The backpack was a great smaller handbag size and incredibly versatile both as a backpack or handbag. The opening was at the top was a tad snug but the bag itself still held plenty. Absolutely beautifully made and such an understated 'wow' piece.

I love this bag! It's small inside but my iPad JUST fits. It has a tiny inside pocket but I didn't try to use it. Loved wearing it backpack style while running errands! Great everyday bag.

I like the design of this bag and I'm sure it would have been nice if I rented it a little earlier in its life. The bag was pretty worn and the metal closure was very beat up. The gold was wearing off and there were very minor stains which I was able to mostly get off. Relatively spacious and comfortable to wear on your back.

This backpack is really cute and easy to close with one hand. I like the structured handle and the great blue color.

I rented this for my vacation to Hawaii, and it was the perfect travel bag. It is small, but fit my wallet, sunglasses and phone perfectly with extra room to spare. The color is also very chic and trendy, but is not overpowering. Definitely will rent again!

Loved trying out the mini backpack trend, and I got a lot of great compliments. I thought it was going to be black, but it was navy! The color was fantastic.

This is a great day bag. I love the clasp detail and top handle. I was a bit concerned about the opening being too small as other reviewers commented - it works fine for me. I don't carry much in my bag so that may explain it. Color is beautiful, all the finishing details are so nice. Will use for a while.

I used this purse at the office. I liked that it was tailored enough for work, but was also new back pack style. My one complaint is it was too small for me.

I used this bag for a trip to NYC. It was perfect! There was just enough room to hold my wallet, phone, and camera. I have 3 younger kids so I knew we'd be running around the city trying to fit in all the typical sightseeing things with them and didn't want to fuss with a purse. This helped keep me hands free to hold kiddos hands and chase them down while the frantic running at FAO. It was nice to have something that looked glamorous while serving its very unglamorous purpose.

This navy bag is well made and substantial with thick leather and heavy hardware. It is very good looking. That said, it is not large and the opening under the flap is smaller than you'd think. Also, its heft is maybe a little too much for the thin backpack straps. I adjusted the straps but never did figure out how to make the bag hang properly. Still, I might get it again.

It was fun to try to backpack trend with this bag. The straps unfortunately were a bit long for me to wear it backpack style, so I carried it using the top handle for the most part.

I love this little bag. It is the perfect size for walking around town. I can fit a large checkbook-sized wallet and my sunglasses case. It arrived with a few scratches, but they aren't too noticeable. Love this bag; don't want to send it back!

Carried this on a recent extravagant European vacation, felt like I looked the part the whole time. Also, this bag feels great to carry, it sits right in the small of my back and high enough that you can still see my waist. Husband says it looks like a mini backpack and a fancy purse had a baby. :D The hardware is solid and the clasp holds. Really what more can you ask for? I may not send this one back!

This purse was a little underwhelming. It did not have much space and the shape was flat. Even when I filled it up, it did not help with the shape. I would skip this and go for other Zac Posen bags.
