I love this top. It fits exactly as you would expect it to, and the sleeves give it an edgy flare. Would recommend this top for work or for a nice dinner. it's not as dressy as you'd need for a party but if you wear it with some black pants and pumps, you can dress it up nicely.

I wore this on Christmas Eve. I loved the unexpected open sleeves! I will say that I sized up based on some reviews and I wish I hadn't. A smaller size would have looked better in the drawstring waist, but overall it was cute and comfortable and I'd rent it again.

Perfect for everything, beautiful details and material. I wore at work, out to dinner, and to a work conference. With a blazer, with a leather jacket (black and brown)... simply perfect!

Love this feminine top with cute polka dot details by JWG! The top is very flowy throughout and the waist tie is adjustment which makes it really easy to put on and take off and you're able to adjust the tie to make it perfect for you. Can't wait to wear this to work and happy hour after!

I really liked this shirt for work. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because I wasn't a huge fan is the slits up the sleeves.

Nude color top with black polka dots and gold pin stripes. Drop tie waist is necessary to give your figure a shape. The slit arms are not as pictured on the model.

This top was comfortable and flattering. Tie at waist gives it shape, but it's not constricting. I wasn't a huge fan of the open sleeve, but it wasn't too distracting either. Well-made, nice top...not unforgettable, but got some compliments.

This was a good blouse for just supplementing my workday wardrobe. The sleeves have a slit from shoulder to wrist and while they look very pretty when you're standing, when you sit down and start to use your arms, it is a little unusual that your whole arm is exposed. I wore the extra small, but probably would've benefited from the small. The waist was a little less cinched than I would've liked.

Rented this for work in a medium. Sizing was okay but I do have a larger chest so it was somewhat tight over that area but not uncomfortable. I liked the top besides the sleeves. The slits really were unflattering and way too big, I ended up safety pinning the slits in the middle to make it a little better looking.

Shirt had a pretty sparkle. Wore with jacket to hide slits down sleves.

This too was almost perfect! Loved the material, the pattern, the fit, very flattering on. I wore with black pants and heels to work and an after work event and received compliments. My only issue with the tip is the slit in the sleeves goes from your shoulder to wrist so your whole arm is exposed. I would have loved for there to be a stitch around the elbow to limit the exposure a little.

I wanted to love this too. The fit is so nice and it pairs perfectly with a pop of color on the bottom but the sleeve slit is so weird. Like my entire arm was hanging out. And I felt like it aged me. The shirt would have been perfect without the slit in the sleeves.

I like the waist the sleeves were awkward. Wore once didn't really like it.

I rented this to wear with work slacks. Sadly I didn't even wear it once. The arm has the longest "keyhole" slots ever. They're not even keyhole anymore because trey extend the entire length of the sleeve. It makes the sleeves billow open in a really unflattering way. You can see there are slots in the reviews, but I assumed they'd be more manageable. Sadly I was wrong.

For great. Just beware that there are slots in the arms. You have to be willing to show biceps, triceps and forearms, at times. Looked great on a warm day with a pair of black cropped pants and heels.

The fabric is beautiful. There is a gold threading running through the material. The slits in the sleeves are large and probably too much of you're in a conservative workplace, but they are a great.

Shirt is cute, was unable to wear because of the large slots in the arms. The slits were a lot bigger and in the front oppose to top or back of arm.

Super cute shirt. Originally planned to wear to work until I got it and noticed there were open slits in the sleeves. That turned it into a date night shirt.

Spent about 30 min trying to get the belt back in the shirt, but overall it was a great rental. Very cute with black jeans and heels for a wedding shower.

Was kind of blah looking on hangar. I put it on and it immediately looked a lot nicer. Got many compliments.
