I didn't wear this. Maybe if it was cool and dry outside it'd have been ok but it's hot and humid here so the tightness of the sleeves on my arms was uncomfortable. Plus the shirt connects in the back? Cool I guess but also weird. Not good for leaning over my desk all day.

I absolutely love this top.  Wore with jean cut off to be casual, but also paired it with a rented Tory Burch skirt for a dressier occasion.  Love!

Agree others on review that 1) it takes a minute to figure out how to wear and place the back belt-type part of the top; 2) the under arm part of the top is tight and you won't be able to raise your arms all day; and 3) you will like the top anyway to wear because it's cute. It's not a keeper but I'm glad I added and wore it. 

Really liked this top to wear to work (well on zoom anyway). Neck and sleeve combo elevate it from a basic blouse, and there is a panel of fabric that goes around the lower back that makes the fit great at the waist without it being too curvy, especially for those of us with curves. My measurements are 38 x 33 x 43 and the 12 fit well. Other reviewers said the cuffs were a little tight on the arms, but I found they fit just right.

Loved the color of this top and it had a nice fit. 

This is a cute top for everyday, especially with high-waisted jeans. There is an internal wrap that goes in the back, FYI. This took me a second to figure out. My only other comment is that I wish the pearl buttons were on the outside of the cuff instead of the inside, but people still noticed them. 

Be prepared to iron. Wrinkles so easily. Nothing too special. The pearl buttons which are the best detail are hidden under your arms. Back was kind of weird. Still wore it twice while I had it.

Unfortunately, I did not get to wear this top. There is only one button hole option on the sleeves and it was way too tight. I did try it on, and the chest buttons pulled a bit, but it has a flap so it wasn't very noticeable.

This shirt is a classic blue blouse with a little something extra. The back detail is subtle but really fun. The pearl detail on the sleeve is almost hidden between your arm and side, so subtle.

The pro of this shirt is the detail in the back and the sleeves. The front is not very shapely. Also, the shirt material is quite wrinkly. Overall, I would rent again for the back detail.

It's cute but the arms are too tight and uncomfortable.  I have what I consider fat arms.

Too tight in the bust and arms. It had cute details and I'm bummed it didn't work, but beware if you're even remotely busty or have toned arms.
