Great dress for a formal event and perfect for talkers girls! I'm 5'8 and wore 3in heels and it was just grazing the floor. Sweater like fabric is form fitting and forgiving. Enjoyed wearing this dress & would consider renting again.

I rented this dress fairly last minute to attend a client's red carpet premiere. This dress was so unique and just so darn comfortable that I hated taking it off. I could have used a fly swatter to fend off all the compliments coming. The dress is a lovely knit that won't wrinkle and is incredibly forgiving. The dress came with a slip that covered everything needed and was an excellent quality as well. This dress and the slip do run long. With heels I was at 5'8 and still tripping over the regular length. So, tall girls rejoice! If you're short grab some double sided tape and wear it anyway - you won't regret it.

Everything about this dress is just magical. Soft fabric that stretches to size, with gold threads that shimmer in the light make for an elegant and glamorous piece worthy of a walk down a red carpet. I am a VERY petite person (5'2", 104lbs, 30AA), and this dress fit like a perfect little glove (which is why I say it runs small - for all I know it could have been made for a woman my size, but nothing ever is, so if it fits me, I'm going to say it runs small)... except the length (naturally). I wore 3.5" heels for the event, and there was still 10-12 inches of fabric at the bottom. If it weren't for Chauntel at the Georgetown location, and her amazing abilities with double sided tape, I would not have have been able to wear this dress. Not only did she tape it, but she got creative, and taped the front, leaving a gorgeous train at the back of the dress. Best of all, it was done quickly (20 minutes!), and the tape stayed all night long, even through dancing! The other girls at the store were super friendly and helpful - Magdelene was a great stylist, and picked some incredible pieces for me to try, including this one! The whole experience of renting a dress was phenomenal... I can't wait for my next event!

I'm 6'-2" and rented both a long and regular length of this dress based on reviews. I wore the regular length and still needed a minimum inch heel to keep it off the ground! Very elegant shape and style, and extremely comfortable. I debated wearing it because it is so simple that it is not a standout, but the comfort level won out over the other dress I was considering. Beautiful, just very understated.

This is a gorgeous dress. I had planned on wearing it a formal event and ordered the regular length based on previous reviews. Unfortunately even with over 4 inch heels, it was too long. My daughter (photographed with me) who is a little over 6 feet tall ended up wearing it. I think you have to be a supermodel to pull this length. I can't imagine how long the tall length runs. Maybe Usain Bolt could pull that off : ) That being said- it was so beautiful and she gots tons of compliments (she wore the regular length with flats).

Doesn't fit as well as compared to the model. The dress is knitted metallic with a slip below. It probably will look good on a model, but not on regular height people.

I normally wear a size 8. I wore the 44R dress and the 46R slip. I'm 5'8 and wore 3 inch heels and the dress was a little too long. It was very comfortable.

I could not wear the dress because it was too long however it was beautiful. The material was high quality. I am 5'4 and even with 5 inch heels it was on the floor. I ordered the size 40R and the 38 would have been a better fit. There was alot of extra fabric in the hip area and the material is stretchy.

I rented the long size and it was LONNNGGGGG. I'm 5'9 and even with a serious heel it would be too long. Def no need to order the long size unless you're 6ft or so. The gold, translucent overlay piece was very pretty and had a nice drape, but the zipper on the black slip for underneath had a side zip that was a little too bulky and created a bump or too right at my wasitline. This may only be an issue with this one particular piece. With a smooth fit, it would be a winner.

Very long, so I had to end up holding it up most of the night. Fabric is comfortable and stretchy, very forgiving. The undergarment slip's straps were very long, so I had to do some last minute adjustments to make sure my boobs stayed covered. I would consider buying this and altering. It's a good dress for many seasons, too. Breathable but still substantial fabric so you don't feel naked or too constrained.

I surprisingly liked this dress, it was flattering and different. It was sent as a just in case back up, when my other dress wasn't available. However, I couldn't wear it because it was very long on my 5'4" frame. Even my tallest heels didn't get close. It is also sheer with very delicate fabric. It came with some of the stitching pulled.

This dress is great but laughably long for anyone under 5'8. Some reviews mention this but I thought maybe... Hem can't be temporarily basted and still look good because of the finish, knit fabric, and pleating. I'm 5'3 and with 4 in heels there was still about a foot of extra fabric on the ground.

Way too small, way too long, but beautiful fabric!

This dress was just a mess. I'm 5'6" and the regular was about two feet too long. It was shipped on a clip hanger that made indentions in the mesh that left it puckered in two spots on the front. I adore RTR and am always happy, but this piece was just odd.
