This was not the dress I ordered (only because of cost) I was emailed the day before my delivery to let me know that both dresses and the necklace I ordered were too damaged to be sent. I initially called customer service ready to freak out and planned to never order again. But they were SO helpful and understanding of the situation they had put me in that my mind has been completely changed! They spent almost an hour on the phone with me browsing dresses that were available. They never sounded annoyed to help, or that I was taking up so much time! They offered to send me anything (as many dresses as I wanted at no additional cost!). I ended up getting sent 7 different dresses and an upgraded necklace!! I ended up wearing this dress and was so excited about it! Thanks to their great customer service I will definitely be ordering again! I highly recommend this dress and this company!

A few days before attending a black tie wedding, I got a call from RTR that my back-up dress was no longer available (It was returned beyond repair). So in a panic, I went to the website to find a replacement in my size and came across this one. I hesitantly ordered it, worried that it would look too plain on. I was so surprised when I got it and tried it on. It is GORGEOUS. The fabric is really comfy and flattering but the slit gives it a little bit of a sexy vibe without going over the top. Of all the dresses I've worn, this definitely makes my top 5 of all time. I couldn't recommend it more! Fits true to size. I'm usually right between a 2 and 4 and the 2 fit perfect. The 4 probably would have given me more room in the top which was a bit tight. I'm 5'7" and wore the 2 long with 4" heels and was fine. The only thing I wasn't crazy about fit-wise was how long the black top was but overall, I would totally rent it again in a heartbeat.

Dress was perfect for a black tie 40th anniversary party. Sexy and elegant all at once and got compliments all night. Runs a bit large. I usually wear a 4 or even 6 in dresses, but the 2 fit perfectly. Wish I owned it. Comfortable to wear and dance in, but had to be careful with the slit when sitting down.

this gown is so comfortable and chic! Found it to run really true to size, and it was a little more fitted in the bodice area. I am 5'6 and wore it with 5.5 inch heels and found it to be an inch or two off the ground. The fabric on this is gorgeous- I'd pair it with a great bracelet and statement earrings! Perfect for your holiday gala.

The slit in the model picture is not as dramatic in-person, so if you are worried about the dress being "too sexy," this should ease your mind. The length of the dress was also perfect with a standard 3 inch heel. Although not able to be seen, I wore the dress with gun-metal, metallic pumps, black and silver earrings, and a simple silver bracelet. I felt, classic, comfortable, and festive and the compliments poured in all evening long!

I wore this for a black-tie charity event, unfortunately my original pick was too small. Luckily this back up dress turned out to be even better, the picture really doesn't do the dress justice. I was comfortable in the dress and it really accentuated my features. It makes you look tall and slim, and the open slit is sexy without giving too much away. I received tons of compliments. I paired this dress with some great teardrop earrings and metallic strappy stilettos.

I wore this for a black tie work event and wowed everyone. The event was for the American Heart Association and this red fit the theme. I had people asking me about the dress and a lot of complements. It was a unique dress that was very flowey. I had so much fun I forgot to take a photo at the event. The only cons I could think of was that the slit is really high and depending on how you sit, can show a little too much. Also, the dress was a little pricey. Overall I would recommend the dress.

This dress was sent by RTR as a replacement since my original order was returned to them damaged. They did a GREAT job of selecting a style for me based on my previous selections. I ended up wearing this dress to the ball and it was so comfortable with just the right amount of sexy with the slit. Highly recommend!

I wore the dress with 3" heels and almost could have worn long. It wasn't too short though. I think Regular or Long could have worked.

While the style/silhouette of this dress is amazing - I wasn't a fan of the exposed silver zipper on the side. I rented this for a black tie wedding and I felt like the zipper made it look a little cheesy. I wish that wasn't the case because it was fabulous otherwise!
