It runs slightly big because of the material (pretty stretchy) so I suggest going a size down. I rented this dress one time before in a S (I normally wear a Medium). Spanx are recommended but not needed. If you are over 5'6" its kind of on the short side.

This dress stays true to size, but it is short if you are over 5 10". Other than that, I love the fabric. It is very slimming. The sleeves and neck keep it classy, even though it is a very sexy dress.

It was a little short for my taste, so I wish I would have packed some shorter heals/sandals to wear with it. I had tall wedges on, which made the dress even shorter. Overall, I loved this dress.

I rented this for a date to the ballet. It's a versatile dress and could be dressed up or down. I chose to pair it with black tights and heels. It was very flattering, slimming, and comfortable. The sizing runs pretty big. I am a size 8 or 10 in most dresses and rented both the M & L in this dress. I was pretty surprised that the Large was very loose, especially in the middle. I did like the length of the Large better, but it was just too baggy to look good. I went with the Medium which, even though slightly shorter, fit better all around. I would suggest selecting your normal size and a size down for back-up. Overall, I was pretty happy with this dress! It's understated, but classy,., the quality is good and it made me feel pretty for a night out.

I rented this dress for a late fall weekend out in Chicago. It fit well, and I loved the soft, thick and stretchy fabric. Definitely body con but nothing some Spanx couldn't fix. The lace made it a little fancier, but the dress could easily be dressed down or up. It was a good length on me. The neckline was a little revealing but could be adjusted a bit to make it more modest. Overall a pretty good rental, especially for the price.

I did like this dress the length was perfect. However, the dress was looser than other people described. I usually wear a size 6/M and I wore a small in this dress. I probably could of got away wearing an xs. It was tight but by the end of the night was very loose around the lower half of my body. The pattern was great and looked flattering.

My date really loved this dress, and I felt super sexy. My only "didn't love" was the low neck line... If you are small-chested, the low neck line is not the most flattering. I kept pulling it up so that the top of my bra cups wouldn't show. And I needed to wear a bra, because the dress was so tight that it flattened me out if I didn't have the padding. Overall, great dress, but think twice if you are an A-cup!

I always feel amazing when I receive my RTR package at my door. Stocked with not only another stunning dress, but also Valentine's Day themed goodies; perfect for me as I was wearing this for Valentine's Day, which is also my birthday. The dress fit true to size Nd as always, I turned heads when I took off my jacket at the restaurant.

One of the things I love about rent the runway is that I can try something that I wouldn't typically wear and not worry about it. I let my husband pick out the dress for our 10 year anniversary dinner. If I wear something short, I normally don't wear something with a low cut neckline or too tight, but this was all three! But I didn't feel too crazy in it. It's really nicely made and is pretty and flattering. You can't tell by the pictures but there is lace all over the dress. I got complements when we went for drinks before dinner and all night during dinner. My husband really loved it and made me take several pictures.

The only con is because of the design of the dress, some camera angles made me look wider in photos than I really am. But overall, I thought the dress was great.

I saw this dress and immediately knew it would fit really well. The fabric is super thick and fits almost like spanx. When I actually got the dress I was disappointed that the gray design didn't show up as strongly as in the picture with the model, but hopefully as you can see in my own photo, the dress photographs well and you can see the design. I loved wearing this dress and it made my night!

I wore this dress to go out on New Year's Eve. It's incredible comfortable and easy to wear, and great for dancing since the stretchy material lets you raise your arms easily without the rest of the dress riding up. As for the fit, I would say the dress runs a little large. I ordered the Small, but had to get the Medium as my back-up because XS was unavailable by the time I placed my order. I was really surprised at how much room I had in the Small from the waist up, even though I am a bit pear-shaped. It's also possible that if I were taller, it would have had a smoother fit and wouldn't have felt so roomy. If I were to wear this dress again I would definitely want to try the XS. Also, this dress is pretty low-cut so you'll want a bra with a plunging neckline.

