This dress was not typically something I would go for but since RTR is all about trying new things I rented this. I was surprised wow flattering it was! I loved that it was a lot of coverage but was body con and then had a very high slit up the side. Great day to night dress for more casual events.

I rented this for an event but found it so great I wore it dressed down with sneakers for a casual date with my husband! Side note- he loved the fit on me! It highlights your curves but still allows plenty of room for movement & is comfy and warm. I'm debating buying it!! Great color, condition & fit!

Such a flattering sweater dress. So many compliments (on a plain brown sweater dress). Dark brown, amazing cut, perfect length. I sized down for a more fitted look and loved it.

Nothing crazy special but a nice brown color and fit nicely when you size down.
I'm usually a medium and I sized down to a small for a tighter fit.

This fit like a glove. Sexy without being too revealing. It wasn't skin tight which was what I was initially worried about but it's definitely more of a plum color. 
You do have to have just the right boots or shoes to go with it because it hits pretty low, and if your boots are too wide kind of looks funny at the bottom. Also you can't really wear tights with it unless maybe you have the same plum color because black tights didn't look right and skin colored pantyhose are pretty much out. 

Wore this from 25-27 weeks pregnant and loved it! Deff had room for more growth. The side slit was perfect (not too high, especially with a growing belly). It wasn't itchy and warm enough to wear without a jacket outside in Texas winter.  Got endless amounts of compliments on it when I wore it out. Can be dressed up or down! 

Smile, elegant, great color. Wish I'd sized up tho. 

Fit very well. Was great to wear to a date night with my fiancé

I rented this as a last-minute backup for a holiday engagement party and was so pleased! It fit perfectly but was super comfortable. Very sexy with the side slit yet classy. I didn't want to return it!

The style of this dress is very formfitting, and the attic bringing truly accentuates your curves. Besides late is an added nice touch, which which makes us a very work to happy hour type of look.

Would've love to purchase this one. Perfect fit. 

I rented this for a rehearsal dinner. It's very stylish and comfortable, and perfect for fall/winter. Got lots of compliments! I did feel self conscious about my stomach and hips. I think if it had a better undergarment situation it would have been a 10/10. 

Love the color and fit of this dress. Wore it to a nice dinner and to a vineyard. It's pretty warm and was a tiny bit itchy in the neck the first time I wore it but would still definitely recommend.

Comfortable and easy to wear piece. Wore twice! Suitable for work or for a more lay back outing. Would rent it again. 

The slit is on the side and I kinda pulled it over for the photo. 

Perfect sweater dress that's extremely flattering. I sized up to a large because I didn't want it to be suction cupped to my body. If you want that look, go true to size!

Really pretty and simple! Great quality material. More of a brown/maroon color. I do think it needed the belt to break it up since it's so long and my body type is more straight 

I walked into my hair salon and literally all four of the stylists were like where the F did you get that dress. It seems basic but it's not - the stitching, the slight volume of the shoulders, the material, the slit at the bottom. I wore this to work, on date night, our to dinner. Contemplated buying it!

It is tight though and doesn't stretch out so spanx may be necessary!

Good heavy material. Hugs all the right areas. Wore at 18 weeks pregnant and it hid everything 

Really loved this for work in winter. Very chic and midi length for me at 5'2". Fabric is pretty stretchy and very comfortable! Felt like I was in loungewear (in a good way!)

Loved wearing this, it was so flattering and I loved the side slit. Super comfy and a great color for fall / winter. It was tight but not overly so (I think I sized down on it compared to my normal sizing). Would definitely recommend.

I felt so polished wearing this gorgeous sweater dress! It's one of those items that's simple but makes a big impact because it looks so refined. I wore with a chain belt and knee high boots. TTS!

Super comfortable. Nice material with stretch. Liked the color. The slit was a little high fir me for the winter. You could wear tights etc. Just nothing special. 

I always love everything ALC and this is no different. So flattering -- it just hits in all the right places. I was afraid this would be too long on me but it was just fine with a pair of boots. The belt helped to accentuate my waist and I liked it much better with the belt. However it was still flattering without. Loved it!

Obsessed. It's the most gorgeous burgundy in real life. It's so comfortable and not itchy in the slightest. Super flattering and felt like I was wearing a nightgown. Add this to your holiday wardrobe list ASAP. 

The color is a dark brown and not a black like I had imagined in my mind. This is just an easy way to dress up quickly. 

Perfect ALC minimalism. Very comfortable and a great fall/winter option that can be dressed up or down. Color is a chocolate brown with an oxblood undertone. Probably gonna keep this one.
