I am so glad I decided to rent this dress! I wore it for my sister's rehearsal dinner and it was the perfect amount of dressy, classy and sexy. It is form fitting but I didn't have any trouble with undergarments like some other reviewers. I would advise when you rent if you are an in between size kind of gal to rent the higher of the two sizes you wear (for instance I am between a 2 and a 4 and the 4 fit perfectly). Thanks RTR!

This dress is made of thick material and is very sturdy. It hugged all the right places. I felt great in it and received compliments from strangers (one of the best ways to know you have a winning dress). The only negative thing about it was that you could see lines from undergarments but the bad definitely did not outweigh the good.

I wore this dress for girls night out.I love the color red and this dress was a beautiful red. The dress fit like a glove and showed off all my curves. Durable fabric and no need to wear shape wear.

This dress fits very close to the body. Size up if you would like it a little looser. I received many compliments and enjoyed wearing it.

I wore this to graduation. The material was very high quality and had a little bit of stretch. If in between sizes, I recommend sizing up one. I received TONS of compliments on the dress. The color is amazing, especially in natural light.

This dress is snug, RTR was right in recommending one size up. The 4 was skin tight, 6 was way more comfortable. Dress is beautiful and made to accentuate curves. Sorry, do not have all done up pics as it was a religious ceremony, but it fit like a glove! Again, many compliments all day long. I would have loved to own this dress because it can be worn for so many occasions. Go RTR! :)

I rented this dress for a photo shoot in downtown Memphis with my two adult children. I wanted a great family photo and planned the primary colors to contrast with the city backdrop. This red dress was perfect! Loved the cute skirt and gorgeous red color. It really pops in our photos! The dress fits snugly, so even though I often wear a size 6, I definitely needed the size 8 in this dress.

I didn't end up wearing this dress for my work event. It's absolutely beautiful - well made, flattering construction, and quality material. I'm a pretty solid size 12, but I'm also a bit hippy and this was simply too tight in the hips/butt area for me. The dress description states "stretchy fabric allows comfortable room for full hips", which I suppose is the case, if you don't mind a very curvy look for a sexier occasion. If you're pear-shaped, I'd definitely recommend sizing up. But again - a gorgeous garment! I'm bummed I had to send it back. :-(

I wore this dress to speak at an AHA gala with my husband. I loved everything about this dress. I especially enjoyed being told how gorgeous I looked when I walked in the door. The dress was comfortable to wear, snug in all the right places so as to be super flattering. The material felt great. I loved the length and the little frill at the bottom. Wish I owned this dress!

Wonderfully thick material. Well made. Upper dress is lined. Easy to use side zipper. Extremely comfortable. Only con is it is snug under the arms.

The fabric is very thick and the color is nice and bright. The side zipper can be hard to pull up. It is a very form fitting dress but I figure that very few people have perfect bodies so why bother trying to hide imperfections. Just wear the right undergarments, stand up straight and let the bottom ruffle draw the attention. I'd rent it again!

I wore this dress at work and then for a reception at the residence of Swiss ambassador. Was perfect for day-to-evening engagement. Dress is beautiful and fits great.

This is one dress that I wish I could keep! This photo does not do it justice. It gave me curves which, unfortunately, I normally do not have. It's very structured and has a nice thick material. Even though it was pretty long (below the knee), it was still really sexy probably because it really hugged my body. I'd definitely recommend this dress to anyone and everyone!

I wore this for my husband's formal holiday party and got lots of compliments. I felt very stylish and put together. The top fit great and the bottom was just a tad snug. I was surprised the 4 fit best - I am usually a size 2. It's a fun dress!

Hugs every curve and quality/weight of dress was wonderful. Thought I'd like the flair at the bottom of the dress more -felt like it made my shape a bit odd but all and all a really pretty dress.

This dress is beautiful and I received lots of compliments, but I would not rent it again. Here's why: CONS: - The material is heavy, but still somehow thin. As mentioned in other reviews, this does show lines (as well as bulges and dimples...). Just be prepared with seamless undergarments. - The dress constantly rides up. I spent half the night pulling and tugging at it to make it hang the way I wanted. - Even though the rest of the dress fit like a glove, the chest area was a bit floppy. I could have worn a heavily padded bra. All that said, the dress was really beautiful. I typically wear a 2-4 (depending on cut) and the 4 was by far the best fit. The material is a lovely deep red. I'm short, so the bottom flounce hit me at the bottom of the knee - exactly where I wanted it to. The fabric stretches to your curves and made my butt look great. Overall, a fantastic look!

Gorgeous shade of red, flippy fabric at the bottom helps conceal that shapewear. Perhaps it was all of the holiday cookies, but I found it a bit snug. Sticky zipper, too. Still a striking dress though!

This dress is absolutely beautiful. The detailing is stunning & really elevates the dress from "pedestrian" to "wow." The ONLY problem is that the fabric is unforgiving, if you're curvy. When I was standing still, it was comfortable & flattering. But if I moved, at all, the front of the skirt rode up & bunched at the crotch . . . NOT flattering. I wore this with low-heeled boots, because I was going to be standing for the entire party (minimum 4 hours) & could not be hobbled by high heels. But this dress definitely looks best with sheer nude hose & high (3"+) heels. Note: The fabric shows pantylines & bra lines, so you'll need smooth-fitting undergarments. Since I was wearing control-top pantyhose, that took care of the bottom. I'm glad I was sent a size up from my usual, because the 8 was just too snug.

