This dress was gorgeous! IT was a very heavy, substantial fabric which felt expensive, but it was not too hot for a warm May wedding. As other reviewers have said, the slits are actually white mesh which is a cool, unique detail. The length was to my knees (I'm 5'2") which was a little longer than I usual prefer, but because of the bright red color and the deep V neckline I wouldn't have wanted it to be any shorter. This dress was perfect! I would definitely rent it again and highly recommend it!

This was my back up dress. The dress I originally ordered they were unable to ship. However, Alex, rep from RTR sent me this dress as a back up and I'm so glad because it was perfect. As you can see it look a little loose on me so I could have probably worn the 4. The material is thick and the dress was so comfortable. Happy happy customer right here.

The dress is made up of great material, the quality of the dress was excellent, and its made right in new York city. The fabric had great stretch to it. I ordered both the 4 and 6 and ended up wearing the 4. They both fit me great but the 4 was just a little more form fitting. I wore this to a nice restaurant for dinner but this would be a great dress for a night out on the town, or an event. I paired this with a kate spade pearl necklace and it went perfectly. The dress has a nice V neck but it isn't to deep, and you can wear a regular bra with no issues at all. I would also say this dress is a true red, I know in some photos it looks pink but in person its red with maybe some pink undertones

I wore this dress on NYE and it was the perfect combination of elegant and sexy. The material is thick and stretchy so it is very forgiving. I am just about 5'4" so the dress was quite a bit longer on me than the model, but I thought the length worked perfectly. The dress is also a bit lower cut than the model, and it will definitely put your girls on display in the best possible way! I wore a regular bra without the straps showing at all. This is a fabulous dress for all shapes and sizes, however I would probably recommend ordering a size down as your back-up as I got a size 4 and it was quite large. Thank you to RTR who provided this dress for me last minute when the original style I chose was not available. Great service as always!!!! This might be my favorite RTR dress yet :) (btw my friend is wearing a TIBI dress from RTR as well - was my back up but fit her better than me!)

This dress was great for work and the details were amazing. It was perfectly fitted with a very thick and structured fabric. The shoulder details are actually mesh and not cutaways as I originally though, which made this even more work appropriate. I would totally rent this one again.

This hot tamale really packed a punch in the boardroom with a black blazer and spiced up date night after hours. The bust line and length are ideal for a day at the office, the sassy shoulder detail hidden, to be revealed at dinner. The shoulder detail is lined with nude mesh where the fabric separates. You can alter the width of the separation by using a strip of fabric tape to keep the mesh smooth and in place.

This dress was beautiful- extremely comfortable and form fitting. The material of the dress is thick which I really liked. I typically wear a 4 or 6 and definitely needed the 6 in this case as it was tight. Very classy, perfect for a rehearsal dinner.

This dress was comfortable and sexy. I felt wonderful in it. My boyfriend offered to buy it for me. I did wear a Spanx but no bra. Being extra busty, the extra strong stretch held "the girls" just fine with no straps to show. I chose transparent pumps with silver accents and drop red, silver edged, murano glass, earrings. I also wore a vintage restored mink wrap and felt beautiful all evening

This was an awesome dress, I wasn't even supposed to get it, but since my original dress wasn't able to be shipped this was a backup. I got so many compliments, will definitely rent again! It also runs very true to size

This dress fit so well and the fabric actually was good enough quality that I didn't need my Spanx underneath to hold me in. It was really comfortable too so I was fine in it while dancing until 4am.

Its a great dress for any type of day or night casual event! The material was slightly dressier then what I was expecting and I loved that you can wear a normal bra worth it.

This dress is very flattering and form fitting. It's a thicker stretchy material and it hugs your curves but it's long enough to wear in a professional setting but also out on a date night or party. I love this and will wear it to multiple events.

This dress fits really nicely, but I am glad I listened to reviewers and sized up. The 6 fit me like a 4 typically does. Based on the picture, I thought there was a slit between the straps, but it is mesh. Very pretty dress and high quality material.

The dress fit perfectly. The material was nice and thick, so I didn't feel like I was too exposed even though the dress was curve hugging. It really hugged my body in all the right places. It did ride up my thighs as I walked, so I had to tug it back down afterwards. I could wear my normal bra with it but I did have to make sure the straps were closer to my neck than normal. I would definitely rent this dress again. Everyone loved it and told me that red was my color.

Rented this as part of my Unlimited order - I ended up wearing it several times - at a cocktail event, a photoshoot and birthday dinner. The dress was attention getting and flattering - the fabric is thick and stretchy - definitely will hide some faults (I usually wear spanx with this kind of dress anyway.) Also conservative enough for a fancy work function, and mid-thigh length on me.

The fabric is heavy and stretchy and there are a lot of details to the design of the dress that you might not fully appreciate from the photos. It is super flattering and can handle the bustier woman - I am a 34F. It is a very memorable dress!

This dress was striking and I got lots of compliments. Also, I don't often wear red - I'm blonde with a yellow/gold undertone and I feel like I generally look better in other colors. But this just worked somehow. It was easy to dance in too.

I based the size I ordered on the other reviewers, which worked great for me in the past. I have had several great experiences with rent the runway; this was the first miss. It was partially my fault - based on the reviewers I went down a size for my back-up and I should have went up. The six (6) was really form fitting and I could have worn it, but it was for a work conference dinner and it didn't feel appropriate. I think the size 8 would have been perfect ... lesson learned. I loved the dress ... would just size up next time.

Thick, stretchy fabric but seemed a little large and gathered in odd places. Very comfortable to wear and got lots of compliments.

the color was vibrant and the dress was nice, but there was something just a little off about the fit. i'm typically between a 2 and a 4, and got a 4. even though it fit i felt like it bunched up a bit more than i liked. the dress was a thicker material so good for fall and winter. the V is also rather deep, but i was able to wear regular undergarments. or go without a bra. overall, it's nice. but not too stunning. the gaps are actually white netting.

This was not as elegant as I expected. The gap at the top had weird pink mesh and the material looked cheaper than it did in the pics. I will be returning this unworn.
