I loved this dress! It was so fun and pretty and just felt very feminine. I wore this out to a nice restaurant for my husband's birthday. As other reviewers have said, it is definitely thin. I felt comfortable in shorts. Not sure how I would feel without but it's a perfect autumn/winter dress with black tights and heels. The sleeves aren't too puffy and just the right amount of girly/romantic. I also love the cinched waist. I will definitely rent this again!

Loved the fit and pattern! Never rented this brand before but I really liked it. More of an edgy look than I usually go for.

I actually ordered the size Large as a back up dress for my best friend's wedding and it fit perfectly, however it had stains on the arm. There were no other larges available so the medium and extra large were sent to me overnight, and I chose the extra large because I am busty and the medium was too snug. It worked out well and the extra room around my waist wasn't too noticeable since the skirt is flowy. It was very comfortable, provided the perfect amount of coverage for an early November wedding, and photographed beautifully! I received so many compliments as soon as we walked in through posting pictures! My husband wanted me to keep the dress!

I love this feminine dress by Yumi Kim! Running true to size no stretch, I recommend wearing your true size for your primary size and sizing up for the back up. This style is fitted at the natural waist and looser at the hips. It will work best for any cup size and any standard bra. At 5'3', the length hit me at the knee. I love the detail of this dress! Pair with nude or black heels complete your outfit!

This would have been the perfect look for an afternoon winter wedding if my shipment hadn't been delayed by weather! What can you do. I will definitely rent this dress again. While the dress itself is fairly conservative, the detailing is sophisticated and keeps it from feeling too demure. I particularly love that there is some mesh sewn into the shoulders to give them more body. Be warned: while this is a great look for fall/winter, this dress is NOT LINED. Tights and maybe a slip may be necessary if you don't want to freeze.

I'm always a large. Sometimes an XL in brands that run small. I would need an XXXL for this to fit right. I could even get the back zipped and it's far too short on my 5'7" frame. So irritating how different sizing can be. Material is also quite cheap and feels ultra synthetic.

Loved this dress... the neck was tight but no big deal. It fit true to size and was comfortable all night!

It's very flattering and lightweight. I wore with black tights but the material was so light that I didn't get too warm.

If large chested, size up! Otherwise beautiful and not sheer as some other reviews had indicated.

very flattering dress that works for many different occasions-- I have worn it to work with heels and on the weekends with booties. extremely comfortable and lightweight (it's not lined but this doesnt bother me since it's a pretty loose-fitting dress). I'm usually a 6 or sometimes 4 and I thought that a medium was a good fit-- I probably could have sized down (especially to make it a bit tighter in the waist) but I didn't want it to be too tight in the shoulders. overall a great, versatile dress that I'm happy I bought :)

This dress is super cute, comfortable, soft, and work-appropriate. TTS, but maybe size down if you are narrow through shoulders. Will rent again.

The shoulders are a little boxy, so if you have broad shoulders it may not be your favorite, but for a pear-shaped gal, it provides nice balance and is very flattering. I got a ton of compliments. Versatile and can be worn with heels or tights and boots.

This dress is really pretty in person and flows nicely. Received lots of compliments and would definitely consider purchasing it. I wore it with a leather jacket and black tights with ankle boots. Super cute.

I'm 5feet5in and 140lbs and the dress was tight. The dress was very pretty and the length was great.

I really like this dress. The print is lovely and the puff shoulders make it interesting. I wasn't able to wear it because the back didn't fit right and was too loose. But I would have worn it happily if it fit better.

I loved the sleeves, cinched waist, and pattern. A beautiful dress. However I am only 5'3" and the dress came barely to my mid-thigh. Beware of the occasion you are renting this for!

Rented this for work, it's a cute dress, but the small ran way too big and couldn't figure out how to make it work. Even the shoulders were too big. So, sadly, this one is heading straight back.

I gave this 3 stars because it's adorable and had it fit I would have happily worn it. But...I am pear shaped - big on bottom with a major butt and hips, small on top, short waisted with an A cup. I'm normally a 12 on top, occasionally a 10, and between a 12 and 14 on bottom depending on size. This dress somehow fit my bottom and waist perfectly, and then got crazy tight up from there. The exact opposite problem I normally have. Really cute though, nice fabric.

The product descriptions for items should really include whether dresses are lined or not. This one is not and the material is sheer. I tried it on in my living room with a little sun coming in and that was enough to see through it completely, so outside? No way. It's too bad because the dress itself looked really nice on, although it definitely runs small. I'd order a size up if you don't mind the sheerness.

Didn't wear as it was way too tight at the waist. Also, the pictures make it appear as a heavier fabric than it is. Was more like a lightweight polyester that would be appropriate for spring. Would be cute on someone else though. Also, wasn't formal enough for the event I was going for so opted for another RTR pick!

This dress was way too small. It was so short I'd describe it as a tunic (and I'm only 5'4") and the overall fit was snug, as well. Fabric was quite thin.

This dress is not for me. While the pattern and material is awesome, the shoulders made me look like I was either ready to go run through the fields in the opening credits of little house on the prairie or dressing up with the 90's shoulder pad look which wasn't for me, personally. It also fit weird. I am a 34D so the small was too small to zip up and I am thin around my waist so the medium was way too big. If you have a smaller chest and like this look it would be great with some OTK boots in the cooler weather though!