This dress does run small. The six fit but had a stain and had to go with the 8.

This dress was very comfortable and fit great. My only issue was just that it only had a small zipper under one of the arms, so getting it on and off wasn't the easiest thing. But it was a nice stretchy material, and loved the way it felt, even after several hours. Would recommend!

I wore to this a fundraiser and received compliments. My figure is top heavy with relatively slim hips. This fitted dress is cut for a balanced hourglass figure, so on me it was a bit tight thru the bust and a bit roomy through the hips. I still felt that the hourglass seaming did its part to visually balance the two 'zones.' The fun flounce at the bottom made every step a little party. The fabric was nice -- a bit on the heavier side so it wasn't overly clingy. This was my first RTR experience, and I'll definitely try it again.

This dress is so beautiful! I loved the color and the mermaid/flouncy bottom. I wore a size bigger because the event I went to was more conservative. Definitely size up if you don't want the dress to be too form fitted. My only concern with the dress was that it was made for a tall person. The shoulder area was too big in both sizes and the waist was too low for my petite frame. If the dress was in a petite size, it would've fit much better.

It fit true to size. the bust was a little tight (I'm a 34DD) but overall it fit like a glove. The only con was it was very hard to find undergarments that didn't show lines.

I wore this dress for a Valentine's date. My intention was to go a bit understated and the features of this dress seem to offer that. Including the higher neckline, capped sleeves, and just slightly above the knee length; however the combination of the red color and the sculpted form fit drew generous attention, so if that's not what you want . . . beware! This dress seems to run true to size, I normally wear an 8, but went with the 6 as my size was not available, the 10 was too loose. The 6 was form fitting, yet still comfortable. My only concern is that the skirt did ride up a bit after sitting, so the 8 probably would have been perfect. All in all, I loved the dress and afterwards my boyfriend hinted . . . he wanted me to rent it again.

The dress is a beautiful scarlet color and looks even better on than it does on the hanger. There were plenty of compliments on it during the night. I did have quite a bit of trouble getting it over my bust so that is definitely something to be wary of. If you're a little hippy, it also tends to bunch up around your midsection as you move/dance so there was some tugging to do to keep it straight. Despite this, I still recommend this lovely lady-like dress.

I thought I would love this dress. It doesn't look too bad in the pictures, but it just fit weird. I usually wear 0s or 2s, but this 2 was hard to zip up. It has a weird side zipper and a hook and eye closure right under the arm pit that there would be no way I could hook myself. You can't put this dress on right after putting on deodorant or it'll get all over the dress because you have to pull the dress over your head. Maybe a larger size would have felt better, but probably won't rent again.

The color of the dress was perfect. The fit was tight. There is no give in the material so it shows all the flaws. It is a heavy, rich material. I don't think it was a great fit for my shape but it was a nice dress.

I ended up not wearing this dress to my event because the fit was a little awkward and unproportional. I think this could be a really cute dress on the right person. My picture doesn't look bad, but to get it to remotely fit up top I had to wear a really padded bra. I have a very hourglass shape, so my the dress was pretty loose and baggy through the waist, and really tight through the hips. The size 2 fit my hips and thighs better, but was ridiculously loose through the bust and waist. I think this dress would fit someone better if they weren't quite as curvy. As soon as I started walking around it would ride up pretty badly. I would've have a very hard time dancing in this dress and not tugging it down the entire night. My husband loved the dress and thought it was very sexy and fun, but I would have felt very uncomfortable and restricted. It would have been great for a cocktail party or an event that didn't involve much moving around.

Beautiful dress, but I barely had room to eat lunch it was so tight. At least there is a long zipper on the side to help get into it. Consider going up a size! Thick quality fabric and little surprises like beautiful patterns on the sleeves. Great length and flattering even on a short girl. Wore for a work luncheon and got lots of compliments.

I loved this dress - it was very "va-va-voom" as my boyfriend said. I thought it seemed a little bit small for a 2, but also that is potentially just the style - if you're in between sizes, go up for sure though. Unfortunately I didn't get to wear it as the zipper was broken near the top. I was so sad! But I did have a great backup so there's that at least.

This dress is amazing. Tight in all the right places. The peplum bottom is fun and flirty as you walk, and the dress really shows off curves! I'm glad I took the group's advice and sized one up from my normal size. You will not regret renting this one!!

Fit was great. I had ordered one size up from previous reviews, Which seemed dead on. The dress was of a heavier material, but not hot. I would definitely recommend Spanx that go up over your waist. The dress was conservative but sexy, comfy, and perfectly festive for the company holiday party

This dress fits so beautifully! Seriously hugged all my curves and made me feel super sexy. The color is gorgeous and I loves the detail on the skirt. I paired with this beautiful rtr necklace. Home run. I wish I could keep it. Another amazing experience with RTR.

I really loved this dress. I usually don't wear a ton of color so I really enjoyed this bright red. I usually order a 2 and 4 - and often the 4 is a touch big. But with this dress the 4 basically just fit, however, I was able to dance and move comfortably. I think the style was just meant to be very form fitting (with the fun bottom flare). Overall, this was one of my favorite RTR dresses to date. I would definitely recommend!
