The shirt color is beautiful. It does run a little large so I would've definitely sized down. The overall fit around the arms was fine. It is a little long for my taste, I had to tuck it in.

Wore this to a few important meetings during the week and felt confident, the top laid well all day and wrinkles were not an issue. You will need one strip of tape for the gape on one of the buttons but low low maintenance otherwise. Highly recommend.

Lovely color and fine silk fabric, and the cut of the cuffs and collar are very special. Buttons are unfortunately a bit of a pain to deal with. But overall I loved it, very versatile. Looks beautiful tucked into a skirt, untucked under a pullover with pants.

I said this was true to size. I went with whatever RTR recommended and it fit so I guess that's true to size :) I absolutely loved the extended sleeve details, I have long arms and can look awkward in long sleeve wovens. Warning if you're petite, these will hang down or you'll have to fold them. The color is beautiful but the shirt is quite sheer. You'll likely have to layer.

Fits TTS, but arms are quite long. The cuffs are very elegant and add a special detail. I never wear yellow but will do it for this blouse. Classic and sophisticated.

I have larger breasts so the cut of the shirt is a little narrow for me to wear as a dress blouse. However, when worn casually with a little cleavage it's perfect with jeans for a cute day look.

The color is like lemon and wonderful sun shine, not buttery like the photo which was a wonderful surprise. The 70's collar is fashion forward with a throw back nod and I love it. Its perfect and I will rent again. LOVE

I chose a size up from normal because of previous reviews and the buttons are still pulling at the chest. I think this shirt is made for the smaller-busted ladies.

I really wanted to LOVE this. I really dug the sharp cooler and the sleeves. I went 2 sizes up after reading the reviews. It was really short and gaping at the buttons. Not wearable at the office. Not wearable anywhere.
