I kept this bag for a short time. The fabric was shiny and the handles do not lay normally on the shoulder. I had seen this high up on the shelf at the Tori Burch store and was excited to rent, but when I received it I did not feel the same wow factor.

My only complaint with this bag is the handles: they are very rigid/heavy, which makes them uncomfortable on my shoulders, and they are tubular, which makes them want to slide off my shoulders. Otherwise, this is a great nylon tote bag for work from Tory Burch. The embroidered logo is beautiful. It reminds me of a mandala, which is a spiritual symbol from Hinduism and Buddhism. The tote is large and very roomy; the handles are long enough to carry the tote over my shoulders. [My particular bag is brand new, which is always a plus]. FYI, RTR has different varieties of these Tory Burch totes available...just search for "Ella Tote".

Love love loved this bag. I just don't have enough to carry in it unless it's for work and I was fearful of spilling on it. I also prefer a bag to have a bit more boning on the side so that it feels more sturdy.

I thought it would be better quality somehow. To be fair the embroidery was nice and well done, but the rest felt cheap. Kind of reminded me of a throw-away beach tote from Target... the kind that are stiff and plastic-y with handles that don't bend. I never felt comfortable bringing this to work and had no reason to use it any other time. Too bad. Back it goes

The perfect work bag!! Fits a lot but can be made to look smaller by pinching in the sides !

It's quite large but that worked for me. I took it with me on a long international trip and was able to carry everything I would normally have in my handbag plus a laptop and my kindle. Received lots of compliments. I think I will purchase it!

The bag was bigger than I expected but it was great for my travels to Europe. It fit my laptop, small cosmetic bag, wallet, cell phone, and my large water bottle. It was great to use for every day use as well.

It is a big bag that will fit a small laptop. There are 2 inside pockets for small items. I love the bag and will be sad to depart with it. Because it is a neutral color, the bag will match any outfit.

This handbag was better in person than online.
