I enjoyed this during NYC's hot summer month of August but could see it working with a blazer or jacket or even tights into the fall and winter. Would rent again!

Thin fabric but great easy work dress. Would fit basically any body type. I'm petite so it was a long dress but cute for work

Very comfortable and flattering thin, silk dress. Was a bit worried about static as I wore this in the winter, but it was only a problem while wearing a long overcoat. Waist definitely looks unfinished without a belt.

I got a lot of compliments on this dress. I wore it to work and also to dinner with my boss and work colleagues afterwards. It's very flattering on my figure but not in an inappropriate way. My only complaint is that the neckline tends to drop and widen when you sit, so it needed to be adjusted so as not to show cleavage/bra. This may be better for someone with a larger bust to fill it. I had no problems while standing.

I'm usually between a 12 and 14 and was so happy I went with the 12! It took a little while for me to figure out how it fit (I almost sent it back without wearing it!), but am now keeping it a few days extra for a work trip coming up!! It's really lovely, light fabric (heads up that it was really static-y for me, so get ready with the dryer sheet/steamer), but was easy to fix and looks so professional with the navy and white pinstripe. Fair warning--the top is loose (wrap-style though the whole thing isn't a true wrap which was a relief on a breezy day!), so some may prefer to pin the top or wear a cami for extra coverage, but I liked it as was and felt a little sexy in an otherwise fairly conservative dress. Also, I totally disagree with the other reviewer who said this wasn't for busty girls--my 36G chest was just fine in this (sisterhood of the traveling dress, perhaps???). Also, the waist is elastic so there is some give/flexibility there. Enjoy it!!

True to size. Elastic waist and draping on the chest made it perfect for my curves. I paired with a denim jacket and straps nude heel sandal for work. TONS of compliments!

This was a decent dress, flattering fit on the top, a little awkward with the wrap on the bottom, but a polished look that can be dressed up or down. I don't love where it hits on my calves, but not enough to not wear it....i just avoided looking at my calves, but maybe that's more of an issue between me and my calves :). Fit was true to size, but a hair loose in some places.

Got this for work and it felt a little baggy in the 6, but decided to wear it anyway, as it didn't look too bad. Unfortunately, with the draped front it was a little TOO revealing when I was sitting down ...which I was...all day... training new staff. Whoops. It would have been perfect one size down and I'll definitely rent again (in a 4 this time!)

This dress fit as expected and was easy to wear. It was a nice work dress that could transition to drinks later. I enjoyed it!

Everything about this dress is flattering: the cut, the pattern, the way it drapes. The material is a lovely silk that barely wrinkled even after hours of sitting at a desk. Sizing seems to be pretty flexible, as the only place where the dress is really fitted is at the waistband, which is elastic. I'm usually a 10, and was able to wear an 8.

The dress, I think, is supposed to fit loosely, which it does for a 4R which is my size. It was a bit long and the front part has this extra fabric that is not super flattering on a petite frame. Like most dresses and clothes on RTR, I wish there was a petite option. Nonetheless, I thought this dress was flattering and just unique enough.

Perfect dress for the office. Silk. Pockets. Light and comfy. Best for tall. Doesn't run big like most Vince. Some creases out of bag but dropped out by morning so didn't need ironing. Always a bonus. Had to pin front so didn't open at work. I don't usually wear belts but this dress needed one to look finished.

I really liked this dress. It is very lightweight and could work well for a nice dinner or work. My only problem was that it was a little booby. I used boob tape to make sure it didn't move and become too revealing. I also think it would look even better with a belt.

Loved this dress. Fit is very easy and subtly sexy. You can pair w sandals or even sneakers for a casual look or dress it up for work w a pump or heeled sandal or espadrille. I could live in this dress. Fabric is light silk but has a good weight to it.

I have mixed feelings about the dress. It's super comfy on, I love the fabric (though it does wrinkle),..very light weight AND it has pockets(!!). That being said, I think I look frumpy in it. It is too loose and baggy and makes me look thicker than I am, which is why I gave it less stars. I wore it on a business trip (flight and day of meetings) and it worked well. My mother in law complimented me, but she's just a very nice person so I think she would have complimented me in anything

This dress was chic, transitional, light and comfortable. Plus... pockets! As with most shirt dresses, I struggled with the neckline and side boob; and then was self-conscious about it all day. But I got a ton of compliments, from the office to my husband when we met for date night after work.

This dress runs really big especially on the bottom. I loved the top half but because of the bottom you just end up looking super frumpy. Not a fan. Would not rent again

This is a really easy dress for work. The top is really flattering on my bigger chest and has full coverage. It fits true to size. I would recommend adding a thin belt.

Might need to wear a tank underneath or pin it shut. It opens up when you sit and move around.

fabric is very light weight and needed some static guard spray to wear with tights.

I wasn't able to wear this as much as I wanted, so I will definitely be renting this again. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take a picture while wearing it. The length on me (I stand at 5'2") was almost similar to what is shown on the model. I did have to pin the front close because it would "open up", but it didn't bother me all that much. I wore this dress during a Friendsgiving and it was very comfortable. This is definitely work appropriate and for going out at night/weekend. The material is thin, but not sheer where you can see through the material.

Perfect first trimester work dress, added a skinny yellow belt

Fit was true to size for your lower size range, didn't gape at neck if standing straight but for a day of work I felt more comfortable with a little pin/tape holding it closed. Flowed well, very silky. Got a little wrinkled in the back of the skirt by the end of the day but otherwise packed well. Great for a moderate to warmer day. Would not wear if it was cold out because the material is thin.

This dress is awesome. If you are large on the top half just watch yourself its a bit of a wrap dress on top. It was very flattering on a day I was feeling a little chubby and I received many compliments. Its perfect for work, a casual dinner, or going to a weekend party. The material is really nice, and this dress is comfortable!

It's a little low cut but with my shape I never seem to fill out the tops of dresses.

This was such a great dress. If I would have kept it, I would have gotten it shortened. It was just a tad long for my taste.
