Belted it as some of the others did. Usually with these types of dresses they end up being super short, the length on this was perfect. The buttons on this are very loose and had to secure them so they wouldn't keep popping out of the holes. Nice staple piece

It was a little tight in the bust. When I put my arm on my hip for the picture, there was a little peek-a-boo in between buttons in the busy area. I wore a black slip under it because it's also see through in the right lighting. Still very cute!

This dress was super cute! I opened for the belt so I didn't look/feel like a blob. PROS: -Super cute style and color -Received a lot of compliments -Hit just above the knee -Loved it! CONS: -Static but it could be my environment -The bottom button kept coming undone whenever I would sit-Probably not a good choice for work -Most likely will not rent again because of the buttons

Loved the burnt orange color of this dress. The fabric has a shine to it and is very soft. The cut is very forgiving. I accessorized with a skinny brown belt and cowboy boots - a cute look for a day at the Houston rodeo!

I wore this to work with a blazer and heels. Buttons are slippery and may come open if not careful. I wore a full body slip underneath to keep from any mishaps. Easy to go to an evening dinner after work. Dress is very flowy and does not show much shape of you have one.

The easy fit and a great color makes this silk tunic your go to for fall. It's comfortable, yet chic and matches a lot. Running true to size, we do recommend sizing up for a looser fit. At 5'7" the length hit at about mid-thigh. Pair it with a cool scarf or keep it unbuttoned and layer to transform this piece into a light vest!

The dress is cute but I had to watch the buttons didn't come undone or fan out when I sat. I wouldn't recommend this for a work event but is cute for date night so long as you wouldn't be embarrassed if a little skin shows for a second while you adjusted as you sat.

This is a shift dress with no real shape, be forewarned. You just have to know your body shape before you decide to order it. I would recommend that women who don't have much of a curve wear this with a belt. I have a fair sized bust, hips and butt, so I don't think a belt was necessary. The model wearing the dress is clearly quite tall. I am 5'6" and the dress came down to just above my knees.

Not much to this dress. Easy and simple. I suggest belting it with a black belt to give you shape. The color was perfect for a Christmas party. The top button did come open A LOT so just have a friend on alert.

Pretty dress. I belted it and wore wore with black leggings. It never wrinkled. It came down almost to my knees; however the arm holes were fine, just too long and roomy to wear unbelted.

Love the color of this fall tunic. Dress does wrinkle very, very quickly. Be careful if putting in a suitcase! I paired it with flats during the day but wore it with ankle boots in the evening. Not a favorite - wouldn't rent again.

I agree with other comments in regards to the buttons; there were gaps at times in between the buttons and/or buttons would sometimes pop open (especially the bottom two buttons after sitting down). Definitely need to wear a full slip or a cami and skirt slip because of the button situation, and also because the material is very, very light (in weight). Looked cute with ankle boots, a big scarf and little moto jacket.

Size 4 gave it that roomy feel it's supposed to have. Only con is the material absorbs all oils and liquid on skin easily and can look patchy at times (until it dries!) I would not recommend it for a sweaty outdoor event.

Flowy dress. Perfect fit when paired with a belt. The buttons would not fit the bust area if I ordered a size down. Size 4 fit perfect.

Unexpectedly deep. Not just wine. Burgundy. Gorgeous, easy silk. Almost knee length. I pulled it out of my partner's carry-on in the livery cab outside of my school, pulled it on like a vest, and wore it onto the flight to Detroit. When my partner couldn't wait for dinner, this shift was smart enough to wear on its own to (Michael Symon's) Roast. I might have also worn it to school, straight off of of the plane, on the way home. Rented as part of my brand new unlimited subscription.

Wore this dress to work with boots, tights and a belted blazer. Was very cute and work appropriate. I then transitioned out of the blazer for an evening out and it was perfect. I'm also about 4 months pregnant with baby number 2 and this dress was perfect to accommodate my growing bump (I just sized up!)

The material is SO soft, does not cling at all, and is extremely comfortable and flattering. The two buttons at my chest gapped a bit so I secured it with a safety pin, very very delicately! I have an average sized chest, 32B/C, and a tiny body, so if you are top heavy I recommend going up a size. This dress can be dressed up or down with ease. I paired it with suede peeptoe booties, a black varsity jacket, and the Lizzie Fortunato Coconut Grove Earrings.

The cut and length on this silk shirt-dress was so perfect. I love the versatility of this piece, I paired it with black leggings and a black long sleeve shirt underneath, since the weather was getting colder.

The color is as shown in the picture. I needed a belt to complete the look, which made the dress very short on my 5'7 frame. The dress also wrinkles very easily. But, overall, it was perfect for a night out!

Great fit, super comfy. There are issues with gaping between buttons so you must wear something under or tape. I also didn't like how easy it wrinkles. Looked great with rose gold jewelry .

It wasn't the best fit for me - I look better with a defined waist - but it was fun to try it out! Paired it with leather leggings and wore it shopping with friends.

If you're tall, plan to wear this as a shirt instead of a dress. I first tried it with tights and it was way too short for me, especially given that, in the front, the bottom button is a few inches from the bottom of the dress. This worked well with thicker leggings and jeans. Wrinkles very easily, but the wrinkles steam out quickly.

This dress is very thin. The silk makes it slippery and the buttons come undone very easily. Also, because it's silk it stains easily. But the color is gorgeous. I wore to work with a sweater then out to a cocktail party with heels.

Cute but color was a bit darker than I expected and I'd hoped to pair it with leggings to wear to work but looked awkward when I tried it.

This dress is made for tall girls lol it hit me at my knee in length which kind of ruined the whole style for me.

Although the overall quality of this dress was pretty good, it just didn't work for me unfortunately. I am usually a 10 so I received the Large. I was drowning in this dress and neither a belt, a blazer, or a sweater was hiding that fact. As others mentioned, the top button doesn't stay closed. I thought it might not be an issue for me because I have a smaller chest, but I was wrong.

This dress is very thin, no lining. the buttons don't stay closed well and was gaping open quite a bit. Just not easy to wear. I usually wear a 4 or 6 but would definitely go with the 4 in this dress. It is very forgiving and flowing.
