I rented this dress in another color and loved it. These colors were perfect for a Hawaiian lua

I was initially nervous about using RTR because this was my first time, but I do not regret it at all. I would most likely use this site again. I received the dress along with the free second size backup exactly when RTR said they would come in. I usually wear either a size 4 or 6, but the past reviews for this dress encouraged me to order a 6 and 8. The 6 fit practically perfectly and still had room to breathe. I agree with other reviews that the dress' material is thin, but it hardly imposes an issue. The bright colors stunned me, and I immediately fell in love with the dress. I have slightly broad shoulders and a small waist, so the dress fit my shoulders really well, but it was loose around the waist. If this bothers you, a nice waist belt would help, but I just kept it as is. If you want to accessorize with this dress, I would suggest bracelets and/or rings more than necklaces. I feel like the dress' design truly speaks for itself. I paired the dress with open-toed strap heels because I felt like wedges could look too clunky with the dress, but I would also suggest simple pumps. I would definitely recommend anyone to get this dress. I got so many compliments on the vibrant colors and design! I truly would have loved to keep it. RTR provided easy-to-follow instructions to return the dresses, and I sent them back knowing someone else who rented them would definitely be satisfied. I most likely will be renting from RTR again!

I originally rented this dress in a size 8 (the 10 was not available), but the 8 was too small. RTR of course, overnighted me the same dress in yellow (hence the photo). It is the exact same dress, just a different color. I will definitely be renting the blue dress in my size. Everything about this dress was amazing ... The vibrant color and pattern, the lightweight material, the perfect amount of stretch.

I wore this dress for a daytime wedding in Arizona. The ceremony was outside, and although I did get hot (as it was 90+ degrees) the material was light and breathable. This dress also didn't have a stuffy lining, which added to its breathability. I love the print of this dress because it's feminine with the subtle flowers but not in a conventional way and I think this color palate would look great on any skin tone and hair color. I usually wear a dress size 6/8. The 6 was snug on my hips and the fabric would bunch and rise, so if you have fuller hips and thighs id recommend upsizing unless you prefer a fitted look. Overall love this dress, first time renting from RTR, awesome experience!

This is probably my favorite dress out of all the dresses I have ever rented from RTR. The fit was absolutely perfect on me, and the colors were really vibrant. The tightest part of this dress was the chest...it was fine, but I can see how it could get a little tight for someone more well endowed than myself. The length was great for a wedding, but it could have been an inch or two shorter for my taste. The fabric was a great weight for summer (thin cotton, but not see through), but it did tend to wring a bit from sitting. Overall it was the best dress I have ever rented, and I would definitely recommend it for a wedding/graduation/day event!

I wore this dress all over Dallas, and felt like a million bucks. It was sexy but sophisticated, and so much fun to rent. I would buy it if I could! Runs pretty true to size, but I would order up a size for backup - especially if you have hips.

Amazing colors and print - I got tons of compliments. Because it was for work, I wore the larger size. But I could also wear the size down for a more body-hugging fit.

Fit was true to size. I'm usually a 6 or 8. I'm 5'8" and 150 lbs athletic build with muscular thighs and it was not too tight in that area! I ended up wearing the 8 but I could have worn either for a more fitted look. It did stretch out a bit through the night and was wishing I had worn the 6. The print was beautiful and perfect for my event, which was the opening of an art gallery. I was expecting a "dressier" material but this is just cotton. It pictured really well but wrinkled as soon as I got in my car. It's a fantastic dress with a flattering fit, but if you need something a bit more dressy this is not it!

Pros: pretty and simple without being ostentatious, colorful, lightweight fabric that breathes. Cons: wrinkles quite easily since the fabric is so light.

