This dress was VERY form fitting but REALLY comfortable. I didn't have to worry about it riding up. I definitely recommend wearing Spanx if you are self conscious at all about your tummy. Overall, I loved it. It was flattering and I got a lot of compliments on it.

It did fit true to size but is a "hugger" of a dress. The conservative length and neckline, however, balance out the body hugging and all you will get are compliments. The neutral color combined with the textured material is subtle yet striking in person . The photos of the model really do not show how nice the fabric looks or feels. Prepare yourself for a lot of compliments and a lot of people touching the fabric. Really great dress all around.

The dress fit like a glove, but was still comfortable. I wore spanx, but I don't think that's necessary. I'm usually a size 4 (26 jeans), but the 6 was perfect! Didn't even try on the 4, but it would probably be too snug. I styled it with a simple necklace and silver flats, but it's very easy to dress up and down. Think it would be the perfect fall wedding guest dress!

originally i had ordered another dress but the previous renter returned it in bad shape and so this was sent in it's place. i had worn it previously in the blue color and loved it so i knew i'd be happy. this dress is very comfortable; lightweight, stretchy, breathable and just plain sexy. i love the fit and the mix of modest with the crew neck and sleeves and sexy with the shape and fit of the skirt. i was surprised that this dress wasn't too warm for an august wedding. i opted for spanx for a smoother look and wore a regular bra with no issue.

I rented this little number for a friend's wedding in San Diego this past weekend. From the moment I put the dress on, I felt like a million bucks and received so many compliments throughout the night. RTR does it again. The color is a bit darker than the images on the model. For me, the fit seemed to run small. I was happy I ordered a larger backup size, as I ended up wearing that one.

I rented this dress for Christmas Eve Mass after I saw that it was only $30.14! A Vera Wang cannot be passed up for that amount. The color and intricate pattern were both understated and lovely. The length and sleeves made it appropriate for Mass and dinner with family afterward. Plus, it was ridiculously cold out so having a dress come to my knees was necessary. It also fit like a glove, perfect for someone like me who lacks any sort of feminine curves. And clearly my 6 month old loved it too!

They only had one sixe available since I waited until the last minute to rent for NYE. I bought a back up outfit that I fell in love with and honestly thought I wouldn't wear this dress. Boy was I wrong!! First, when I unpacked it, it looked extremely small. The material is quite different - stretchy but of very good quality. The textured pattern was awesome and the way this dress photographed made me absolutely fall in love with it. It fit me exactly how I wanted it to! The material at the bottom does seem to conform to your body when you sit down for an extended period of time as I did for a 3 hr dinner. Nothing too bad, I just had to adjust it and smooth it back down. GET THIS DRESS!!!

This dress could not be more comfortable while still being classy at the same time! You could wear this style for an important business meeting or cocktail party and never want to take it off. It has a good amount of stretch and runs very true to size as well. Highly recommend it!

I normally wear a size 2, and while I wore the 2 in this dress it was a bit snug. You cannot hide a belly in this one! Even with that, it was very comfortable. The fabric has an interesting pattern and nice sheen. I wore this to a religious service and it was great for that.

I really liked the look of this dress - it was perfect except it definitely rides up as you walk! Spanx might have helped for some fabric friction. Other than that, the length, fabric and look are so pretty and sophisticated. I have a petite shape, so I went through 3 dresses to find one snug enough, and this worked out :) I wore this dress to a traditional Hindi wedding.

Love this dress! I wore it to my HS reunion. The fit is just right and I really liked the pattern on the fabric. Also the length worked very well for my height. The fabric is definitely thinner than I expected, as the quilting in the photograph kinda makes it look thicker. I wore spanx though and it was fine! Spent the night eating and dancing and felt secure and happy in it!

This is a pretty dress with great texture that catches the light, and it fits like a glove. The 8 ran a little bit big (I usually wear an 8 or a 10). I rocked it up with a sleek ponytail and black suede, wedge-heel booties. This is a great dress when you want to look and feel great, but not stand out "too much" (like for a wedding or work affair).

