I rented this so that I could officiate a wedding. I absolutely LOVED this dress. I wore a size 8, but wish I had had a size 10. This *just* fit...the mesh was a bit forgiving. I am 5'3" and at the time I wore this 143lbs (36C). I felt amazing and have already planned to wear this again. Rent it!!

The fit was perfect & never too tight even while eating, drinking, and dancing the night away. I felt amazing and got a huge amount of compliments--kind of wish I bought it. ;)

This dress was perfect for my husband's military retirement ceremony. I would say the fit is pretty true to size. I am usually a size 2 but decided to wear the 4 because it was just a little more comfortable. Loved this dress and received many compliments...would definitely recommend this for any occasion.

I found this dress to be true to size - it was a little tight in the bust area but not restrictive.

I rented this dress for my engagement pictures and absolutely loved it! The detail and color of this dress are amazing, and it fit like a glove.

This dress caught my eye and I rented it just because. I changed into it at a rest stop on the highway and got complimented on the dress as I exited the stall! I went a size up from my normal size and was really comfortable all day. The length fell a few inches above my knee, a little shorter than it looks in my pic, which was perfect for me. The dress was a little snug just below the bust, and my bust/waist are on the smaller side, so consider sizing up if you need more room in this area.

Super cute, great coverage and appropriate length- not tight on arms, hugs just right (not too much) around hips but if u want it to hang like the model then get a size up. I'm usually size 8 or 10 with 34B and got a 10 and looked good and may even look better as 12? Good for work, conference, elegant showers or dinners

I am 5'2, 130 lbs, 34 B and rented a 6 and an 8. Strangely, the 8 was tighter than the 6. But in any case the 6 was perfect. The material is very stretchy and it is form-fitting, so not tons of "growing room" to eat cake at a wedding! There is a white lining underneath the lace overlay and it is not 100% opaque so nude colored undergarments are a necessity! I received lots of compliments at the wedding I attended and the bold blue was easy to accessorize with nude shoes & gold jewelry. Loved this dress!

Size 4 was a perfect fit. I'm normally straight and narrow with no curves but this dress gave me a little figure which was fun. I worn a thin slip and regular bra. So comfy but a little restricting in the shoulder area for dancing or lifting your hand about head. My earrings were Stella & Dot "Kaia Chandelier"

I'm 5'6 and 140 pounds...and my dress size usually varies. So if you are like me and typically wear a 6 or 8, go with the 8. The fabric doesn't stretch and therefore I felt completely comfortable in the 8. It wasn't too tight but definitely showed the curves of my body (in a good way). The dress was beautiful and I received a ton of compliments. Loved the color and the fabric. It was perfect for an afternoon summer wedding. I paired the dress with Kendra Scott Lace Agate Danielle earrings which looked super cute with the dress. This was my first RTR rental and I will definitely do this again!

I wore this for a rehearsal dinner and it fit and felt great. The dress is true to size. The detail of the lace was so pretty. There was a small hole on the shoulder but you couldn't tell with the detail. The color is a really bright and flattering. Can wear normal bra but the dress is a bit see through so nude undies are a must :) Would love to keep this dress!

Love the detail on this dress! The blue and white is perfect for a summer affair with a pop of color! The fit is a little more flattering than your everyday shift dress and acceptable for wearing regular undergarments. Overall I really LOVED this dress and would rent it again!

I wore this to a wedding where I was their coordinator. It was over MDW at an Arboreteum and was perfect for the semi-formal garden atmosphere. I sized up only because I was the coordinator I needed extra room to bend and run around, but the 8 would've sufficed otherwise. I paired it with glittery silver Jack Rogers, but had it been more formal and indoors a nude pump or sandal would have been great. No need for much jewelry either!

Could have worn the four but it was a little restricting on the arms so I worse the six. Wore this for 8th grade culmination (outdoors) in the morning, wore it all day working in my classroom, then for 12 th grade graduation in the afternoon (also outdoors). Comfortable & beautiful! Love RTR!

Unfortunately I didnt get any pictures of me wearing it the day I did- but this is the picture from the dressing room at the georgetown store. I'm tall and long waisted, and this one fit nicely. I found that the body of the dress fit slightly wide compared to the arm holes, but the arm holes weren't so tight that they were uncomfortable. The lining is cotton and the top is a light lace, so it's a very light dress- perfect for a hot summer day in DC! It wasn't very see through at all and you should be okay in most undies- I wore nude seamless ones just in case.

