Very pretty and classy dress, but no doubt you will need nipple cover or a thin bra insert on the white side of the dress. I actually had to stitch a swimsuit bra cup temporarily in that side to make it work. The dress really is a bit dull and worn on the white side. Probably couldn't have pulled it of in bright daylight as it does look worn. Dark room though perfect and I absolutely loved the dress other than these two challenges.

This dress was selected at the last minute when my original choice was unavailable. After ordering I read the reviews and I was concerned it would be too tight. I was relieved it fit great and was very comfortable for a long day at the Kentucky Derby!

Loved this! Very slimming and flattering. Love the neckline - definitely need a strapless bra, but very unique. The dress is a bit tight (bodycon), so i went up to a 6 rather than wearing the 4 since it was a formal occasion. It did ride up a tiny bit, but was very comfortable throughout the night for dancing. Great dress!

Dress fits true to size. Offers a little stretch but overall, it's snug but accentuates hips well while making the rest thin! It's also not too short

I'm 5'2" and it hit nicely above my knee. Dress is form fitting (read: body con ). Photographs well with the white contrast. Definitely a winner and a lot more exciting and elegant than it looks at first glance.

This dress fit perfect. I ended up wearing it because my original dress came damaged but I was very happy with this one. It definitely looks different in photos/ real life than it does on the model. No need to wear a bra if you have a smaller chest since it's very form fitting.

This dress was tighter and more form fitting than I expected from the model photos. It worked out for the party I rented it for, but would be too tight for a more formal or professional event.

At first when I pulled it out of the bag I thought I wasn't going to like it, but once I steamed it and put it on it looked really great. It fits pretty true to size.

This is a fantastic dress. Just the right cut and just the right fit. I wore the Badgley Mischka Black crystal cluster earrings, A wonderful combo to my son's college graduation. A complete stranger walked up to me and said "you look absolutely stunning. " Which was a wonderful complement thank you RTR!

The fit was good, and not too tight. I wouldn't call it a true "body con" dress as some others did in their comments, but perhaps if I had ordered the 0, it would have been.

I'm usually between a 6 and 8, and the 8 fit perfectly. Zippers were sticky on both dresses, but just needed someone else to help zip it up. Overall, very happy with this rental.

This was my back-up selection for a wedding and would have been just fine, but my other dress was a stunner ;) this dress had very nice fabric and fit (slightly tight in the chest area but totally fine) it just lacked a little "wow" factor.

I didn't wear this dress for very long. The length was good and the dress was nice, but it was an extra back up dress. I felt that it might run large because I ordinarily wear an 8 but it was a bit loose, or at least not at all small, on me. As a note--I would probably recommend a strapless bra for this dress. The angle at which the straps come towards the neck is fairly steep. I tried it on with a t-strap bra. Even though the straps are nearly like a halter, they show through a bit. I think the design is too "simple chic" for that.

Love the way the neckline crosses in the front. fit like it was made for me. Many compliments, I wore it to one of my show openings and I received many compliments.

RTR sent me this dress as a backup after my original order went missing while in transit. The dress is fun and sexy, but I didn't like it nearly as much as I liked my original choice. But, what can ya do? It is quite form fitting, but has decent stretch to it. I probably could've gone a size up, but an 8 fit just fine. I liked that it was long enough to keep the tops of my stockings hidden without constantly having to pull the dress down. And even with my larger chest, no bra was necessary (I did wear nipple covers though). Also, as other reviews stated, the white seemed more off-white than the pictures on the site show. It seemed intentional, and not due to discoloration of any sort. Also, the zipper was more difficult than a zipper should be-- have an extra set of hands around to help! If you're looking for a fairly basic dress with a bit of pop, this would probably fit the bill. It looked good, but not great. Not enough WOW factor for what I wanted on NYE.

This dress was incredibly flattering, my boyfriend loved it on me and I felt amazing! I do recommend getting pasties for this dress, the fabric is thin and cut oddly so certain bras are a challenge to wear and I thought I could get away without it, but there was some major nipple alert.

This particular size 4 needs to be retired :( White portion looks worn and the stitching is really showing. What saved it is the incredible fit. Felt like it was tight as I was zipping it, but it hugged in ALL the right places. I'm not in love with the white portion--felt a bit like a sash and what you can't see in the picture is that there is some very visible stitching. Will look for this designer again because the fit was so amazing.

the white part of the dress isn't nearly as white anymore, which understandably happens over time, but the dress is still nice. the fit is great and even at 5'3", the hem hit above my knees. the design on the black portion actually made it a bit more slimming. i'm typically btwn a 2 and a 4 and found the 4 to be a great fit. it was fitted, but not to tight to wear for a sit down meal. overall, nice fun dress. only reason i took off a star was because the white was just too worn looking. i wore it with pasties and it looked much better than if i wore a regular bra. if you're not sure about your size i wld go up a size

this dress runs a size small, so order up. I always a 4 and sometimes a 2, but the 4 was too tight to look classy, so I returned it withut wearing it and ordered a 6.

It arrived wrinkled and with a stain on the front. Very disappointing as the dress is beautiful & so is the material

The white of the dress was faded and gray. Looked past its prime.

The material does not stretch at all and is very tight in the bust. Would not be suitable for individuals with a larger bust.
