I just loved this dress, conservative, but comfortable and luxe, everything i look for in a work piece. Definitely runs a little on the large side. Also it is rather long, probably best for average to tall bodies, it hit me mid-calf and i am 5'-5".

Great for work, got compliments all day. Not too low cut at all the buttons in the perfect spot. Great for work to a date night. Super flattering, wish it came in brighter colors for spring/summer.

This dress is amazing! It was love from the moment I tried it on. Super comfortable and flattering, this was perfect to wear to the office and for after work drinks too. It fits very true to size and it's forgiving since it is on the looser, more flowy side. The arms were a little short for me, but I have longer arms than most.

Ran a bit large but it's somewhat adjustable. The print on this dress is amazing. I'd rent again.

I sized down one to a Small and it fit perfectly on my long torso and 5.7ft. Pockets. Fluid. Good leg split. Muted colors but not boring...classy. Good details/tailoring. Needed one more snap on top half so had to pin. Many compliments at work. Would buy if not so pricey.

I love Vince - this dress is perfect for work, and going out. Needed a belt to complete the look, but overall it fits TTS and made me feel great and confident all day.

Wore this dress to the office. It felt a little big, but I'm not sure the small would've felt any better. I wore a cami underneath to cover up the cleavage. The front of the dress can show a bit of leg while you're walking...but nothing distasteful. The weight of the material is good for spring or fall weather...60-70 degrees. It got much warmer towards the end of the day when I wore it and I started to sweat. I do like that the material doesn't wrinkle, where I don't have to worry about my heavy tote creasing the shoulder. I may rent again for the fall to pair with some tights.

Wore this to he NYC Ballet and loved the florals on the navy - lent it enough elegance, femininity, but still comfortable and not overdone. Only complaint is i think the waist on the dress is a bit low, so the top bloused a bit more than I wanted.

I wore this to work and dressed it down with a denim jacket and booties. High slit in front was a but of a pain but overall OK dress.

I loved this dress so much. The material is fabulous, and the fit is so comfortable. It is effortless chic in my opinion. I wore it to work one day that i had a client meeting, and felt so great in it--- and it doesn't feel like you are trying to hard. Loved this dress and wish i could have kept it.

Fit loosely but the drawstring at the waist provides some opportunity to cinch. Beautiful unlined silk, full long sleeves. Very night leg slit and low v neck, so for work requires a camisole and a safety pin. Breezy.

As pictured, it fits a bit loose but the tie at the waist gives enough waist definition to feel sexy. I rolled the sleeves up and preferred it that way. Pair with white booties. I think if worn with flats it would have been too much material for my 5'2 petite frame.

Great, easy work dress

I really enjoyed wearing this dress to work. It was a little casual for my office but still seemed appropriate enough to get away with in a business casual setting. The material is light so it was a great summer outfit.

I received so many compliments on this dress while at work and when I went to a happy hour with friends and friends of friends. It was a little windy that day and the slit is higher than expected so I had to be more cautious when walking down the street. It can be a little sexy but I found it quite work-appropriate.

Great dress in a beautiful pattern. Got a bunch of compliments — had to pin the bottom shut, though, because I had a great gust of wind blow and expose what I have going on. Just keep that in mind and you'll be fine.

This dress right here. Classy, sexy, comfortable and chic. How could it be everything? It is. It has one snap closure at the top so you have to be mindful of not revealing too much.

The fabric, cut, slit and pattern make this one of my favorite repeat rentals. It fits loose so consider sizing down.

One of my favorite rentals thus far! I definitely will rent this again. I got lots of compliments. Would be great to wear over the summer with wedges - has a sort of boho look to it. I'd recommend it work best for a tall person. It hit me just below the knees and am 5'10. Also, the front flaps open when you walk so I pinned it for work to be more professional but wouldn't if I were wearing it to something else.

The small details are really what makes this dress unique which isn't easily seen in the photos, I didn't expect much and was blown away with it when I put it on. I'm seriously in love with this dress, I've worn it three times so far. I've found every opportunity to wear it. That being said there are a few notes I have on the dress for other wearers. On the model you don't really see the front slit but it does come up fairly high. I'm 5'8" and the slit was too high to wear without another dress or leggings/pants on underneath. I threw on a pair of skinny dark jeans and it looked awesome! It turned it into looking like a kimono type of item and I loved it. The snap to hold together the top two pieces of fabric on the chest doesn't have a lot of hold. ny tension, even the slightest, will pop it right open which can be pretty embarrassing. I've been wearing a cami under in case it opens when I move. It has popped open a few times when putting on my coat or throwing my crossbody on. All in all I would def recommend it and I would rent again!

This dress was just perfect for work. The belt part was just so well thought out and it avoided that weird bunching that you normally get with belted shirt dresses. I even held on to it an extra week to get another wear out of it. I will definitely rent this one again.

I loved the print of this dress and the length was ideal for work. However, the slit was a bit high and due to static cling, I had to keep checking to make sure I did t have a wardrobe malfunction! It hangs loose, but the waist cinch helps.

Loved the drape of this and that it hit me below the knee (I am 5'4"). The drawstring cinches the waist in a really nice way (I wasn't spilling above or below it even when super tightened). Wore it to work and would've worn to a Saturday night dinner. Wish I could've kept!

Loved everything about this dress, it had a small stain in the heamline but you couldn't really see it unless you got very close to it . Overall great work outfit.

Loved the fit and it was breezy and comfortable - the slit in the front middle is hard to see in the photos and was a liiiittle high for a work event but not very noticeable unless it was windy.
