Back is open, but easily fixed with a black tank underneath. Overall was just too large for my short/petite frame.

Great for work! Slight button issues at top in back when carrying a shoulder bag, but will rent again!

This top is amazing. It has a wide open back so I wore a tank under it. Perfect for dinner dates or even work.

To me, the pictures show a more structured top. To my surprise, it was a lighter, moveable fabric that hing nicley. Open back but wore a black tank under and completely appropriate for the workplace. My only complaint is that this isnt the easiest top to fasten by yourself, but by far one of my most favorite tops ive remted from RTR.

I wore this shirt 4 Times!! I have a larger bust and the 4 was the only one available but I am glad I chose a smaller size because it is very loose. I wore a black tank under it for Work events but I did not when I wore it to go out. Looked great either way

Once I got the button closed (which took a few minutes!) It was great.

I wore this shirt four times before returning. Absolutely loved the draped cut, open back, and wider sleeves. I wore this both to a work conference, out to drinks and dinner, and again for brunch. Would absolutely purchase this to own.

So cute, so comfortable. Not that much of your back is open but it has a lot of movement so your back peeks out.

No complaints here--the cut of this top is so classy in the front, and the slit in the back is just subtle enough to wear comfortably in a professional setting. Material is lightweight and feminine. Loved it!

Buttons at neck are a little tricky, but good quality and will definitely stay put. You will need another shirt under this shirt, as when you bend over the flaps can go forward and expose your entire back. Really great quality shirt--typical for Vince!

I maybe could have gone a size down. It's meant to be loose fitting, but I think a slightly smaller top would have looked a little better on my shorter frame. This top works well from day time at work, to an evening out.

Liked this shirt a lot, just didn't have much in my closet to pair it with.

LOVE the top, but the snap that helps hold the shirt together would come undone anytime I made a small movement, so was frustrated with the top by the end of the night. Would consider owning but would replace the snap with something else.

The shape of this top is super flattering and hides imperfections you may have in your mid-section. The only downside to the top is the button in the back kept coming undone which became annoying.

Loved the top as long as I didn't move. The back completely opens up and if you bend down it's practically falling off. Loved the look but not practical.

I wore this top out to dinner with jeans and a fun necklace. The opening in the back is great because it's open just enough, but from the front it looks like a pretty ordinary black top. It was completely as expected, and I was pleased with the rental.

Runs large like all Vince clothing, although neck area was slightly tight when I sized down. Cute take on a black shirt, the open back made it more interesting. The back is truly open, so plan on wearing a camisole if wearing to work. There is a tiny button with loop closure that is really hard to close and drove me a little crazy.

Cute, simple top, but the opening in the back is a little annoying. It flaps open too much in the back merely by walking or bending down. The other reviews are correct; the claps is difficult to fasten and mine came open while in public. I wouldn't rent it again.

The reviews were right the huge split in back will open and expose your back which some ppl might not mind I just wore a blk cami under, the button in back was an issue so I had to put a safety pin other than that it was a nice top that looked pregnant appropriate for work I'm 22 weeks

Shirt was just not easy to take on and off, there needs to be a back view of it I didn't think it was like a complete open back

This shirt style is boxy, but it runs large. I am 130lb 34dd and I typically wear between 4-8 in tops. The 6 was too big but I think the 4 would have been perfect

Wish this top was a little longer and wish I had sized up. The open back was a little too breezy for my liking. The fabric was a nice quality but overall this top did nothing for me and I returned without wearing.

Odd shirt - it is very loose and blah appearing from the front. The back is open so you can't wear a bra. I didn't wear it.
