The bag was a nice quality and really versatile color. The flaps can pop in and out on the sides if you need more room. But be warned there are NO POCKETS OR COMPARTMENTS. So sometimes it was frustrating fishing for chapstick or keys.

Great bag. Went very well with everyday outfit. Slightly impractical when it comes to opening and closing, but still super cute and worth it!

Received a lot of compliment on this bag. I typically only do cross body bags so this was a nice change. I liked carrying a bag just by the handle. The taupe color was a great neutral, went with everything.

Loved this bag. Be prepared to fill it with a good amount of things to hold shape because it comes flat from shipping. As noted in other reviews, the color is more of a light gray.

The bag showed up on time and ready to be used right out of the bag. The return bag was also included making it super easy to pop it right back in the mail when I was done. I will definitely rent this bag again.

Gorgeous and easy to wear with everything

It's a pretty bag with nice details in a good neutral color but there isn't a lot to it. The leather is unlined and there are two very small pockets. One is on the inside and about the size of a business card and the one outside is larger but they didn't serve any useful purpose for me. The bag was showing some wear and tear on the metal clasp with the gold rubbed off in places. The pop out wings don't stay popped in so be prepared. They are open to the inside.

Medium sized handbag that held everything I needed for a day at work (didn't have to lug my laptop that day) and out to happy hour. Clasp had some marks but you have to really look for them. Color is darker than anticipated but that is a good thing in my opinion since it means this bag would work year-round.

Classy elegant look while still being trendy. Big enough to be useful but light enough to be easy to carry. I didn't have any issues with the latch. Not a good bag though if you're looking to carry a laptop or bigger items

Cute, love the top handle and the gold hardware. Didn't love the gray color - thought it'd be more beige (oops). Big and roomy so great for work and work events.

It was nice because the little flares on the sides made it easier to reach in and grab what you need without having to open the whole bag.

The bag is so cute and looks very chic, however the hardware has some visible damage and scratches. Also, it looks like is has some rust. But again, super cute and comfortable bag for everyday use.

Fun bag! Darker in real life than the photos show. Only complaint is you have to close the latch every time you get in the bag otherwise you can't carry it by the handle (without things spilling out). Probably not as functional for every day use but a very pretty bag!

This bag is definitely a darker, grayer color than the photo. Kind of a mushroom taupe. A very pretty color and maybe more useful, but definitely not ivory beige. It also has absolutely no interior organizing features so beware if you need that. The hardware is pretty. Also no lining, just one layer of leather. I will use it this month but won’t rent any of the other colors or sizes of this bag that are available.

Rented this thinking it was cream but it's actually a light olive/beige/greige color. Also very heavy. Not for me.

Color is a darker beige than in the picture. The bag is also lighter weight than expected, which makes it seem cheaply made.
