If you're looking for something trendy but still classic, this is the top for you! I love how it incorporates ruffles and a cold shoulder, which are definitely trends that have been around this year. The quality of the shirt is great and I love the elastic band around the arms to keep those sleeves up. If you work in a more casual office, you can pair this with some trousers or a skirt or keep it every day with some jeans but still look put together. This shirt does fit true to size and there isn't any gaping with the buttons in the chest. Who says you can't wear white after Labor Day?

This shirt was confusing to put on but once I figured it out it was fine. It requires ironing and wrinkles easily. I also safety pinned the ruffles to my sleeves so that they would not ride up. Overall, I loved this shirt and it looked beautiful on. I would rent again.

Hello, Ruffle, my old friend. I have been in a funky kick recently and ordered this top with Unlimited. It is a beautiful top made of feel-good cotton and made in America with obvious attention to cut in the bodice. With button downs, I appreciate effort to not have HUGE armholes or bust gaping and I could tell the time invested to help make it the best it could be. However, the fatal flaw was the (well made) ruffle. It is big, yes, but unattached at the arms or back which allows for it to pop up at any movement. A snap or clasp to secure it down would have been a big help in keeping the scarf look at bay. Btw, unlike some items, this will need ironing upon arrival and the ruffle is a beast. Protip: When ironing, extend the ruffle's elastic to have a flat piece of fabric. This will save TONS of time. Trust me.

It's large in some places and super tight in others. I could barely get it on and the elastic squeezed my arms so tightly that I couldn't keep it on the more than 3 minutes. I'm petite. Never wore it out.

I'm not much of a ruffle person - but this blouse was a lot of fun.

I'm all about tops this season and with my Unlimited, there is a vast variety of options. I typically don't go for the white button down because I have what some might call a swimmer's back, ie. 'broad shoulders'. This blouse has the cold shoulder and the ruffles but yet still easy to work in and surprisingly comfortable. I received so many compliments! I had a bit of a hard time figuring out how to put it on, but once I figured it out, it was a piece of cake! =) I highly suggest for those who have smaller chest. I don't have the most toned arms but the decorative shoulder frill covers that area. I wore with a NuBra and it was fine. Not sheer at all.

Needed a good pressing and starch when I got it. One with need to starch the ruffle to get it to be a fluffy as seen on the model. Length sits at the belt buckle so one can not tuck it in.

I liked the look of this shirt a lot but the ruffle piece is not attached and is an elastic so it moves all day. I kept having to adjust the riddle piece when I sat down and you can't wear a jacket over it. Wouldn't recommend this piece.

Fit true to size. Honestly the elastic ruffle piece would not stay in place whatsoever. I spent the whole day readjusting. I was uncomfortable and would never rent again. Even though it is a cute top, the frustration is definitely not worth it.

I was hoping to pair this with a cute skirt for either part of a destination wedding weekend or a concert ( I had both this week ) when I received the item it just looked off. Too much going on and with out heavy starch and a really crisp look this is going to fail. In addition , it literally hit right at my waist and the ruffle across the shoulders is an attached band not party of the shirt so it does not lie across the shirt but literally stretches across the back which makes it almost impossible to create the look from the photo especially if you plan to move . I am soo bummed I waisted my time and a spot on this item .
