Sized up twice from my pre-pregnancy size to accommodate for my growing baby bump and felt cute and comfy all day!

Wore to work and a funeral. Was appropriate for both and recived loads of possitive comments. Its short but more of an a-line cut so it doesn't seem at all risky. Loved it!

I rented for work and church. It's a tad stretchy but also soft material that keeps its shape. Doesn't wrinkle. I'm 5'5" and was worried about it being short but the length is at my fingertips, deeming appropriate for me to wear in public. I usually wear a medium but rented a small. Perfect fit! This dress gives my square shaped body the illusion of curves.

Loved this dress and wanted to keep layering away from tights by pairing with knee high boots. And oh how I love to belt a dress.

The second time, I loved it as much as I did the first time. I’m more M than L but got the L because it looked so so cute belted.

Super comfortable and cute dress while pregnant. On the short side but I wore black tights so it was fine. I sized up since I'm 6mo pregnant and there was still plenty of room so good for 3rd trimester too. I belted it since it's not fitted at all. I'm not sure why the ties on the sleeves aren't sewn in place bc you have to tie them before putting them on but the sleeves were cute. Going to wear it to work again next week.

This dress fit perfectly. I wear an 8 and ordered a medium. It fit exactly as I hoped it would. Very cute and flattering. I didn't have any trouble with the sleeves. I wore the dress for 8 hours on Thanksgiving Day and they stayed tied the whole time. The slit in the front was cute, but does show off a little cleavage. Overall, loved it!!

Enjoyed this dress very much! It is not form fitting so it felt a little loose on me. I'm usually a S (125lbs 5'5"). I loved the style of the sleeves. The tie/bow area was a little weird but didn't bother me. Dress is made of a nice thick material. It was on the shorter side for a work dress so would not be appropriate for a conservative office. Wore over the knee boots and worked great for me.

Perfect work dress. It was short enough to make walking across my campus (work at a university) bearable in the hot Texas sun, but long enough to be appropriate for work. It has long sleeves, but they aren't warm or tight. Like I said, its 90+ degrees right now and it was fine. I will probably keep this dress to wear a couple more times before returning it, if I even do return it.

Perfect fit for a conservative function - not form fitting, but short enough to be playful. Worn with closed toe chunky heels and was a total hit! I'm very petite, 5'2 100lb and it was super cute. 10/10 would recommend!

Loved the detail of the sleeve. Plenty of room in the chest. Softer material with a tad but of structure. Loved it. Highly recommend but i usually get an xl - glad i went down to a L. Im 36 DDD and it worked great.

I fell in love with this dress the moment I saw it on the RTR website, and it did not disappoint! I'm pretty short (5 feet), and it hit a bit above my knee. Totally work-appropriate, but easily transitioned to a Friday night out with the addition of a belt around the waist! I got compliments all day and it was SO comfortable on top of being cute. I'm seriously considering buying this.

I wore this for a formal dinner and it was perfect! The XS fit perfect which i definitely fid not expect considering im usualy a 4 or 6 and have wider hips! The fabric was perfect, a little thicker but not too heavy. This dress could definitely be worn at the office or to a less formal affair!

This dress was perfect length and so comfortable! Great for a work holiday party, received lots of compliments and most importantly it was flattering and I felt confident wearing it! It ran a little large, I wore a small but think an extra small would have fit even better, I am normally a size 6 for reference.

Had dinner plans and a funeral to attend. Super morbid but this cute dress transitioned from day to night very well.

After reading other reviews I decided to rent the XS, even though I would usually not on RTR. I'm glad I did. This dress runs really big. I am also super narrow through the hip, so I had no issue with the smaller sizing. It's a shorter dress, it hit over my knee -- even with me being only 5'2" -- so that is something to consider. I wore it to work and on an anniversary date with my husband (to dinner and Christmas tree shopping). I got so many compliments, my coworkers told me I needed to keep it!!! Haha!

I would absolutely rent this dress again! It is so comfortable and the perfect medium wait for cooler temperatures. The A-line fit makes it very comfortable. I wore with leggings due to it being a little too short for the workplace but could get away without for evenings. Definitely rent this… As soon as I'm willing to give it up.

Wore the medium and it fit perfectly. Im normally an 8. Loved the length, for a 5'4" girl it hit above the knee and I wore no heels. Perfect work dress and the pattern and the sleeves make it a stand out. Will rent this again.

This dress is super cute, comfy & easy to dress up or down. It was a great date dress and it fit nicely over my 32 week bump. Love that the dress length didn't get too short due to being pregnant.

Everything about this dress was absolutely perfect. From the bell sleeves to the thick material, I felt so comfortable all day long and got so many compliments. I loved this dress and got a ton of compliments!! I am usually a 6 in dresses but sheaths can run right in my hips so I ordered the large. I could have probably gone with the medium as it was a little bulky. But it was light weight for the transition weather and was fun and cute. Would order again in the medium and maybe buy.

Wore this to work with black leather booties. It was super cute and I got a ton of compliments. It is a little short, especially if you are tall or have a booty. The sleeves are hard to tie by yourself and are wide with a thick material, so they don't fit well under a jacket.

I like this dress a lot. I'd buy it if not for the sleeve bows, which are bulky and hard to tie.

I wanted a comfortable and cute dress since I was hosting Thanksgiving dinner and this dress was just right. I was not restricted from moving around while preparing the meal, the sleeves - beautiful and unique - did not get in the way which was a big plus. The loose fit was perfect after eating a big meal! I wore the dress with cobalt blue tights and black velvety mary jane heels. The con would be that the dress did not photograph well and imo did not look flattering.

I wasn't sure about this dress online but thought I'd give it a whirl (a benefit of unlimited). When it arrived, it was adorable and was a perfect fit. I received a ton of compliments and the dress was very comfortable. I was in a long meeting that day and no wrinkles either, which is always a plus! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 are the bows on the sleeves. I'm single so trying to get the bows in place, the dress on and just the right amount of tightness to keep them up without cutting off my circulation was a bit of a challenge. They are sewn on to the back of the sleeve but a small loop on the front would help keep them in place and easier to manage. It was worth the small struggle though :)

This dress is incredibly comfortable and cute for work. I adore the sleeve detail. At 5'2" the length was comfortable for me for the office. It felt like it ran a bit large in the waist, I'd like it to be a bit more fitted in the middle.

I got this for work, but it felt a little too formal for my office. Also it was a tad too boxy/big. Know that's the look but maybe needed just a little less fabric. Just wasn't my style.
