I am 5'1 and 145 lbs and I usually wear size 8 (10 for a lose comfortable fit). They did not have 8 in this dress but 6R fit me perfectly. Yes the chest was a bit tight (I'm a 36C) but it wasn't too uncomfortable and in fact the dress "stretched" a bit towards the end of the night. I did need someone to help me zip up and I wasn't sure I would fit in but it fit like a glove which is what you want with this dress. Yes the dress was soft, I did get hot under the sun for the spring wedding. It was a great experience evening with RTR for the first time

I wore this dress to host a fashion show and it was truly a show stopper. I got one bajillion compliments on it. It felt like you were wearing silk the leather is so nice. Fit was good. A bit tight in the bust, but nothing extreme.

An edgy black tie look! This Vera Wang gown's soft, luxurious leather is perfectly rocker-chic. It runs true to size, but slightly bigger in the bust and waist. With that being said I'd recommend ordering your typical size along with a size down as your free backup. For undergarments, I'd recommend a strapless or thin strapped standard bra. Note that the picture shown is a sample size and will not run quite as long. Pair it with edgy accessories to complete the look.

I loved this dress! I wore this for a rehearsal dinner. It’s very modern and edgy. It fit well overall but the chest was a little tight. I probably would size up if you’re large chested because the dress is lined and there is absolutely no stretch. I was spilling out of it around the armpits so I had to wear a cami underneath (it’s pretty lot cut too). I wore 4” heels and the length was perfect, it just barely skimmed the floor. I would definitely rent this again, it’s just so chic, I felt like a rock star in it and received many compliments.

I wore this for a symphony "Battle of the Bands" gala. The dress was black-tie with a rock flair. This dress nailed it! It was very comfortable and soft. I felt it was a little short. I am only 5'4" and usually long dresses on RTR are too long, even with heels. This dress kissed the floor in bare feet...in heels my entire shoe showed. Luckily they were pretty shoes!

This dress is 100% lambskin. It feels like wearing butter, it's so soft! I could have filled it out a bit better - my 30C chess was not making much of an impression. The regular length just brushed the floor with 3 inch heels at my height of 5'5. A really delightful garment, just not my favorite ever for fit.

This dress is awesome!!! I have worn this 2 times and hope to get one more chance to rock it before I send back. The lines are so simple and clean and the fit is just perfect on my body. Love this dress!

I received lots of compliments in this stunning leather gown. I am 5'6" and the gown just skimmed the floor when I was shoeless. I liked the deep v in the front and in the back, and I ended up wearing this without a bra because the v in the back was just enough to show the strap of every bra I tried it with. It didn't matter, because the bodice fit very well and I felt comfortable all night. The dress is lined and the leather is matte and lightweight. My backup size was 6 and that fit nicely too but not snug enough up top to go bra less.

The dress I received may have been stretched out a bit from previous use. The straps were loose and floppy, and needed to be pushed up all night. Perhaps related, the lining on the straps and bust/bodice was pulling out when I first tried it on, and got worse from there. I taped it up as best I could as I had no alternative, but the condition was a disappointment.

Spectacular dress. Very vampy, yet light and airy. The leather is buttery soft. It is not at all fitted, so don't go a size down, the chest will likely be too narrow. This is not a dress for busty ladies, unless they are very petite and tiny. It was also very short, down to about my ankles.

The leather in this dress is remarkably soft; I found it stunning and really wish that I could have worn it. But apparently it doesn't come any bigger than a size 8, and I'm generally a size 10 with a large chest. It was beautiful enough to be worth trying, but sadly I couldn't zip up the 8.

the "sizing" was accurate. it fit in the bust and waist quite well. Im generally a size 4 I'm 5'7'' 125 lbs. HOWEVER... this dress was at least 5 inches too short. it didn't even cover my ankles. I didn't wear it and was out the rental fee. in addition, the leather looked as if it had been poorly cared for. it didn't look like hight end lambskin at all