The zipper was a bit tough - helps to have someone around to help you zip it!

The fit was a little small, so I'd order a size up for backup. The detailing was beautiful. I got a ton of compliments on the dress. Would highly recommend!

Vibrant blue that was stunning for any occasion. Wore this to my graduation and wore it all day and night. Comfortable as it was not tight around the abdomen, but fitted enough to define hourglass waists. Tight in the bust, so I would recommend sizing up for bustier women (but it didn't stop me from wearing the 4). So glad I did the mystery jewelry! Loved the bracelet too!

I loved wearing this for my undergraduate graduation! The length was very modest, formal, conservative but the dress also had style and stood out. It was a perfect dress to feel gorgeous but also formal and professional. Dress came to a few inches above the knee. It was a little tight in the bust area, but didn't want to wear the 2 because that would have made it loose in other areas. Overall LOVED this dress! So many compliments!

Wore this to our children's school's auction and received lots of compliments! The dress is brighter in person and very well made. Like others commented, I did find that the zipper was a bit sticky - but nice that it was completely hidden when zipped. Both the 4 & 6 fit, but I chose the 6 for a bit longer length. This was my first experience with Rent the Runway, but I know that it won't be my last!

The picture shows how much the dress rode up on me when sitting - when standing, the dress was a perfect length for me - a little above the knee. Absolutely beautiful detail on the dress - I received glowing compliments from almost every single person at the event. The lining is nice and thick so you can really wear any kind of undergarments.

I was comfortable all evening in this dress! The 4 fit me perfectly and although I am tall, it was definitely long enough.

The reviews made me think the dress would fit tight, but I think it fit true to size. It was comfortable and looked great. I received compliments throughout the night! Plan for light colored bra and undies because they definitely show in this one. I wore nude heels for any easy match.

This is a dress that I want to own.. Such a great dress. The fabric is more substantial than may appear ~~and this means that I was able to wear a BLACK form fitted (spandex) slip under this and it doesn't show through. A last minute rental As ,mentioned I was able to wear a regular bra and this slip- Wow - easy & elegant~ I went with the nude shoes but blue would have been great - i think white may have worked if it were later in the season.. Drop pearls and smaller necklace and I was done- hard to send this one back - truly a great dress!

Loved this dress! I got several compliments throughout the night. It does run a bit small -- I usually wear a 2 but got a 4 as the backup size. The 2 wouldn't even zip up all the way! Also, it's a bit see-through but the intricate detail of the dress makes it less noticeable. Just be sure to wear nude-colored undies :)

I can wear a size 6 or 8 depending on the fit, all the reviews recommended to go up a size and I agree, the size 8 fit me perfectly.

This dress was great. There was only size left and I read reviews saying that the dress runs small so I was nervous but it fit perfectly fine on me. It wasn't snug either. It's tighter in the chest but not very fitted throughout the rest of it. I received so many compliments on it!

What a gorgeous dress! It was comfortable, stunning and absolutely perfect for the afternoon wedding in San Francisco. I didn't want to send it back!!!

I'm 6ft and this hit at the perfect length above the knee. The dress fits a little tighter on the top so I would recommend a size up if you have a B cup or larger. The cap sleeves are somewhat restricting as well but I was still able to dance and move really well. Only real complaint is that the zipper on this particular dress was extremely hard to zip up (I'm assuming from wear and tear) and got really nervous it was going to break minutes before I had to leave for the wedding!

Although I ultimately decided to wear another RTR dress I loved this one. The detailing is lovely and the blue stunning. However, it does fit very tightly around the little cap sleeves. It fits snuggly up top so if you are full busted you might take that into consideration when deciding on size. Beautiful though and would consider it for another occasion.

This dress fit great. The only issue I had was the white coming out of the front neckline and a little gaping in the back midsection around the zipper. Wore it for Easter and a work event and both times received oodles of compliments. Felt classy and sophisticated in this dress.

The dress has an awkward zipper. It wasn't extremely tight around the bust but it was a real struggle to get the zipper past a certain point. I think it might have been due to the amount of wear and tear, sometimes the teeth of zippers with bend and I assume that was the reason. The detail is impressive!

This was my "backup dress", when the one I ordered was not available. I didn't actually wear it, but may rent it again for another event. The shape and pattern of this dress are slimming. The hem came right to my knee (I'm 5'0). It felt a little tight at the arms, so I would order 1 size up. Can be worn with any bra.