It's runs slightly small and it's VERY short and VERY tight with a lot of cleavage so it can come off a bit tacky/slutty if you wear it to something more formal like a wedding - especially for women with a larger bust. However, I got lots of compliments on it because it does really flatter your waist and it is a very pretty design.

The dress is pretty but I wouldn't rent it again. It was a back up rental that I didn't end up wearing. But if it was my main rental, I wouldn't have worn it either. It was a good fit from the bust down, but the top was very loose. So loose that it gave me some inappropriate cleavage unless it was continuously pulled up, which would've gotten annoying. Just wasn't flattering up top, which isn't something I was expecting as a busty girl.

Wowza! This dress is great and super sexy. I honestly didn't expect much more then a pretty dress from the pictures, but I was very pleasantly surprised (as was my husband)! I ordered the M and L and while both fit, I ended up going with the L just to cover my butt a bit more. This dress hugs every curve and holds you in all the right places. I don't have a large chest, but it made it look like I did, which was nice. As mentioned above, I do have a butt, and this dress helped it look extra amazing! I would absolutely rent this dress again, and hopefully someday I will buy it. LOVE this dress!

Okay, I failed at taking a picture of this beautiful dress but uploaded this one in hopes that folks can see the awesome details of the dress. This dress was definitely skin tight but not heavy and didn't make me feel like a sausage being stuffed into a wrapper as most tight dresses make me feel. Highly recommend. The size was perfect and made me feel like a million bucks.

This dress fit true to size, but if you're going for a body hugging fit I definitely recommend shape wear. I wore this to my class reunion and it was super comfy all night. I am wearing the medium in the photo but ended up wearing the large out; it was a bit longer and for modesties sake I opted for the large. Had I been going to a bachelorette party or something like that I definitely would have worn the medium. If you're larger in the chest you may want to get some fashion tape to avoid any wardrobe malfunctions. Only complaint is that there was about a 3 inch section on the large where the lace had torn away from the hem. Nobody noticed, it just kind of bugged me. Overall it was perfect for my occasion and at a really great price!

I rented this dress for a trip to Vegas and it didn't disappoint! The fabric was thick and helped to hold everything in and the print is unique. It's both short and low cut but didn't ride up or bunch in any way. I also liked the partial sleeves to cover my upper arms and help make the dress winter appropriate. I rented both the medium and the large but ended up in the large as it's very tight and I was a bit self-conscious about wearing the smaller size. Once I had the right size on though, I felt great.

The dress made me feel so beautiful. It is tight, so I went with the large for a little bit more length and breathing room. It did have about an inch of length more than the size medium I ordered. The dress has subtle details, but looks expensive. The fabric was nice and thick, perfect for an Atlanta winter night. I wore it with black tights and black suede wedges. I had recently gained some weight, but this dress seriously made me feel really good about my curves. Overall, I really liked this dress.

First, let me say I hate spanx. I've worn them once and have sworn never to wear them again, so I wasn't sure how this dress would work out for me. The fabric is definitely clingy, but it is pretty thick and the pattern helps keep it flattering. It showed a bit more cleavage than I expected, but it was fine for a birthday date night with my husband (I just wouldn't recommend it for a work party or wedding). The best part about the dress was that it was SUPER comfortable. I felt like a million bucks but I also felt like I was wearing my jammies.

The dress was perfect for my anniversary. It wasn't overly dressy, but it was a nice spin on the typical LBD. I'm not a huge fan of my arms, so the length of the sleeves was great to give a little extra coverage, but the material was not too tight on them either. Only a couple things to note: The material around my stomach did not retain its elasticity very long. I have a pretty flat stomach, but even so it became loose fitting after about an hour of wear. This seemed to give the impression that the dress runs a little on the larger side. Also, after being seated for dinner for a couple of hours the dress did get a little wrinkly. Perhaps if you're looking for a more skin tight look sizing down would be better? Also, if you have a longer legs, just a heads up this dress is pretty short! I decided to wear it with some black tights for a little insurance. Overall though, super comfy, looked great, and for my first RTR experience I am very pleased!
