I rarely go braless but was supported and comfortable without anything. Fun heavy cotton dress. Could easily wear in the warmer months.

So versatile, found myself putting it on time and again—once for a date night, and many times with flat sandals for weekend running around. Feels polished but comfy, with a shape and details that are unique. No bra needed!

I brought this on vacation but did not wear it. I just felt like it was a bit too much for the restaurant we went to. It's cotton and it flares out quite a bit. The chest on this Ula Johnson dress was a bit tight on me but fit everywhere else so it was sort of a tough fit for me.

Fit was perfect, this dress has pockets, all the "extras" (ruffle, flare fit, ties) make it a little nicer than a plain black dress. Wore it to a concert and a high school reunion.

Not sure I love the neck tie piece, but it’s Ulla styling, just sleeker thanks to fabric and solid color. Black seems to work better in summer than some of her autumnal colored patterns. Runs a little large, so size down for a more tailored fit.

This dress is a go to LBD . It’s cute simple chic . It can be dressed up or down . I wore it to work with clients . Paired it w a Jean jacket and a Greek sandal ✨. The fit was a bit big. If you’re in between sizes I recommend sizing down .

Fits larger than most Ulla pieces and swallowed me. It is also on the formal side it would be hard to dress it down.

I know Ulla Johnson stuff tends to run small i. the chest, but this was so small it wasn’t wearable. I don’t even think going up a size would help.

I was really excited to try this but it runs pretty large. It just hung on me with no shape. Sadly, no chance of wearing and sent back.

This dress was sent to me as a replacement for my first choice dress which became unavailable. I wanted to love this as I really like Ulla Johnson's dresses but overall it didn't work and I sent it back without being able to use it for my event. I'm normally a size 6 but it fight very tightly around the mid-section; luckily I'd ordered the 8 as backup and while that fit better in some places the straps on the shoulders constantly fell down. The part that flits out around the chest was bunched up in kind of a weird way. My partner said it looked like a costume rather than a cool dress!
