I wear this for a conference, this dress is tight on the belly so make sure not too eat to much if it fits just perfect. Other than that it created the illusion of a tiny waste due to the big shoulders on the top and tight on the waste

This dress was a back up dress and it may be my best rental yet. I usually wear a Large but ordered larger due to other reviews. The XL was a perfect fit and perfect length. I loved the sleeves on this dress for a winter party. Fabric was a nice weight too. I will rent this again for sure!

This dress fit will, felt great and the sleeves add the perfect pop of personality. I wanted to live it because it refined some things that other designers have missed with similar styles in terms of ratio and aesthetics, but it was a tad short for work. I am only 5'4" so length is not a problem I typically have! And, to be fair, it was on the limit of acceptable when standing but definitely too short when sitting or reaching. It might work on a more straight figure or with tights for cooler weather.

I wanted to love this dress but it didn't really fit me correctly. I'm usually a Large but sized up based on other reviews. The top was pretty baggy around the shoulders and armpits which was a bit odd and then the hips were tight. This made it ride up a bit when I walked. I wore it to a customer reception where I was just standing around mingling so it worked. Paired with a necklace to add some holiday cheer :)

This dress is great! Love the fit and the sleeves. Perfect length above the knees. Can be dressed up with boots or dressed down!

I rented this dress for a national sales meeting. I am 5'8" and it is the perfect length to still be appropriate for a work function. Very forgiving in the waist, sleeves are fun but not too big or puffy. The perfect LBD!

Wore this for work. Thought it looked great but was a little short for someone my height for work. Barely hit my knees and slid way up my thighs when sitting

Everything that everyone said was wrong about this dress worked for me. I have very broad shoulders and am long-waisted. I can't wear most dresses that have waists because they all sit up on my rib cage. Fun and young looking without being too extreme for work. Bell sleeves are adorable, but no so long they get in your way or your food.

Fit true to size. Perfect with black tights.

I usually wear a medium and had to go up a size to Large. Fit is great, super comfortable.

Looks like it should fit like a sheath in the picture, but actually runs fairly slim from waist to hips, while being very large up top in and in the arms. It was too large in the neck, arms and torso for me to wear, but fit pretty closely to me in the waist and hips, even a little tight. Best for inverted triangles or those with slim hips.

The bell sleeves give it some character but it's the perfect length and shape - and best of all - no static when wearing tights underneath! Look forward to renting again.

great material and length, but the the fit was weird through the waist. fabric bunched in an unflattering way.

The bust was overly generous - lots of material and baggy there, yet around the Hips was tight and fitted - it was odd how much extra fabric was in the bust. Beautiful though it just wasn't right for my body type.

This was a really weird fit... It fit everywhere, but the torso of the dress was really long so it got bunched up around the waist. If you have a longer torso, this may work okay for an everyday work dress.
