I am a 34A and the bra top was very tight/hard to get on. I would size up if I were to order this again as I loved the print and material (very comfy/soft)

Size medium was just barely large enough for my 34D bust. I liked how soft it was for wearing it around the house and for yoga but I don't think there would be enough support for running.
