Wore this dress for a bachelorette party and loved it! As some of the other reviews mention it is tight on the hips and it's hard to see that in the pictures. It was a little short since I'm tall so could have maybe sized up, but overall the dress was comfy, didn't have to wear a bra and the back cutout is adorable!

I had twins 4 months ago and didn't want to wear anything skin tight, but still wanted to feel sexy for a night out with my best gals. The cut out and low back added some sexiness, and it hugged my hips just right. This was the most comfortable dress I've ever worn as it hardly felt like I had anything on! I was able to go bra-less which was another plus. Got tons of compliments!

I wore this to a wedding where the destination was hot and humid. I was looking for a dress that wouldn't stick to my skin and I could be comfortable in all night. This was perfect. You can wear a bra without the straps showing. If I had to describe this dress in one word, it would be easy. Very easy to put on (without ruining hair or makeup), easy to move around, and something you'll be comfortable in all night.

I was obsessed with this dress! Didn't need to wear a bra, could dress it up or down with flats or wedges and also go from day to night and work to date night using a jean jacket over too during the day. Perfect little black dress for every occasion.

Wore this twice during my rental- dinner & a party, then daytime with a light denim jacket. Anytime I can skip a bra is great- thick enough fabric and the neckline keeps everything in place. I liked the slight looseness of the mesh. Any tighter would have been too bodycon.

Loved this dress since it was loose fitting but still elegant. The open back gave a little wow factor and got compliments on it. I wore this to a June barn wedding. I'm 5'6" 145lbs & 34B.

I'm short so nothing is ever a cute short length, however this dress was. Is around mid thigh, which was perfect. It fit great, a little loose which gave me breathing room.

This is a great option for a LBD with just enough punch. It's got the shorter hemline and open / mesh back for sexiness, but it's not tight or showing to much cleavage to make it inappropriate or over the top. I did not have an issue with the hips being too tight - this skimmed perfectly on me - but I have relatively straight in that area. I also didn't have much issue with side boob, as some reviewer mentioned. There is plenty of fabric up top to be well covered (and I have a large chest) and the mesh well placed that it doesn't slip forward to expose you. The back is low, but again not too much that you risk showing your undergarments. I did end up going braless - the fabric is not thin but certainly not thick enough hide all nip details if it gets a bit chilly :) Overall love the easy / sexy vibe this give off. Very 'not trying too hard' - plus my husband loved it!

This dress was so amazing - the picture doesn't show how cute the back is! I could have worn a 4 but it was just a little snug on the hips so if you are a little thicker around the hips like I am, a size up wouldn't hurt because the 6 fit great. I only wish more people could have seen me in it!

I wore this dress for an outdoor wedding and it worked great. I ordered a size 8 and 10 but ended up wearing the 10 since it allowed for a little more flow. It was a great length, the mesh/open backing added a good touch to the look, and it allowed me to stay cool for the outdoor wedding. I tried it on with heels but ended up wearing sandals. Both would have worked great. I would definitely recommend this dress and I'm likely to rent it again!

This was a great formal but casual dress for my grandparents 50th anniversary party! I got a 6 and an 8 but went with the 8 because the 6 was tight on the backside but the length was very awkward. The 8 was a lot more flowy and I was very comfortable in it. However, make sure you wear a really good backless bra if you are fuller in the breast area! Overall loved it!

This shift dress is so fun with the open back! I agree with other reviewers that if you have hips or a butt, you may want to size up. It caught a tiny bit on my hips but I still felt comfortable particularly because I know it'd be dim lighting where I was. The material is light and fun and the back is kind of netted - it just makes it a little edgier overall and very fun to wear. The lining that some other people have mentioned is just on top and I didn't even notice it. This is one of my favorite rentals!

I ended up not needing this as a dress, so I improvised and wore it as a tank top tucked into my jeans. It ended up working out and looked cuter as a tank top than a dress, mostly because I'm short and the length was much longer on me than the model. Overall, I think if you have some height, this will look good as a dress; and if it doesn't, try it as a tank top!