I rented this for a daytime wedding in Florida and was pleased with the lightweight cotton fabric. Before I even put it on, my boyfriend saw it hanging in the bathroom and said "that is so cool!" The pattern really stands out, but the cut is modest enough for pretty much any occasion. I wore nude pumps. I ordered a size up as my backup, but the 6 fit wonderfully (I'm usually between a 4 and 6) It was fitted in the bust, which worked well for my C cup, but really forgiving through the hips and thighs. I didn't notice this before I rented, but the waist is slightly drawn in, rather than being a straight sheath, which I liked because it provided more definition. The only issue I had was a bit of a dropped hem that was repaired with a visible seam, meaning I had a couple random white threads in the front. It also wrinkled after a long car ride. Overall a great dress, especially if you're hoping to stay cool or want something that's modest but still stands out.

The pattern stands out. I felt great wearing it.. very classy yet fun. It was a bit long for my taste, but that's something to keep in mind for future rentals. I'm no where near the height of the model in the picture!

This is a great dress for summer since it is made out of a thin material. It does wrinkle easily so probably not best in super humid weather!

The dress was thinner than I thought the material would be. It's a thin cotton. I live in Texas, and this wasn't too great for the heat, but it fits nicely. Not too tight, not too loose. A little longer than I expected, almost to my knees. Doesn't fit as tightly as shown in the photo when browsing. Overall a nice dress, I got compliments from most of my friends.

This dress was incredible! Although it was a little long on me, it hit around my knee, I will definitely be renting it again! The pattern is stunning in person, and I got compliments all day! I am typically a 2, and the 4 fit well in this dress. I would suggest sizing up as a backup!

Loved this dress. It was different, comfortable in the summer heat and very complimentary to my pale skin with all the colors. Loved it!

This was a perfect summer dress that was a part of my first RTR order. I wore it to a wedding rehearsal dinner and received compliments on the gorgeous pattern and color. The material was light, which was great for a hot and humid night in NYC. Unfortunately, it was a rushed evening and I did not have an opportunity to take any photos. If this one goes on clearance, I would definitely purchase it. The fit is true to size and the material has a bit of "give" if needed.

Wore this to a wedding at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. Fit was great and the colors were perfect. Material is very thin but perfect for a summer event. Needed ironing but didn't wrinkle like I feared it would given the lightweight fabric.

I loved this dress. I am petite and was afraid the length wouldn't work on my body type but because the cut is so fantastic and is complimented by the print, it was a perfect fit. I added a belt to cinch the waist a bit further. Felt very tailored and chic.

Fit perfectly. The colors were great. Perfect for an outside wedding. I am 5'4, but curvy, and it was perfect for my body.

This dress fits hugs your curves and may be a little tight around the shoulders, but the cut is very flattering. I actually found the material really thin and when it arrived it actually needed to be pressed. I noticed after sitting for a while that it was quite wrinkly. The colors are what makes it ... the purple makes tan skin pop and the floral print adds a nice layer and classy feel to this number.

I ended up getting this due to a series of unfortunate events and I couldn't have been happier! The dress was unique and sexy without being over the top. If I were to rent again, I'd probably go up a size, but i think that probably has more to do with my recent weight gain than the actual fit of the dress. I wore it with a small gold belt around the waist.

This dress was really comfy, its got some stretch to it which was nice. I wore it to a rehearsal dinner and got tons of compliments. I would recommend this!

Beautiful but the fabric is paper thin & cotton- came wrinkled. Once I ironed it it looked better but wrinkles easy.

Beautiful colors in this dress, and very unique look. The fit was not perfect for me, in that the waist was a bit high and fitted, leading the area below the waist to sag a bit. The fabric was paper thin, which is fine as long as you don't sweat. All in all, a very nice dress. Just take care to think through your body type and weather before choosing this option.

The material of this dress is rough and itchy like cheap sheets. Also very thin and only appropriate during summer. Colors not as vibrant as in picture. I did not wear the dress.

I am always very satisfied with RTR dresses but this Vera Wang dress is of very basic cotton and does not look "classy" in real life as it does on the website. I would not recommend it for a TV show or a meeting. More like a summery dress.

It was a bit longer than I expected as I am quite short but it worked out alright.
