Fit is shirt-like but not quite like a super tight fitted shirt as the lower hem is a bit bloused. I think I rented this before in an XS but this size also fit perfectly well.

Super cute, cropped, dress up or down
Wore this several times. Very thin, a little itchy, not bad. The turtleneck portion is a little odd and doesn’t lay smooth, but might not have been an issue if I sized up. Love the ruffles, a fun twist. Is cropped, so just be aware.