This dress does not require much by way of accessories. So pretty and interesting, well made.

I had no secrets in the size 0 (maybe would have worn the 2 if I had it, but this was a last minute replacement) I wore it to a business luncheon and got lots of compliments. The fabric is really beautiful (a little scratchy), the photo doesn't do it justice. If I owned this dress I think I would wear it many times!

This is a gorgeous dress that fits like a glove. I never would have picked this on my own but the stylist sent it and I couldn't be happier! It looked amazing and I got compliments all night. This dress is perfect for an occasion where you need to be dressed conservatively but still want a little bit of sexy.

Sadly, this was a backup dress that I did not have the occasion to wear! I tried it on though and it was very pretty. Interesting color and material. Very complimentary especially for an hourglass shape. Was super close to wearing to a casual breakfast the next day just so it wouldn't go to waste. Would consider renting in the future.

This dress is just as the reviews say. It's a tight dress, but it's nothing Spanx can't fix. There's a little give in the fabric, but not too much. The dresses I got were a bit wrinkly, but that could be fixed with a little steam. Also, the fabric is a little scratchy, so if that's something that bothers you, you might want to consider another dress.

Loved this dress. It's very form fitting, so I wore Spanx to help smooth things out and it worked well. The bottom of the dress rides up a little when you walk. Would rent this one again.

It was comfy and warm enough with the sleeves and had nice stretch to it - enough to fit my 3 1/2 months pregnant belly. Material was a little funky (I felt like an astronaut) and it sort of looked wrinkled anywhere it wasn't stretched but it wasn't too noticeable. Got a lot of compliments and I felt well dressed and as sexy as I can feel at 3 1/2 months pregnant!

I love this fabric. It does run small I wear and 8-10-12 but because so form fitting it was snug but comfortable. WILL RENT AGAIN AND IN THE OTHER COLOR BLUE.

Loved this dress. Wore it out to dinner for a friend's birthday and then to work because if I had to turn 32 on a Monday, I was going to look cute while doing it. Dress runs small, I wore an 8 when I usually wear a 4 or 6. Really liked this dress, it worked great for two very different occasions. Material is a bit thin so spanx might be necessary.

This was a beautiful dress. If you are wearing it for a more conservative event though, I would consider sizing up, because the material is very clingy (not as structured as the dress appears on the model). I wore a size larger than I usually do, and even with this bigger size the dress was extremely fitted. However, the color (slightly darker than it appears in the model photo) was beautiful and the pattern was unique and interesting.

Rented this as my 2nd rental, but I ended up loving the original much better. This dress fit well, but the material felt thin and plasticky. I loved the color and design, but couldn't get over the feel.

I normally wear a size 12, but the shoulders and sleeves on this dress did not fit right. I don't even have broad shoulders, but they seemed to narrow. Also, the dress seemed to have permanent wrinkles in it.

I ended up not wearing it - it was simultaneously a bit grandma + slutty-tight?! The fabric was neat but at the end of the day it wasn't absolutely fabulous.

This dress is TIGHT and it is not very forgiving. It's imperative that you wear at least one pair of Spanx (I wore two pair)! Otherwise it is a beautiful dress. I received compliments all night!

My true size - 10 - was a bit too tight. The 12 was a bit too big but it still looked good. The fabric is incredibly forgiving so... for another occasion I may have gone with the smaller size. Also for me, it seemed a different color - more taupe than dove gray. That part I didn't like and is definitely different than this picture. Sorry I forgot to take a picture - it was a high-stress women's biz event where I spoke.

I usually wear a 2 or 4 but I should have ordered a 6. I ordered the blue and the gray and much preferred the blue (though I didn't wear that one either). The gray has a lot of brown in it - almost a mocha. The dress felt too tight across the chest and in the seat.

stretchy fabric. fits true to size. lovely subtle color and cool pattern. totally form fitting - do not wear this to your "career moment" as the category would suggest (unless you have that kind of career). designed to be really tight everywhere and accentuate your curves. shoulders quite narrow cut. Great for a hot date.
