This is a great work dress - Vince runs large generally so I recommend sizing down. Lots of room in this one.

A standard, chic dress for when you just want to pull something comfy on that still looks a bit polished. I didn't notice the sleeve details prior to renting, but they have shear panels that extend up until the biceps. It's a nice tough to liven up a pretty basic dress. A great neutral piece thought! I was also very happy that I sized down and got a medium- fit perfect. Someone also had already safety pinned the neckline to make it more work appropriate, and I just left that in :)

This dress maybe runs a little big, but it's also the style. It's not the most flattering (funny waistline) but worked for me at 22 weeks pregnant. Great length for a tall person. Love the long sleeves for winter. I could definitely wear this not pregnant and can also continue to wear it further into my pregnancy.

I usually love Vince but at first I thought this dress was a complete dud. Drab out of the bag. But if looked much better once on. Lovely color. Nice silk. Good for tall. Pockets. I sized down one and worked well. The main problem with this dress is the different fabric on sleeve detail is almost indistinguishable from main fabric. It needs to be more sheer or different color to make it pop.

Very work appropriate, the elastic band begs for a belt, but overall, very comfortable and easy for the baby bump if you've got one.

This is a great basic dress that is comfortable and easy to style. It runs really big. I went down two sizes and it fit perfectly.

Flattering work dress, got tons of compliments!

I grabbed it in store, but I probably wouldn't have picked it from the photo online if I hadn't see it in person. It fits really nicely, is comfy and breezy enough for a warm day. It's simple but good for work, and easy to accessorize.

The crinkly rayon textured fabric on this dress reminded me of those shiny curtains everyone had in their apartment in the early 90s. I thought I would hate this dress, but the fit is actually pretty fabulous. I have long arms and the sleeves ran short. Wouldn't buy it. but enjoyed wearing this dress.

Size down. The dress runs big and the waist has a lot of give so you don't have to worry about it being too small. The fabric was a beautiful flattering color. It has little roses along the sleeves which you can't see in the photos. The dress is a closet staple but it isn't something that really stands out. It is fashionable and work friendly. I like to roll up sleeves to show off a little arm jewelry. This is a good dress for it. You can dress this one up or down. Sneakers or heels or wedges or even booties. This dress is light and thin enough for the hot late summer and can also go into fall and winter because of the color with a pair of tights.

Rented for work. Elegant color and modest fit. Comfortable for travel. Lightweight enough for summer. May rent again in autumn but a size smaller.

Rented this as part of my regular work wardrobe. Lovely dress with a light but substantive fabric that lays well. The neck gapes just a touch and it runs large. The sleeves have a lovely subtle embroidered rose pattern that gives this dress a needed pop to break up the deceptively plain design and solid color. All round a great everyday rental.

Maybe this would be better on a non-pregnant person, but it's definitely a weird shape with a baby bump. Still comfortable though.

I got this to wear to work but it's so, so low cut I would have needed a camisole underneath but couldn't find one that would work. The color is lovely, though and the fabric feels nice.

I love Vince, I love the dresses, and I love this color. However, this was frumpy and completely unflattering. What a disappointment, did not wear.

Too matronly

Material is dull in person and very oversized. I rented for a work trip but it isn't formal enough. The sleeves have a different material inset in them and it's a little matronly looking. Overall, size down 1-2 sizes (middle has elastic that's forgiving). I'm 6ft and it still hit well below my knees so keep that in mind as well if your petite.
