I felt amazing in this! I wore it for a big presentation in which I wanted to feel dressed professionally but have some style. This was perfect. It's see through so you need a camisole underneath that you don't mind being seen. I wore this with highwaisted black pants. If I didn't have three kids and could keep a blouse this nice so pristine I would buy it as a closet staple!

The low-v was a little problematic for work, but overall a nice, comfy shirt!

Minimalists dream. More white than cream. Not too low cut. TTS, doesn't run big like most Vince. But like all these kind of tops it is see-thru, so I had to wear plain nude bra, and wore on a day-off from the office. Wrinkled at bottom but not unwearable.

This is a great, comfortable shirt for work that pairs well with everything. It's a solid staple that is really flattering.

This is see-through so I had to wear a cami. I like the ribbed knit cotton detailing at the collar and sleeves it gave it a more casual look for work. Definitely love that it is silk, it just wears and moves so much better the polyester and blends. VINCE is always a go-to and always a great transitional piece from work to weekend.

I love Vince and this shirt is another winner. I rented it for an interview and it was perfect worn on its own or under a suit jacket. The only thing I didn't realize is it's got kind of a semi dolman sleeve. So if you wear a jacket over it and then take off the jacket, the shirt will be all wrinkly around the upper arms and armpit areas. The material does wrinkle rather easily and it will show armpit sweat if not careful.

Liked the top but should have ordered in a smaller size. Planning to re-order.

High quality material, adjustable elastic sleeve! Loved this top. Runs a bit large/baggy.

This blouse fits perfectly. The fabric feels like silk but is not ease to crease. The color is pure white, not yellowish or blueish. It goes well with any colors. Wear it with or without a blazer is both good. It's perfect for everyday office wear.

The fabric is very sheer, so not appropriate for work without an undershirt. The color is not-white either, rather a light tan/beige.

Good top however it's slightly see- through and the sleeves are a little tight.

This top is beautiful but it's a bit too low cut for work so you definitely should wear a nude tank underneath. I love the rib trim detail. Would re rent.

This shirt is comfortable, great quality, and flattering. However do note that it is very sheer so you'll need something acceptable to layer under it. A nice beige or white silk blouse would do just fine under this shirt. I layered this underneath a black vest to hide the bra straps that were clearly visible through the fabric. Other than that, I love the stretchy detail on the sleeves (reminds me of a hoodie) and the cut of the v-neck is perfect for work or as an everyday basic.

Very deep V in the front, to the point you need to wear either pasties or a bra designed for low v tops/dresses. Rented it for work, but this is not a work top.

I thought this was a regular silk Vince shirt, but its actually a little more casual and cut differently. The sleeves have a stretchy fabric at the end so it fit more like a 3/4 dolman style sleeve than how it looks on the RTR model. The same stretchy fabric serves as the edging on the neckline and front of the shirt, which I didn't love. I ultimately sent it back without wearing since these details made it a little too casual for work.

Wrinkled way too much. I drove to work with a seatbelt and by the time I got to work, I looked like a disheveled mess and had to go to a meeting looking completely unkept.

Way to low cut, not appropriate for work.
