Neat sleeves! A bit short, sits right at the waist.

Cropped short but amazing long flowy sleeves.

Flattering and easy to wear. Sleeves have slits so they don't get in the way. Bottom has elastic in it which you can't tell from the picture which wasn't a problem for me but might be if you have a longer torso/waist.

I wore this for a sports special and it looked amazing on air. I got numerous compliments from coworkers and viewers on how great the top is! I highly recommend it

A little short in the torso. Has an elastic waist band. For someone with a longer torso it doesn't hit right. Otherwise a lovely shirt. Really enjoyed it.

Loved this top! I wore this for work and on the weekends. The sleeves are slit so when you raise your hands the ruffles are out of your way! Got a lot of compliments on it

I love this shirt and it fit well. I would usually wear a XL but this fit nice with large and wasn't tight fitting in the arms since I usually have a problem with arms.

I wore with high waisted jeans as the waist band on the top hits at belly button and I didn't want to show tummy. Loved the flow of the sleeves - great for dinner and jazz

This top is a heavy-weight material that drapes nicely. The bottom is elasticized so it looks tucked in (which is great if you're like me and hate actually tucking shirts in). One thing that isn't super-obvious from the model photo is that the slit in the sleeves starts above your elbow. One day I wore this shirt the weather was cold, so I ended up wearing a long-sleeve shirt underneath. I wore this with the Leota "Kylie Geo Culotte" (also on RTR) and ankle boots.

This was a cute top, good for date night paired with a statement necklace. The bottom of the shirt is elastic so it cinches at your waist and folds over nicely. I recommend wearing a tank underneath and high waisted jeans though, because the elastic almost makes it a bit cropped.

I wanted a cute shirt with the dress pants and this was perfect. I work in corporate and realized the shirt was a little much for my office environment with the open sleeves but other than that I loved it. It was a little short for my long torso but an undershirt helped.

It's a pretty cute top, love the ruffles. But didn't realize before ordering that the sleeves are not stitched shut; rather they're wide open. I almost pinned them shut but decided it was too much work. Overall I liked it though, and ended up wearing it to work as is. I do want to warn that the bottom is a bit short for girls with long torsos (though not as short as it looked in the model's picture) and elasticized. I definitely had to keep pulling it down throughout the day so that it didn't become a belly shirt, but it pretty much hit right at the top of my pants

This top came brand new it is fully lined and has elastic at the waist. The sleeves are very cute but prevent you from doing anything having to do with food or dinner or reaching anywhere besides just looking good standing there holding a cocktail or a glass of wine. So basically it depends on how creative you are. The sleeves open up and you can reach out through them but their leaves quite a bit draping as it says, Cape sleeves. Fun top though.

The sleeves are great, I wore it to an event outside, so unfortunately I had to put on a coat because it got much colder than we expected- so I had to hide the sleeves. 10/10 recommend though if you don't need a coat!

I didn't realize the material was that very formal, office/work west type of material. The shirt was more formal then I expected, thought it would be more similiar to sweater material. Anyways I still wore it, it was something different and unique. Wore it to church.

Love this top...the sleeves look awesome as long as your arms are down. Anytime I raised my arms or tried to put my coat on, they bunched up and gathered around my elbows. A cuff in the wrists would have gone a long way. Had it not been for that I would have worn this more, but that just made it kind of annoying.

Cute and warm. So keep that in mind. The only thing I didn't like was that the bottom actually has an elastic waist type. So it's doesn't just hang like the picture would have you think

Didn't end up wearing this. I liked it and it fit true to size, but the arm sleeves being all open just felt like there was extra material hanging off, not stylish.

This is a very lovely shirt and well made. I was on the fence because I'm not usually into cut outs or long slits like this. I should have listened to my gut because the open slits on the sleeves made this look slightly cheap on me. I took a chance to branch out on my style, and it didn't work for me.

I ordered this for a dinner date and it did not disappoint! It looked super cute with dark jeans and black booties. The bottom of the shirt is elastic, which was kind of strange but it still looked good. The sleeves are very large so it's definitely a statement piece!

The sleeves were the perfect amount of material. I am petite and the sleeve size did not swallow my arms. Very much enjoyed the look it gave with a tucked in bottom. Not a fan of the shirt untucked because it gives a rounded appearance.

Great soft material, a little heavy for warmer weather but super cute, especially if your office is cold like mine!

I loved this shirt and wore it multiple times and in multiple contexts --- to work meetings, on camera, and out for a casual dinner with a pair of jeans. I could barely bear to send it back, and I may well rent it again so that I can buy it!

This was the most versatile top. It has an elective waste that makes it slightly bubble. I paired it with both jeans and a skirt and loved it with both. The sleeves are also very fun and fall well

Such a fun top! I wasn't sure about the elastic waistband at first but it truly did help it to stay put. The sleeves are so fun and flattering too. Great date night top!

Loved this top! I'm a true size 12 and the XL fit perfectly. I would recommend that larger chested ladies go up a size though. There is zero stretch. Will rent again!

I love this shirt! It runs true to size and is a nice wool crepe material, so good for winter. The elastic waist is great for making it look tucked in without having to be annoyed with tucking a shirt in. I love the sleeves and didnt have an issue with them getting in the way at all. I actually thought the slits made them stay out of the way compared to other ruffled sleeve shirts I have worn.
