it - it was long enough for flats or wedges for someone tall like me. I used a safety pin to secure between 2 buttons at the bust as mine is larger and wanted to hide the gap. I wore multiple times and would buy!!

I had people coming up to me all day telling me how much they loved this dress. Alexis usually runs small for small, but thus size small was actually a little big- I had to wear a bra to fill it out. The only downside of all the ruffle tiers is that the dress is actually very heavy! I had to spend all day picking it up to walk and sit. But it's 100% with it because the colors and pattern are so much fun and it's a standout dress. 

Bold colors and unique pattern, I loved this rental. Hard to let with. Elegant but fun and kind of bohemian style

The colors are vibrant and the ruffles are so light and pretty. The length is *almost* perfect, I would have liked one more inch since I'm 5'10. I received numerous compliments on this one and would rent again. 

This dress is a statement piece so prepare to turn heads. The dress itself is a bit heavy but not so much is weighs you down. I would recommend this dress.

Not for busty ladies!  This layers of ruffles mixed with the fabric makes this dress super heavy...not light and flows like I would expect with such a fun patterned maxi dress. 

Alexis is one of my go to designers on RTR. The cuts are always super flattering and the material is always unique and luxurious. This dress is no exception. It's gorgeous and perfectly cut.

The lighting in this picture does the dress no favors, but in person the colors are super vibrant. Beware of three things: the fabric is super heavy, it's very long (I'm 5'10" and had to wear 2.5 inch wedges) and the bust area gaps when you sit so just make sure you wear a bra or safety pin it shut. All those things considered, it was a really lovely dress to wear and perfect for a vacation vibe. 

It fit just perfectly. It is heavy like other reviews have mentioned but it wasn't too much. Super comfortable too. 

I'm 5' 4" and this dress is about 8" too long. I dealt with it and got a ton of compliments but I could never rent this again. Sad because it's so high quality and unique 

Dress is long and Danis is better than I thought.  Many compliments and a lot of people think it had a 70's vibe.  Lots of fun and very comfortable!

This dress is #beautiful but sadly it is so incredibly heavy. I felt like I was being pulled down the whole time. If you're any shorter than 5'4 I do not recommend this dress. 

Length is too long , i used safety pin to reduce but overall very nice, easy fit. Good for vacation 

Such a fun bright dress for vacation, so glad I rented! I sized up for length based on reviews, but should have just stayed TTS as it runs a bit big. Great statement dress for vacation, got so many compliments! 

Don't be scared of the colors and ruffles, this dress is fantastic! I brought it with me on vacation and I wore it several times. The fabric is breathable and flows so nicely. I will say this dress is heavy and has lots of fabric, so it will take up a lot of space in your luggage because of that I opted to actually wear it on the plane home because I needed the space. Also, the buttons are a bit annoying to fasten on and off, I couldn't do the top button for fear of it popping-the fabric has zero stretch. Still a great rent!

I did belt it because it was a bit boxy on me! But you could do any color belt really! So much to work with!

Absolutely loved the fabric pattern and material.  I would definitely size down. Only the small was available. I think it would have been perfect in extra small. It is VERY long though. Needed to wear 5/6 inch heels and it was still lightly sweeping the floor. Very elegant. Would love to be able to rent in an XS at some point.

What better way to represent the Dominican Republic! Beware it's A LOT of material and is a little heavy as well. The waist down gives you the illusion that it runs big but if you're a lil top heavy you may have trouble fastening the bust. I would recommend ordering your size. FYI it buttons in the middle front from top to bottom. You will NOT be disappointed!

Colorful. Vibrant. Flattering fit. The dress is long but with wedges I was able to wear it comfortably.

The dress is amazing but it is DEFINITELY long. VERY long. I am 5'9" without heels and if I wouldn't have worn 4 inch heels I would have been very annoyed all night dancing, etc. - it's a beautiful dress and very well made (Alexis did it again!) but it is a LOT of heavy fabric. I went bra-less and it felt great -and haven't ever received more compliments on anything else I've rented on here! Very Mad to Mod - and killer for a Naples wedding!
