Love this vacation dress. The fit is a *little* odd but it's so beautiful and the colors are so vibrant that I didn't really mind

I agree with other reviewers, this is a gown. It also has a kind of loose fit that I think is intentional? Maybe? I wouldn't have worn it alone, but I paired with a chambray shirt and gold sandals, which toned it all down enough to work for brunch and a museum. It did end up being SUUUPER fun to wear, but it definitely rides a strange line between casual and formal and doesn't really fit in either. The fit was a little weird, but after the silk warmed up a bit it smoothed out and flowed nicely.

This is a great everyday maxi...my only complaint is that the wide straps have no stretch. Because they're wide they need to be a tad longer which means they constantly fall down when you're seated.

The reviews are accurate. Beautiful fabric. This is not a sundress, it is a more formal fabric. I rented this for a outdoor charity event in the summer. Ill fitting, I did not wear it. Very long even with my highest wedge (I'm 5'1") but loose in areas in the front and back.

Beautiful material, the front has a classy sexy slit. True to size, although the straps were a little big and not adjustable. It definitely has a formal vibe but when paired with a denim jacket I was able to wear it casually. I wore this for a beach dinner to celebrate my anniversary, my husband loved it.

It was too big on me, but that is my own fault because I should have ordered a 4, but took the 6 because it was the one available. The shoulder straps were also a bit long. I still enjoyed wearing it.

I looked at this dress so many times before I rented it. It didn't do much for me, but I'm glad I have it a try. It was a one and done.

Fit was too loose for an attractive body con style, and too form fitting for a loose style

This is a beautiful GOWN to wear to a wedding or gala there is nothing casual about this dress. Not your typical casual everyday maxi, we are talking WOWZER gown ladies. I tried to dress it down but it was impossible. I returned unworn it is a beautiful dress for the right setting. I just don't wear gowns for everyday wear.

I usually am a 6 or 4 but given no zipper and flowiness the 2 worked. I had rented a 6 before and it was too large. The 2 worked well but 4 would have been even better.

As others have mentioned, the fabric is fancier that it looks in the photos, but I certainly wouldn't call it a gown. The straps were too long, so I wrapped them up in my bra and the fit was perfect. I LOVED this dress. Just beautiful. I wish I'd have taken a photo.

The fabric made it weird for everyday but not dressy enough for anything formal. It fit well but didn't seem very functional

Rented this for a beach vacation in mexico - thought it would be a flowy maxi dr3ess. The fabric in person is quite stiff and shiny, so it felt overly formal despite the casual print. It also fit weird in the chest area, gapped out and didn't lay right.

I love the straps, print and overall fit of this dress. The only thing is that it bunches in the center, but in a weird way. It doesn't accentuate any tummy bulges, but it does poof out in an awkward way there. The dress is actually slimming and flattering when hanging correctly, I would have worn it and loved it if it stayed that way

Tried on only. Colors are subdued. Not as vibrant as pic. Material is very nice. As others mentioned, loose shoulder straps. I'm a 34DD and 5ft 8in. A 4 would have been tight in hips. Also, better for average height as the front slit looks awkward when dress doesn't even hit my ankles.

This dress was way too long for me. It is too bad that you can't adjust the straps because I love the material.

I cannot even describe how weird the fit is. I'm a size 2/4 with a very "normally proportioned" body, and this was just cut so odd, I don't even know whom to recommend that it would look good on - maybe super tall gals? The wide straps in solid color were also a bit awkward. Very sad...

Definite waste of a swap. The dress was tight in the hips but loose in the belly. Odd fit. Intended to wear to the beach but it wasn't flowy and I would've sweat to death. Thumbs down.

The stress was a struggle to get on. Would love to wear it but there is no hope. I wear 16. Would take a 20 in this dress

I love the fabric on this dress. To dress it down I wore grey sandals with heels and a jean jacket. The straps were big so I pinned them back a bit and with the jacket it was perfect. This dress could be dressed up or down.

Runs extremely large, I am between 10-12 and was too large to wear although beautiful

I have a short torso--and sadly, the wide ribbon straps are not adjustable. I felt like I spent the entire night pulling the neckline up. The fabric is beautiful and has a slight shimmer--making it easy to dress up or down. I feel like I could have worn a smaller size. The middle was baggy on me. I wouldn't give it a bad review...I just feel like I needed a smaller size.

The only size available was the 8. It was huge on me (size 6) this does run true to size

I am a tall woman and I have had good luck with this brand in the past so I was expecting it to be longer. This dress was a good fit on my body, but the length was 4 inches short of reaching my ankle.

The dress was pretty enough, but it was pretty loose on top and tight through the hips and butt. I didn't end up wearing it, as the slit in the front was awkward and gaping.

The top of this did not fit me, and I had to wear a denim jacket over it. It gapped in the back and was too plunging in front. However the rest of the dress was really pretty. The slit on the front was a little much for lunch with my mom, but why not.

Fit was great! It's super comfortable. The front slit makes sitting interesting. As long as the slit is on your mind it shouldn't be a problem. LOVED this dress.
