Great dress for some of my friends wedding. Great fit

Wore this to a wedding and received many compliments!

I ordered a different dress for my friends evening wedding and neither size fit my busy. I frantically showed up at the RTR store on the day of the wedding and the stylist pulled this dress for me. I never would have chosen this, but it was so flattering! The top was just form fitting enough to accentuate my shape without being tight. So many compliments from the other guests!

I found this was a 14R not a 14W and fit like a regular. Very nice substantial fabric, pretty color kind of mauve with grey. I'm 5'6" and it came right above the knee. You will want to wear a strapless bra or Nubra with this dress as the off the shoulder prevents a conventional bra. Overall delighted with the dress.

the dress is cute, but the mauve with silver tone didn't compliment my skintone and looked flat on me. i sized up based on reviews, but shouldn't have. the material was a bit odd, too. I enjoyed the pockets. i would recommend ordering and not necessarily sizing up because i have a large waist and despite that being the tightest part of the dress, had plenty of room. it also didn't sit as off the shoulder as it looked in the photo, but that may have been due to sizing

Really wanted to wear this dress, ordered a 4 and 6 and couldn't wear either one. Too tight through the ribs and waist. The fabric is even prettier in person, silver/grey and purple! Wish I could have worn it!
