Simple and classy for work conference presentation.

Otherwise pretty basic, but a good choice for work 

This dress was ok and did the trick for a work event. As others have said it was great bing serious flight attendant vibes. I would have preferred if it was a little bit longer, but not too short that it was in appropriate for work. One issue I had with wearing tights underneath is that the built-in liner kept rubbing against my tights and riding up and bunching. 

Very professional looking, comfortable dress. Loved how it looked and felt very confident in it. Love it!

A figure-hugging fit that was still great for work. Lined material and perfectly placed flair on the arms. Will rent again!

I wore this dress to work cause we had guests in the offices and needed to dress up. This dress was perfect for the occasion and the sleeves added a fun flare to it. It's lined which I wasn't expected cause the material is already thick but it was an added bonus. I got so many compliments on it and like others reviewers said, someone told me it looks like a flight attendant dress. Would rent again. 

I got this dress and loved it. My aunt loved it too, so she ordered the same dress in her size! I am generally a large but could have gotten away with a medium in this dress as it had good stretch. I'm on the right in a large and my aunt on the left is in a small. 

My niece rented the dress, and I liked it so much that I rented it, also! The dress is very comfortable.As you can see, someone from their 20s to their 50s can wear this one!

Feedback from friends — “You look like an Adams Family character.” “You look like a priest.” “What’s up with those sleeves?” LOL. I will say that I love the UFO/bell sleeves, the fit it super comfortable, and, thanks to being a shorty, the length works well.

Based on other reviews I went with a medium and fit was perfect. High quality dress with unique touches in sleeves and neck. Definitely recommend. 

Loved this dress. It was the first thing I pulled out of my first order. Very flattering. Not too snug at all. Material was made of good quality. A little shorter than I expected, but still appropriate for work with some black tights. 

This dress wasn't very flattering on me. It was a touch snug in the hips and big in the waist. I didn't wear it.

Deceptively modest. This is a very polished and sleek look for the office. It was slightly too warm for spring but it fit like a glove and was definitely a statement piece. The compliments kept on coming. 

The fit was flattering but still appropriate for a business event. 

The fit is comfortable, fits well a little loose in the mid section. Sleeves were elegant yet made a statement.

Pros: 
- nice thick material made the slim lines forgiving, and still breathable
- small details on the sleeve flutter and color contrast made it a fun work option...would have transitioned well to an evening affair too
- enough give for my broad shoulders and back
- mock neck didn't feel constraining as some do

Cons:
- the style is slightly reminiscent of a flight attendant uniform, but styling helped
- I felt the lining rode up slightly, so I was more conscientious of it than I usually would be, but not majorly annoying. 
- length was juuuuust appropriate enough on my 5'7" frame, but may not be work appropriate for taller ladies. 
- Would have been better with a slightly fuller chest than mine (B) but may be a challenge for bustier gals

Wore it for my son's christening. Dress was very comfortable and classy. Received many compliments on it! Would definitely recommend!

I found this dress stylish, comfortable, and flattering (I did need a belt to help define the waist). I would have considered purchasing it, but I'm the kind of person that doesn't like turtlenecks and if you are to be aware that the color of this dress is very snug around the neck. I was pulling at it all day.

Fits snug to you, showing your curves (good and bad)- I'm thinking spanx would help but I've never worn them. I received a lot of compliments. 

Thick material, not a summer dress!

Enjoyed the detail on sleeves and collar. Very comfortable.  

M was probably the best for me. I think S would have been too bodycon and not professional. The white neck and sleeve accents looked a little more dingy gray than white and wish it was about one inch longer for work.

great comfy fit.  easy to wear and great for any occassion.

The conservative high collar mixed with fun arms and and a short skirt made this a really fun design. Navy and white was perfect for the office. Skirt was slightly short, but not inappropriate. The fit was great for a tall frame.

This might fit a little small.  I'm usually a 4 or 6 and rented the medium and it fit perfectly. It's so classy yet so sexy. I wore to work and wore to the theater. You can dress it up or down easily. I have a tummy and the material is heavy enough that it hid it well. 

Great fit that hugs the body.  The arm details are a great compliment.

I like the look! Elegant, professional and fitted. 

Got tired of so many compliments. Not kidding!!!! The fabric is not the best but since it stretches, that helps with the fit. 

Wore this to work then to a jazz club after work. Super comfortable a little bit of stretch compliments all day and night 

Loooved this dress so much I plan on buying it. It's feminine but has a very professional tone to it.  I'm a size 4 and the small fit great. Might need to bring it in around the waist once I buy it. Definitely worth renting!

Rented this for work.  Neckline was a bit bothersome through the day.  But quality dress and very curve conscious.

The bell sleeves and white trim really make this dress pop. I think the style is cute, but I'm glad it came brand new with tags.  The material is not very high quality and is already starting to pill a little :(
