This top is a vibrant, beautiful color. Fitted, but breathable and not restrictive. The sleeves are a little weird, but can be easily folded up. I got lots of compliments. 

The bust fit great - the body had a lot of fabric - couldnt tuck it in without it bulging out of my work pants. It hit my torso at an odd place if i didn't tuck it in. Great color - sleeves are a little dainty and wouldn't stay folded up. Did not end up wearing. 

This one was a bit tight fitting but loved the accent in the sleeves. It worked perfectly with a blazer!

Such a flattering top! The color is unique and looks great with light eyes - I got a ton of compliments. Love how you can dress it up or down. I have wide shoulders and usually wear a medium in tops but the small worked perfect for me. 

Very form fitting. Beautiful emerald green color.

I've found that A.L.C. is a lovely designer. I love everything I try from them. Excellent quality and the fabric fits so nicely. I'm in a medium. I've rented the large in the yellow version and that was fine too. I'm short waisted though so if you're long waisted it'll hit right at your waist. Great for everyday wear. 

This shirt was prettier and classier than I expected. It has a cool, professional 70s vibe, especially when paired with high waisted, wide legged pants. I got so many compliments!

I wanted so badly to love this top. The fabric is really nice and the color a gorgeous jewel tone. Sadly, this was too short, and too small overall. I recommend ordering a size up, although I’m still not sure that would have fixed the length issue for me.

This is a little short and the ruffles on the sleeves are a little long but the color is amazing and I got so many compliments.

The fit on this is so flattering. Not super warm but would rent again! 

I, for one, am absolutely buzzing over the ability to wear long sleeves and shorts once again. ALC made this top in a vibrant cobalt last year and I’m super excited that RTR has it in aqua for fall. The fit is lovely and it tucks perfectly into whatever you throw it’s way. I prefer it fully buttoned up with a more risqué bottom and unbuttons with jeans for a more casual look. Slay rating - depends on the day, baby
