The only problem I had with this dress is one of the snaps attaching the left strap was worn, so I had to secure the strap with two safety pins. This is a stress point in the dress when you sit down, so safety pins might be a good idea anyway even if the snaps were in good condition. I ordered the 8R since I have a wide chest and normally size up in dresses that are fitted in the chest area. However, in this style I think the 6R would have been a better choice. Even though the dress was loose, it still looked great!

I wore this dress to the Daytime Emmys and it was absolutely perfect. The fit was fantastic, but one of the shoulder strap snaps wasn't holding securing. I slipped a small safety pin in on the under-side of the strap--just to make sure--and never had a problem all evening. The dress clings without being too snug. You can wear any of your favorite foundation under garments without trouble. I am 5'6" and wore 5" heels with the regular length dress. The only warning--be handy with a steamer, because this will need extensive steaming to lay smoothly and correctly. I absolutely loved this dress and received so many wonderful compliments. I HIGHLY recommend this dress for you black tie event.

I wore this dress for my Senior Ball and absolutely loved it! The fit is very flattering, without being too skin tight. I was initially worried that it would be too loose and pillow case like, but it wasn't at all, the picture on the model is just a bit deceiving! The back is stunning and can be worn with a strapless bra, however I chose to wear a backless bra because I didn't want to worry about the dress falling down and seeing my bra! I am 5'4 and the regular length was perfect, as I was able to wear 3 1/2 inch heels. The lining does get caught up a bit, making it appear shorter, so you just have to give it a good tug at the bottom to release some length! The top of the dress is attached by two snaps, one of mine came un snapped while dancing, so just be careful! I have no regrets about this dress, it looked fabulous in pictures, comfortable, and definitely classy yet the right amount of trendy! I didn't want to take it off after :(

This dress was sent to me as a last minute back up because my original dress had unfortunately been ruined. The customer service was amazing helping me get this dress in plenty of time for my boyfriend's military ball. This dress was so elegant and fit perfectly. I am 5' 9" almost 5' 10" and the dress still went all the way to floor when I was in 3" heels! I wore the 6 long however I could have gotten away with the 4L because this does run a little large. The material is thick so it doesn't cling to you and instead skims your body perfectly. I wore my hair up so I could show off the beautiful back details. The only reason I didn't give this dress 5 stars is because the straps over your shoulders are attached by two flimsy snaps that were coming apart from the dress. This is a stress point on the dress so I had to use a safety pin to stop it from unsnapping all night. That being said, I felt classy and the perfect amount of elegance without being over the top. I had girls coming up to me all night long complimenting my dress! I would definitely recommend this dress!

I very much agree with the previous reviewer, this dress is Audrey Hepburn style (whom I love too!) and it does hide the flaws if you have any. I'm surprised that 46 in Italian came out to be 8 because it is more of a 10. I had a bit too much room in the midsection but maybe its just the style. I still wished that I could make it smaller. I'd definitely size down in back up. I loved the slit in the back.

I ordered this dress but thought it would not fit my body type and I was happily surprised that it hid my flaws and I wore size 42. It was a stunning and very chic dress. I wore to a black tie event and a couple people came up to compliment the dress. I am going to order again for another event. Great dress very Audrey Hepburn! The only con was a slight smell when I took it out of the bag but I let it sit out and it disappeared.
