I really liked this dress. It was a bit different than my typical work-wear, but I got a lot of compliments on it and thought it was really fun with the sleeves and high/low bottom. It was a bit too low cut, so I had to wear a cami under, but overall super cute and comfortable- would recommend!

This was my first time renting with RTW and I am officially hooked. This was actually my backup dress for my fraternity's winter semiformal but after trying it on, I felt incredible. As corny as it sounds, I have never had a dress make me feel so unbelievable confident, classy, and sexy! I am watching this dress online to see if the price drops because I NEED to own it! It can easily be dressed up with heels or worn casually to a dinner or date. It felt a little tight but I didn't feel uncomfortable like I usually do with tight-fitting dresses. It is a deep navy which doesn't really come up in the pictures. The neckline complimented my boobs well and the belt helped hide my gut. I got SO many compliments on it and I would definitely rent again!

Very nice dress

I wore for a gallery opening/dinner. Loved the way it hugged my curves yet was still conservative and trendy.

Go up a size if you are have a well endowed behind or busty chest as the fabric doesn't give :) Phenomenal dress can be dressed up or down! Slimming, sexy, yet understated.

A little snug around the hips, so I went with the Large instead of Medium. The fit on top was great and complimentary to the bust and waistline. Note that the sash is detached from the dress, so you can tie it however you like.

I bought this during a clearance sale. I'm always looking for versatile dresses that can take me from the office, to out to happy hour or something after. I'm about a 36D and this was maybe a tad more cleavage than I'd normally be comfortable with wearing to work, but someone with a straighter frame or longer torso it may not look as extreme. I'll still probably wear it to work sometimes.

I didn't end up wearing this to work, it was just too tight around the bottom. If you've got any booty at all definitely size up! Otherwise, good quality piece with nice cuts.

I got the medium and the large based on other reviews. I'm a true pear shape so the medium was a little small in the hips so I went with the large which was a little big on top and long in the sleeves. Had to wear a cami or band underneath because of the cut. Did get compliments on the dress so overall was fine.

The dress ran a little small on me (on the bottom) and I decided not to wear it. I planned to wear it with black tights and booties for a winter party, but the fabric was also a little thinner than I anticipated and I think the dress would be better for spring.

Kind of frumpy.

This was very disappointing - it was frumpy and dowdy and not at all flattering. The dress was tight in some points and loose and baggy in others - a very strange fit. However, RTR were admirable in helping sort out the issue.
