I wore this for a themed event and it went over well. The quality was excellent and the detailed pleats gave this otherwise basic dress it's appeal. I'm pear shaped so I sized up and could have used another increase for my bottom curves. However, the top was just right for me so I imagine it's not for busty women.

Great option for rehearsal dinner or wedding

Even though it's black, this is definitely a statement dress! It was probably a bit much to wear for just a normal day in the office, but I enjoyed wearing something that felt "special." Only complaint it that the tags were really itchy.

This dress is elegant and fun to wear. I chose this for a formal wedding instead of a long gown (couldn't find one I liked) and I never received more compliments for an outfit. The diagonal pleats 'move' when you dance which makes it fun to wear. And I was having so much fun I never took a photo. Trust me - it's a winner! I am normally a 4P (US) and went with the reviews to size up since it's a British fit. I wore a size 10 - it is fitted through the waist .

I’m still figuring out the sizing on some of the brands. The dress itself is cute. Agree on the narrow hips. I ordered size 12US and probably size 10 or even 8 would work.

Needed one size bigger. It fit, but it didn't look great. Decided not to wear it.

This dress is beautiful however it runs small. The dropped waist is tough if you have larger hips. The top of this dress fit well but I couldn't get it over my hips properly. Sadly I couldn't wear it for this reason. I'm 5'5" 138 and the US 8 was too small. Size up!

The fabric is so high quality, the ruffles make the dress so special. In. Love. Sized way up and the fit was perfect even for a gal with a very big and inconvenient chest

This dress was stunning! It's a bit tight around the hips if you're more pear shaped. The material is gorgeous. I would definitely rent again. Would maybe size up so that the hips weren't so tight.

Fits amazingly and very stylish

I loved this dress. Very comfortable at the end of the first trimester. The zipper in the back stops before the hip bones so you'll have to wear it from the top. Bike proof. I'll rent it again.

This dress was comfortable. I thought the hips were a little more narrow than I would have liked, but even with the skirt details flaring out a little, it looked very sharp.

It was tight in the rear, but bunchy in the back. Cut for a longer, less curvy person!

LOVE this dress but runs small. I'm typically a 10 in almost all sizes and the 14 was too small in the hips. This dress is fantastic though!
