Fits nicely but it's a drop waist so i added a belt which helped the shape of the dress. Looked great with brown boots.

I am typically a true size 8 but had to size down due to 8 not being available to rent and it still fit great! The only concern was some of the buttons were gaping in the front, but that is probably due to needing a larger size. The fabric is thin but comfortable and I received many compliments!

Comfortable and beautiful and have pockets

I found the cheat a bit snug and it gapped a bit. I put a sweater over it, and it worked. It was a comfortable dress to wear to work and the print was great for the fall.

Ran a bit big, especially through the waist for hourglass builds. Since it has such a dramatic Victorian style waist you can't do much about it. Also for those like me with curvier lower halves, the pleats on my butt were hilariously unflattering. Fabric is light- more a fall dress than winter. It was a fun rental to try but wouldn't rent again

I didn't think dropwaist looked good on me but I got so many compliments. One concern was the buttons around my chest buldged a little. I maybe could've sized up but idk

I love Ulla Johnson, but it this silhouette felt a bit too dated for me. Usually I get a modern sculptural vibe from the brand, but not quite with this one. The fabric is very comfortable though!

I had to scrunch some of the fabric in the back and tie it with a hair tie for a more fitted look. I feel like this runs a bit big compared to most Ulla Johnson pieces. The colors are perfect for fall and I enjoyed the comfort and practicality. Gotta love pockets!

I love Ulla but this didn't really do it for me. It was a little too long and just ended up looking like a little house on the prairie dress for me

There was something nostalgic about this dress - it felt like something one of my elementary teachers would have worn in the 90s. I think it would have felt more modern if it were a tad shorter, or maybe if I had sized down. As it was, I found it hard to style without a belt or vest. I wore it here with both- the vest is Ralph Lauren on RTR. It helped create some shape to make it more flattering on my petite frame. Overall, it was interesting but felt overworn and oversized. I’m typically a 2 in Ulla and even the 0 was large. I do think it would be a good dress for a multitude of costumes- from the ghost family in Beetlejuice, to Ann of Green Gables.

Loved the print on this, but the dress was tight across the chest and loose in the waist. Might be a me issue, but ended up wearing regardless because it’s such a perfect fall workwear item.

Based on reviews, I thought i needed to size up, but I should’ve stuck to the size 2 as usual. The dress is kind of bland.

If you are full figured, this was great to excentuate yourt hourglass, but it needed an undershirt if you have a bust over c.

Unsure when I first tried it on because of the way it hit my stomach, couldn't figure out if it made me look bigger, but figured everyone knows it is the design of the dress.

The 2 was a perfect fit, I normally wear a 4 or 27 waist jean. I was a little worried when I saw wool as one of the main materials that it would be hot. It was the perfect weight for a 65 degree day. Not hot or weighty at all!! The Victorian waistline was unique. Can't wait to rent again!

Absolutely lovely silhouette, quality material. It is thinner than I expected - I wore comfortably in 55 degree Fahrenheit weather, but wouldn’t go much colder. I’m a 10 but got the available 8 and it was slightly too small in the waist, but I was able to make it work!
