Definitely more oversized fit so size smaller if want more fitted look. Looked great paired with tall boots

It’s less that it had an oversized fit — waist was very cinched and adjustable. It’s more that the shoulder feels kind of like a drop-shoulder without really being obvious about it? It’s not lined but it’s a quite heavy canvas.

I wore this with a white t-shirt and jeans...elevated classic!

The amount of "you look expensive" compliments I got were... well... correct. Great piece for transitional weather and loved it. The design is naturally a bit bulky so you need to be okay with that to fully embrace it. If you're looking for a slimmer trench, this ain't it.

Felt a bit bulky and heavy but the fit was right on my frame. The snaps on the belt for closures were an attractive feature.

Beautifully made but the 12 was definitely oversized for me so I didn’t wear. The belt is a bit tricky to tie and style and the fabric was surprisingly heavy. This would be something I would try ( in my size) perhaps in the fall. Too heavy to travel with though.

Usually love VB, but this was bulky and drab. Looked much better closed.

The tie of the jacket is not effortless and needs a lot of attention to look proper. Wore it once and was annoyed by the strap. You can’t leave it open as it’s connected and uneven.

This jacket is HUGE!! Not oversized cute, but looked like I was a child in an adults jacket.

This was too big for my petite frame, even though the small was the size suggested to me. The color of the fabric is very chic, but ultimately the coat has too many bells and whistles that don't seem to add much structural integrity.

I never wore this because to say this was oversized on me is a complete understatement... It swam on me to the point I could almost comfortably wrap it around my body nearly twice. It was so laughably large that my 6'2", 170 lb fiance jokingly tried to put it on (and was actually able to comfortably do so) and it didn't look the least bit out of place on him. Super disappointed because it is pretty cute on the hanger.

Not at all like the photo! I think you need to be tall and very slender for the cut of this jacket. I am 5'7" and 140 pounds, and the coat looked ridiculous on me! I would not rent again.

Runs large. Fits oversized and structured. You need to be AT LEAST 5’6” to wear this and not look like you got swallowed by a jacket

Light weight trench debated keeping just bc it is such a unique piece. Unfortunately I didn’t get to wear it, I think it would be better for early fall or spring
