This dress runs a little large and when I first put it on didn't think so much of it, but with a little finesse I actually lived it and have rented it twice, the open back is subtle sexy.

I rented this dress as a day-time outfit for a work+leisure trip to Paris. I was able to wear it to a work meeting with a blazer over it, and then again for museum visits and a casual stroll along the Seine. Everything about this dress - from the color, to the fabric, to the cut - is perfection. It is understated chic, conservative enough for Paris; but it also has a playful side due to the open back and the high slit, so you do show a little leg and back every now and then. I may consider buying this!

Nice flowy fit for any body type. I got tons of compliments on the color and the length was perfect to take you from work to happy hour.

The open back is a little risqué for the office but it's covered up, love the length.

I rented this dress for family photos – it worked perfect. The soft peach color is gorgeous. I only dinged it because of the back which opens and shows your bra. Could not wear to work.

Pros: -lightweight materials -POCKETS -slit in the leg is like not actually a full slit so you don't have to worry about overexposing yourself -little snap on the chest area (see: not overexposing yourself) -elastic waist = comfy Cons: -wrinkles easily (not great for travel) -ties on the wrist can get in the way of stuff -gotta wear light underwear as its kinda see thru with that Also note that the back is open on the top so you have to choose bra/bandeau carefully!

Easy to wear, looked classy!

Better for dinner out than for work. I had to wear a tank top underneath because of the open back and the front slip kept blowing open when I was walking outside. It would be way cuter showing skin with the open back.

Loved this dress and received so many compliments. Wore it to work so wore a black tank as the back is pretty open. Only complaint is that this dress attracted so much static. Byo an anti static spray. All in all though very stylish and easy to wear dress! I'm debating buying it, static and all.

This dress definitely was not what I expected. Loved the color and the wrist detail but the back opening was awkward and the entire dress felt shapeless. It also ran a bit large.

Although I did get quite a few compliments, I really wasn't a fan of this one. The color is weird and the back is open. Not really an office dress!

Really liked the silk, though it did pick up and show all spills. The color was lovely and the open back made it special (but not work appropriate).

I have a larger chest (34 D), and this draped really nicely, I only a few times had to be concerned about the snap coming undone. I wore a black silk cami under it to work, and didn't worry about the back. I have a super high waist, so I didn't feel like there was a lot of room to flash any skin back there anyway. If you have a long torso, it would probably be different!

Loved this dress. The fit, the fabric, the color. Only con is that it's been heavily worn. The back flap seam was unraveled on mine and there was a little discoloration from all the dry cleaning.

I really like the neutral color of this dress and the relaxed vibe it gives. It was definitely big though, so I think a Small would have been a little less baggy. Otherwise, it was really comfortable and easy to accessorize! I also really liked the back because it's open but not revealing!

Shows bra strap in the back so I wore a cami underneath, and it's freezing so I wore tights, and the fabric is very static-clingy. But if you can wear with bare legs, I think this would be great!

I wasn’t sure if I would like this or not but I decided to try it. Turns out I really like it! It’s very comfortable and the color is pretty. I think it runs true to size or maybe a little large, the medium was a bit big on me but it still looked good. The material feels nice too. It isn’t really an office dress because of the open back but it is stylish as hell.

Very easy to wear and comfortable. Fit, but was not as oversized as I would have hoped. Would do the next size up if you are going for the loose look in the model shot.

Liked the dress but was a bit surprised of the opening in the back. Just didn't look, I guess. The neckline was a bit low and the slit on the side was pretty revealing, especially if there is wind. Was definitely not appropriate for my work, which is what I was hoping to wear it for. Therefore, I only wore the dress one time. Also, the elastic on one of the sleeves was a bit wonky.

I liked the overall feel of this dress. Because I have larger boobs, shirt dresses tend to be a no-go, but the open back on this one made the fit look perfect. A little fashion tape was needed to eliminate some pucker between two of the buttons, but that's a necessity with most tops for me. This dress wrinkles VERY easily, so if you're going for a prim and polished look, you'll either have to avoid sitting or carry a garment steamer in your pocket for hourly touch ups.

Pretty dress but the fit is overpowering for small/skinny women. Also, it would be nice if it was lined since fabric is thin.

Wasn’t my favorite. I wore it one day and it had a flattering look to the front but the back made me look wider. Comfortable though.

This dress could be nice but it just wasn't a good look on me. It was definitely a size too big but even so, it seemed like there was too much material and it didn't feel like it would be flattering. The waist elastic seemed a little strange. Overall a pretty dress but not good on me.

for a pregnant 5'4" this is a bit impossible due to where the band sits. if you're not pregnant knock yourselves out - it's pretty!

I wanted to love this dress, but didn't end up wearing it. The color wasn't flattering for my olive complexion.

This didn't fit right. I needed it to be longer in the blouse area. The fit wasn't great.
