I received so many compliments on this dress! I wore it to a "festive attire" wedding in NYC. It was maybe a little fancy for the event but people were in all sorts of dresses so I felt fine. I was afraid I'd look like a bridesmaid but I didn't at all, at least at this wedding. My friends said it looked like a Grecian Cinderella dress! The color is gorgeous. I'm very pale and was afraid it would wash me out, but it didn't at all. This was my backup dress for another dress I ordered, which was exciting since this is a much nicer dress. I didn't read the reviews much and ordered a 38R and 40R. I ended up wearing the 40R but might have been happier in a 42P, not sure. My biggest issue with the dress was that it was SO LONG. I'm 5'3" and wore 4-inch heels, and it was dragging-- I had to hold it up most of the night. Walking up and down stairs was a challenge. It fit great in the bust, I'm a 32C but it would have accommodated larger. The shoulder straps definitely were falling down and I brought pins to pin them back, but didn't end up feeling the need.. I just made sure to stand up straight. :) I wish the dress came in a 40P, maybe that would have worked better! Also, the zipper was very hard to get past the ribbon-- I had to have a friend do it. And the ribbon area got a bit tight as I ate throughout the night... no regrets :) P.S. I'm normally a 4-6 on the bottom, and a S on top, sometimes XS.

Beautiful dress, I received so many compliments from total strangers. The material is beautiful, light and flowy and the color is stunning. The straps were a little long and would have been slipping down if I hadn't used garment tape to stick them to my shoulders.

This dress is gorgeous. Fits true to size and the color is heaven! I had no problems with the length of the sleeves---just made sure that I stood up straight. Received many many compliments.

Gorgeous dress. Got so many compliments. I'm 5'5" and with a 3" heel the regular still dragged on the floor a bit. I ordered a 40 and 42 but the 42 was a bit baggy in the chest. All in all, it was a lovely dress.

The straps were EXTREMELY long, so I twisted them to keep them up on my shoulders. It was a flowy, beautiful dress that I received many compliments in.

What a gorgeous fit! The waist fits so well that it makes you look thinner. The dress fabric is amazing. I love the flow of the long skirt - it moves beautifully with the wind. I got so many compliments on this dress. Thank you RTR!

The zipper was tough across the mid-section, where the ribbon crosses. The straps were a bit long, so I had to pin them from within (easy). For the price, I expected the condition of the dress to be better (hence the four stars), though the wear and tear was not apparent to anyone else.

I received tons of compliments on this dress. I could have sized down and being only 5'2" it was long on me. The straps/sleeves did slide down often. Those were the only negatives. I felt like a Greek goddess in this dress, super light and airy and perfect icy blue!!

I am normally 32dd. With this dress you can wear a strapless or multi-way bra. The only thing that is strange about this dress is the satin part underneath the crepe. It is wrinkled easily. I also would like to see this in a long. I am 5'9" and I wore the 2R with platform heels, but the dress did not touch the ground. Everyone said I looked like Cinderella because of the color. Gold heels would be perfect with this dress.

This dress is very very flattering for someone pear shaped like me. The torso lighter blue section is a bit more form fitting, more like a camisole than a really thick dress. The waistline is really flattering and not too tight. One thing to be aware of- it is very very long! I am 5'4'' and had to wear five inch heels in order not to trip everywhere. I loved this dress and will probably rent it again!

I wore this dress to a black tie summer wedding in Charlottesville and it was perfect. Elegant, figure-flattering, and lightweight. Lovely!

It was such a beautiful gown and it was a pleasure to wear, the material was beautiful, light and flowy! I have 36DDD breasts and there was still no problem at all. The dress definitely runs big (I'm usually an 8 and the 6 was edging on big for me).

The dress was wonderful overall from the style to the color to the comfort of the gown. Pros: Beautiful dress, received many compliments, is unique, length of gown was perfect for my height (I wore flats). Cons: Sizing, length of straps were long, and lining material only hits at the knee. Overall I loved this dress but for the cost of the dress I wish the liner would have been extended to floor length because you can see through where it hits above the knee. Also if you have a small waist or are an hourglass shape definitely size down! I used sticky tape to help keep my straps on my shoulders as well.

I bought this to wear for Halloween to be a princess but didn't end up wearing it. Sizing for this dress should be based on your waist, not your hips. If you are an hourglass (like myself), you'll need to get a smaller size than you would for fitted dresses.

I am usually a 2, and the 40 was too big for me in the chest and waist, but I think a 38 would cinch it in at the top and make it perfect. Even with the larger size, the length was ok, just grazing the floor (5'5" with 3" heels). The lining and skirt are not fitted so it is quite comfortable. The accordion skirt has beautiful movement, excellent for sashaying around the dance floor all night!

This dress is quite lovely, color is so pretty, material is dreamlike, sheer and flowy in the skirt. My major holdback, and the reason I returned it without wearing it, was that the lining ends mid/lower thigh. I know this style suits many people, but on a dress of this quality and price, it looks cheap to me.

This dress was huge. Way too long even with six inch heels and though I'm a 32C, I would have to be a 34 band and too heavy for it to work. Not for petite girls.

The straps were very long and the dress looked more like a bridesmaid dress in person. That said, the waist fit well and the length wasn't bad. I just couldn't wear it.
