This is not the dress for you if you dont care for ruffles. If you love ruffles, like I do, it was too fabulous for words! 

I loved this dress! It was clever and dramatic, elegant and fun. I had strangers stopping me to compliment my dress. I'd definitely rent again!! 

Gorge. Also might just buy this. Definitely a warmer piece given the material, no scarf or jacket over needed if worn in a breezy spring evening. Love it. 5'3 and looks phenomenal in a chunky 4 inch Chelsea boot or some classy pointed mules or Baboosh slides.

Rented this for a presentation in Paris, which turned out to be on a stage in front of hundreds of people.. and got tons of compliments on it. Will rent or potentially buy this one :)

Show stopper! Conversation piece! Regal! I can go on! The material has a little weight to it that allows it to flow perfectly. The detail is amazing! The added layer of white ruffles on the cuff takes this design to another level. The one draw back is that because of the detail of the ruffles/ pleats it's a little challenging to iron. I feel like it may've been rushed from cleaning process at RTR and a layer or two of pleats were ironed improperly so they looked a little crazy. If you have ocd and or don't like to iron, this may possibly be a turn off. I took the time to iron a few of the pleats properly so it could all flow together. If you can get past that, it is a MUST to rent!!!

Best for someone tall. At 5'11", I was expecting it to be tunic length. I still wore it with leather leggings and pumps - but could have done it as a dress with or without tights. The statement ruffles were goregous!

A little oversized but the fabric is amazing 

I loved this dress. Wore to work with thick tights and boots. Received a ton of compliments. It's a statement piece because the ruffles at the top are dramatic and the sleeves are extra long, which I liked. I wore a large to make sure it wasn't too short for me and I liked the oversize look it had, but could have sized down. I will rent this again. 

The white cuffs are removable so you can wear them for extra drama or take them off for a more conservative look. 

Love the fit of this dress, If you still have times when you are bloated during 1 week in the month, this dress will cover you and make you feel so sexy at the same time. I really wanted to wear this at work(retail) but ended up wearing it for a party. Not stretchy and the arms weren't tight which is where I have problems and all the buttons buttoned around my butt and thigh area which is very curvy for me. Overall I want this dress in my closet permanently. 

I rented the medium b/c I wanted this dress and it was the only style available. It really does run incredibly large. I removed the white inserts so that I could roll up the sleeves. The detail is amazing and I still enjoyed wearing the dress--I just had a LOT of room. 

Very ornate and unique look. The material is so nice, it just didn't work out for my event.

Although this dress runs on the long and large side, the details make it a perfect dress for work or any work function. It's a little too over-sized for my taste for everyday or weekend wear, but an adorable staple piece.

Oh I loved this dress but I couldn't wear it. It was huge, but I could've rolled with the oversized look. The real issue was with the pleats. These gorgeous show stopping pleats, the whole focal point, were so bent out of shape. Maybe I could've tackled them with an iron but I'm not sure it would've mattered. I sadly sent it back without wearing. Maybe I'll try it again in a small and hope for better pleats.

The dress was overall loose and the sleeve buttons wouldn't even go around my wrists which I never experienced before

The dress fit rather big. I think it would look cuter if it had a belt and less colonial ruffles.

I loved the style of the dress, but the material of the dress did not breathe at all causing me to sweat more than normal.  And I wore this on a 42 degree day.  By the end of the day the dress smelled and I was constantly spraying perfume afraid people would think I didn't shower frequently enough!

This dress is boxy and although i usually love shirtdresses this one just didnt cut it. I did not actually wear it because it wasnt flattering, i felt like i was going to a michael jackson costume party when i tried it on. The ruffles make the shoulders big and it just didnt look good with the long sleeves which i think are purposely cut to be longer than the wrist. I cant really think of a scenario where i would wear this because it was too embelished for work, but not cute enough for the weekend.  Maybe if i had rented a M it would have been better but i think that is unlikely. 

It was a lot bigger than I anticipated it would be....also the ruffles on the top were going in all different directions and I couldn't seem to get them to lay as they were supposed to. The dress is really cute though....if you can get the ruffles to lay flat. 

This dress is heavy so perfect for an evening party.  Unfortunately it ran large.  I looked like I was being swallowed by the dress.  Super cute, but didn't look good enough to actually wear.

I wanted this to work so bad.  I loved the way it looked on the model.  On me, however, the upper arm was a tad tight as well as the buttons on the forearm!  Weird.  It was still "wearable" but the overall fit was just too loose.  :(
