Beautiful dress, love it for summer but could totally wear it through the fall due to the colors! Ulla never disappoints! The buttons are a little tough to button, and I feel that it is tight in the bust if you have a larger bust, but I sized up and it fit perfectly.

Once all the tiny buttons are in place, this dress fits like a dream. Perfectly proportioned for my petite frame, great fit around the bodice and I like the length. This dress would look even better with a steam press or some ironing. Ulla is the best with patterns and a flattering silhouette, and she knows that a dress with pockets is such a win!

I really enjoyed wearing this dress. I liked it enough to take a picture and write a review. That's saying something. It was the perfect size for my larger bust, yet it nipped in at just the right spot for a very flattering hourglass feel. I love the functional pockets, the length, the forgiving fabric, and the square neckline. My husband liked it too. Straps are adjustable. I crisscrossed them to keep the excess cleavage at bay. One of the few items I've considered purchasing.

This dress is flattering, comfortable, and can be dressed up or down. The straps can be worn a couple different ways giving you bra options. I wore it several times.

Stunning! So flattering and fun but also comfy. I could have maybe sized down. Straps were a touch loose but I have no boobs so that may be why. Also wore it a second time with a thin cream turtleneck under and boots. So cute

Perfect fall midi dress! The straps are adjustable which is great. It has no zippers so you have to use buttons when putting it on, but fits TTS. Would wear again!

Such cute details and I liked that it had adjustable straps with very subtle buttons in the back. Beautifully designed dress. It may just be me but I found it to run small in the torso area. The skirt is nice and roomy but the waist and up was not. I had to get creative and wore a waist cincher just to be able to button it. But I couldn't wear it out since it was too tight to be comfortable. Don't need to pass out trying to look cute. Plus it smooshed the boobs. Can't wait to try a size up!

Absolutely loved this dress! Wore it to an outdoor summer wedding & was cool & comfortable all night. I got so many compliments! Also, I have a larger chest (38E) and this kept me held in and didn't need to wear a bra.

Wore this in Palm Springs. It is true to size but was just OK. I didn't find it to be very flattering, but it is well-made.

I thought this was a perfect transitional dress from summer to fall. When the temps are still in the 80s but you want to move on from summer brights, this worked well. The skirt was full and very feminine. The buttons were NOT easy and maybe it was just because I'm a bit busty but give yourself a few extra minutes to put this one on.

I love all things Ulla and this dress is no exception. It fit exactly true to size and was very flattering and comfortable. Most reviewers say it's a fall dress but I wore it in June in the Georgia heat to a rehearsal dinner and it was great. Buttons are hard but nothing you can't get past once the dress is on.

I have a small waist and big hips/bust so I rented this thinking it would be pulling across the chest but I'm amazed how it fits. I love the pattern, fit and pockets. :-D

I loved this dress so much I wore it twice! I am very busty (34DDDD), so it was a little tight getting it buttoned around the rib cage but once I was in there, it was comfortable and very flattering.

Normally I wear a size 6 but rented the 8 because I'm in love with this dress. Overall it was a little roomy in the bust/ shoulders, but you can actually adjust the length of the straps (hidden buttons inside on the back) so I was able to wear it and it actually fit perfectly-to-a-little snug in the waist under my bust so happy with the sizing!

Loved this dress! It’s snug in the waist without any give. But so flattering and pretty! I imagine I’ll be renting this again sometime. If it wasn’t so expensive, I’d consider buying it.

I loved the fabric of this dress much more in person than online. Unfortunately, the bodice is very tight and with a 34 C, I couldn't squeeze into it. The skirt is quite full too. Wish it fit me, it was lovely.

Super cute dress, very comfortable but be careful if you have a bigger chest! I was able to wear it but the buttons were close to coming undone at any moment.

This is a lovely dress but it wasn't flattering on me. It was fitted nicely in the bust and it almost fit like a corset on top, but once it hit my waist, it flared out too much and made my hips and bottom half look huge.

The buttons on this are tough to do up, but once on its flattering to the midsection, though there is not much stretch at all in that area. Straps are adjustable with a button in the back.

I am hourglass and find Ulla's cuts to fit me well. This particular design felt on the snug size in the waist but had a thoughtful double button (one hidden) at the tightest part to prevent gaps or button popping. Chest felt true to size for me and I can imagine not needing a bra even for larger sizes.

I love the fabric and color way. Challenging to button.

Maybe Ulla Johnson runs small, but I would size up.

Some designers make beautiful clothes with the specific needs of mid- to plus-size women in mind; it was clear from wearing this dress that Ulla Johnson doesn't. I was *so* disappointed because the dress was gorgeous, but even after I sized up, all the tiny buttons were a huge pain, the garment gapped at the chest, the straps were too long, and the waist dug into my ribs (would it have killed her to add a little stretch?). This was not an inclusive dress. Will hope for better from this line in the future.

The buttons were funky and hard to button. The pattern and color were unappealing in person. The chest was tight and the bottom flared out too much. Overall I did not like it and I did not wear it.
