The material is beautiful and flowy, but doesn't wrinkle or look tired after a full day of work. I actually took off the tie, because I didn't like the way it looked in the back, but it really wasn't needed. Tons of compliments and will definitely rent again.

There is a reason this dress has SUCH a high rating - it's universally flattering, easy, comfortable, and the perfect amount of oomph from the oversized sleeves. Could see myself wearing this dress in so many scenarios, dressed way up, way down, in between. Just... *chef kiss*

This dress is insane! It's so comfortable and flattering! It was lower cut than I thought, but honestly it made me like it even more. It is thin because it's silk so if it's chilly out definitely take a jacket with you!

Lots of compliments even though I felt it bulked me up a bit. I paired with rtr Tory Burch earrings that were legit made for this dress.

Loved this dress but the arm holes ran a bit small.

Sleeves are extremely roomy, even though this dress is long sleeve, I would recommended for a warmer (maybe may) weather because the fabric is very thing. If you don't mind short skirt, definitely size down

It's well made and pretty, but the sleeves are voluminous and the tie doesn't stay tied very well. Made me look frumpy I thought. The V in the front seemed like an after thought and not a good depth for me, so I had to wear a tank top. It is a modest length. I wore this one to church, but I wasn't impressed by this item.

Loved this dress but definitely runs big so you could probably size down. The material is so soft and slippery, didn't have any issues with wrinkling either. The neckline dips a bit low, so depending on the office it could be a little revealing for work! Overall absolutely loved it and would definitely rent again.

Beautiful silky fabric and sleeve detail. Looks much better in person than in pictures. However, there's a lot of fabric and pleating in the skirt, do consider sizing down for a more fitted look.

the fabric is gorgeous!!! i really loved this buuuut it's a bit short. i think it would be super cute in spring/summer once it gets warm but wear bike shorts. the fabric is definitely light enough to blow up in the wind!

not usually a silk person but this was so lightweight and lovely, neckline a little revealing but otherwise so fun

First, I got a TON of compliments from people wearing this. Even so, I'm not sure I would rent it again. It's just a little more boho than I'm used to or really like -- but that's part of the purpose of RTR! Try new things! The material is super silky, the colors are vibrant, and it is extremely comfortable. It's a great fall option. If this is more your style, I would definitely recommend.

Fits nice, however.. chest area is kinda big ( which is the style I think), however due to how big the chest area is... had to be concise of my bra showing.

LOVED this dress. The material is so soft and silky. The pleated detail is really pretty and the sleeves look cool when you lift your arms. The hem does have a raw edge. I would have bought this dress except it was just a little short for my 5'9" frame than I would have preferred.

Wore this to a bridal shower and also to the office but had to wear a tank top under it for the office, pretty low cut!

This dress didn't meet my expectations when it arrived. The material and design are gorgeous, but the fit on me was bad - way too much fabric on the chest and unflattering on me - and there was no lining!! The material is very flimsy and I felt like it was a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen for me. I sent it back without wearing out, unfortunately.

This is a perfect dress to wear while quarantined. It's breezy for the little fresh air I get when walking my dog. It's comfy to wfh, and lifts my mood to keep me motivated to work.

Nicely cinches waist and and colors are beautifully rich. I wore the six, but could have easily worn the 4 (waist size 27")