As many other reviewers noted this runs slightly small in the hips but larger in the shoulders/bust area. I am typically a size 4 and I fit into the 4 on this one but it pulled just a little more than I wanted at my hips and across my belly so I decided to size up. That made the top a little large but not too much that I didn't want to wear it. One strategic safety pin from the bottom of the keyhole to my nubra to keep it from shifting down and exposing the bra did the trick! I am fairly straight through the hips so if you have any hips at all plan on sizing up one. Overall a good choice though!

I like the idea of the dress, but having hips made the dress hang and glather in strange ways. It wpuld be tight around my hips and bubble in the middle. Throwing on a belt helped!

Loved this dress, got so many compliments. A lot of the reviews said to size up so I asked for my true to size and a size up but In fact could've sized down. It's definitely not as loosely fitting as it looks on the model.

This dress fit great everywhere, except in the photos it looks more like a shift dress but only if you don't have hips (it felt tighter around the hip area but the stomach was loose because of its straight fit). I loved the cutout in the back (had to wear a sticky bra) which added a bit of flare to an otherwise simple LBD. As a shorter woman, it hit just a few inches above the knee so it was a great length! Would recommend to someone, but not necessarily a curvy woman looking for a flowy shift dress.

I was very happy that I followed the advice of reviews and ordered up in size. I'm typically a size 6, and the 8 fit perfectly! It was my back up dress for a wedding, but the netting in the back makes it look pretty informal. I loved the low back (I wish I thought to take a picture!) and it fit well, so I decided to wear it to my birthday party instead! There was a liner in the upper part of the dress, which made it wearable without a bra. They are thin layers though so if it had been daytime or well lit, I'd have preferred to wear a backless bra. As other reviews say, the hips/butt area is snug which is why I ordered up, and the 8 fit nicely but didn't hug too much. Overall, really awesome dress for an informal event - just order up if you're at all curvy in the butt/thighs area, and have a backless bra available!

This was my first RTR experience and I was very happy with it! The dress was cute and fits true to size. It is comfortable and the back is unique and fun. The only con is that it wrinkled so easily. Overall I was pleased with the dress and the experience.

This dress was perfect for the fall wedding I attended. It fits true to size, but like the other reviews I read, it was tighter in the hip area, which was a little awkward, but it did not affect the fit of the dress for me. There was a small tear in the right armpit area, otherwise it was great!

This dress is really pretty but it doesn't have much shape to it, so the 4 was too big for me. If they have the 2 available I'll try that out and see if it's better.

I loved how simple this dress was. You could dress it up or down. I ended up wearing flat sandals with this and it was perfect for dinner with the girls. Like a couple others said it was a little tight throughout the hips and the opening in the back wasn't as snug against my body as I would've liked it but overall great dress. The material was thick enough so I was able to go bra-less.

It was a fun little back dress with great mesh details in the back. Chest area has two layers. This was good since I did not wear a bra with it. It's a pretty standard looking shift dress so good to mix it up with jewelry and heels.

I'm usually between a 2 and a 4 (2 in most dresses) and definitely a 4 in this dress. Like most people said, it's deceptively tight at the hips...and I'm basically straight as a ruler. Once I got used to the bit of tightness even in the 4 though it was super comfortable. The top is thick enough that you don't have to wear a bra. Perfect length for a party...I loved that I didn't have to keep pulling down at the hem. Absolutely loved the back! If you're between sizes I would size up but I wouldn't size all the way up because then the top would be too loose...unless maybe you've got a chest.

Really cute dress. The mesh in the back makes it more casual. The top is really flattering, sexy but not super revealing. However, if you are on the curvier side it fits a bit strange. I found it to fit appropriately through the bust but be loose through the waist and then tight across my thighs and butt. However, because it is black the issues in fit weren't super noticeable and it was still quite flattering.

This little black dress was fun! The cut out in the front and open back made it great for the bachelorette party I was on.

I was concerned about the reviews regarding how the dress fit around the hips. Many mentioned it rides up so I decided to go for the 6. I feel I could've gone with a 4. The 6 didn't ride up, but I have small hips/tush, so it wasn't a problem to be in with. And the 6 fit a big big on the chest area. A 4 I imagine would've been more fitted and shaped me better. But it was a good enough fit and I loved the dress so I wore it anyway and got tons of compliments.

the dress is gorgeous and not too short for a tall gal. if you have hips though, beware, there is no give whatesoever. i went up a size and i barely made it. otherwise, a beautiful dress!
