I haven't worn this yet but I have to! It's so beautiful and well made. The print is so original and cool. It's best to find a belt that goes with this. I am not sure if I'll wear a skinny or wider belt. I think this will be cute with combat boots etc. Pretty dress, true to size, may run a little big.

Paired with blacked tights, belt and ankle boots for work and it was great. Got lots of compliments and it was comfortable. If it comes down in price would consider buying!

Rented this dress because I loved the print. I ended up keeping it for two months, flattering and unique. Received tons of compliments.

Comfortable, cute, and fit true to size. Perfect for winter date nights paired with a cute pair of boots and a warm coat. Didn't want to return it!

Conservative but very flattering. The shoulders are a little narrow relative to the rest of the sizing but otherwise fit great.

I love the contrast of the classic print with the writing over it. The dress is super comfortable and nice fabric. I loved the ruffle detail. True to size. Doesn't wrinkle much.

I sized up to make sure the dress was appropriate for work. I think I could have worn a medium for a tighter, going out, fit. Was comfortable to wear all day at the office.

I love everything from Zadig & Voltaire and this dress was not an exception. It fit comfortably and was great transitional dress.

The pattern is so interesting to look at! It was a little short and tight but it worked!

Unique, cool look and a very nice fit. Wore to an industrial concert and a fine French bistro and got compliments and fit in at both. The material is very soft and looks luxe.

Would not say totally comfortable (high neck is tight) and did need a belt. Adorable and looked great with tights.

I'm an athletic build and this was roomy but not too large. Super comfy and flattering.

Loved this for a cute work fit. You don't need to belt it, but since I only had black tights and the fabric had navy in it, thought I could cheat it with the belt.

This dress is funky!! As Zadig tends to be! I loved the fit and felt that the length was appropriate even on my longer legs.

I always go up a size in Zadig, because the materials are so flowy and I like more of a boho look. This dress is short, but I wore it with leggings and boots and didn't feel inappropriate at work at all. It also, as other reviewers have noted, bunches around the waist, but it just made the top look blousy, which didn't bother me. I did add a belt because I don't like seeing an elastic waistband. Fabric is awesome- silky but did not have the static or wrinkles of actual silk. Overall great dress!

Tight at the shoulders but great length, definitely ether for a longer torso! I can see what the other reviewers are saying about the Fabric pooching at the stomach but it hit me just right.

I rented this as a casual Friday mix up on my standard work sheath and it's truly one of my favorite rentals ever. I had no idea what the graffiti said until my partner read it to me when we were out after work (very versatile) - it says "art is truth" all over it. I've never had more compliments on an outfit at work. It does wrinkle but don't let that stop you. It's a standout piece - very Alexis Rose.

I love this beautiful toile - such a pretty, unique dress. It is satiny and wrinkles pretty easily (I wore this to work and sat at my desk most of the day). This isn't a style I usually go for but I couldn't resist the print, and I got a lot of compliments on it! The XS fit comfortably, not too short. The top is pretty blousy so I did find myself adjusting to tuck some of the fabric into a big belt, which worked perfectly. For me, this absolutely needed a belt to look flattering. Loved this!

I loved this print, especially with the little pops of cursive on the print. The overall style of the dress was cute and paired well with black boots. My only issue is that the yoke and shoulders/arm holes seemed smaller in proportion ti the rest of the dress so arm movement felt restricted and kind of made the bottom ride up a bit. Fine for a dinner but if I were to rent again I’d size up for a more comfortable fit.

I got so many compliments! The only downside is that it’ll ride up pretty high when you’re sitting down. Also, when you lean forward it’ll tug on your neck. Definitely fun to rent but I wouldn’t own it.

A little too loose for my taste but elastic waistband added some structure. Awesome different print.

I really liked this dress. I couldn't decide if I should belt it and ultimately left it alone. It's a nice, lightweight material and easy to get on and off. I liked the unique print.

This was too short for me to wear out. I paired with a wide black belt and 40 yearly me would have loved it!! ;)

This dress was great! Didn't give 5 stars because the waist does bunch. I had a belt on at the beginning like other reviews, but with my boots it looked better without. So many compliments in this dress. The pattern and everything, the length, the color and the cut. Can't go wrong.
