I love love love this top. I felt extremely chic with puffy sleeves and high neck! The belt gave back some shape defining my waist and making an overall curvy look. Loved it. 

This top was perfect! The fit is on point, with no places that felt too big or two small. It definitely needs a belt, though I went with a leather belt to match my shoes vs. the one it came with, but either way is perfect. It really can be dressed up or down for work to Saturday drinks out. And it can be for winter through summer because it's the perfect weight. The only thing that made me give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the neck hooks came undone a few times which annoyed me, but not enough that I wouldn't wear it again. Oh, and bonus, it came neatly pressed so I didn't need to iron it, yay! 

I am loving puffy, exaggerated sleeves at the moment. The sizing was okay for me, and I liked the way it fit. I had to iron this 100% cotton collar and sleeves a bit where shipping and dry cleaning hadn't left it in wearable condition. The RTR team had told me someone didnt return the shirt with the intended white white belt, but I managed to find a belt in my closet that worked just fine. This shirt gets a 4 star review because I didnt care for the collar at all once I used the hook and eyes and the back of the color had threads broken so the color detail wasnt pretty there--ended up wearing my hair down to cover it.

I wore this shirt for family pictures and it was great. My only "complaint" is that it is very worn. There was a hole by the v of the shirt but you couldn't see it because it is so blousy.  Also, it was missing the belt but I improvised with a white ribbon I had.  You have to press it too. A steamer is not enough I had to iron the shirt so the neck would stand up and get the crisp look it needs.  I would rent again though. 

I liked the shirt, but didn't love it. It's super wrinkly, so I had to steam it for a while. Halfway through the day it was wrinkled again. It's cute, but it takes a while to get the "poof" on top to look right. Overall, it was fun but not practical to wear more than once. 

Love the details on this too.  It instantly dressed up casual pants.  Note:  high neck 

Great fit - love the simple belt and the great neckline detail.   It is cotton so make sure you have a steamer when your item arrives - to iron out the kinks.  Worth the effort.

This shirt kind of flowed but also complimented my body well. I got many compliments and I think this is something I would like to purchase. 

classic looking design that pairs well with jeans as well as a party skirt.

This shirt is awesome, but the pictured belt is an absolute must. Unfortunately the belt didn't make the shipment so I have to return it. 

It was missing the belt that is shown with it, so I used one of my own belts, which ended up looking good with it. It came looking like it was right out of the dryer, and needed pressing. 
This top is not totally my style, but it's great to be able to try things out without having to make the investment. 

Unique is the first thing that comes to mind regarding this style! With a lot of detail, it's definitely a fun piece to have in your wardrobe. I would suggest sizing down with this style due to it is very roomy!

This shirt was too see through, too stiff, too bulky and was missing the tie at the waist. This was a miss for me.
