Very, very thick and warm. Very good for a super chilly day. This dress is one of my favorite rentals due to fit, quality, length, and blend of elegance with modern elements. I wore it to work and it was a bit too toasty by the afternoon. I wore it to the balloon fiesta, which is cold in the AM. I was able to dress up and stay warm. Love!

Seriously thought about buying this one. Beautiful colors and very comfortable. Lots of compliments. The sleeves make it special (although they occasionally get in the way).

Sorry I didn't take a good picture, but this is a really great dress. Other reviews mention too-long sleeves, but my arms are pretty short and I still had no problems. Beautiful material, feels and looks like a million dollars, got many compliments.

I really appreciated the heaviness of the fabric during the winter, it kept me very warm with only a light jacket on top. As others have mentioned, it is a bit itchy, not so much that I couldn’t wear it though. I definitely wore spanx to keep my belly in. My biggest complaint is the sleeves which ironically is what initially attracted me to the dress. They were too long on me, and they flare out so much that it was impossible to do anything with my hands without having to roll them up.

This was a super warm dress, but the sleeves and color was not for me. I still wore it to work for the day. The sleeves kept getting in my way when writing on the board or washing my hands.

This dress was perfect for a very cold winter day in NYC. When I first tried it on it felt drab and too long in the waist with the dropped waistline, but a belt really brought it together.

The dress is shape hugging and flattering. The material is thick so it's pretty warm. I loved this for a night out on the town in the winter.

Best winter sweater dress I have rented. Heavy and warm. Hangs beautifully. If unsure about size, go up. I am usually a four but I wore a medium in this and it was perfect. I loved the style of the puffy sleeve cuff. When it gets in the way, you can simply fold them back And they stayed in place for me.

Loved this dress. Beautiful color. Sweater material is thick but feels supportive and soft. The sleeves are long but just pushed them up a bit.
